Pros: Very little. It’s a budget airline and it shows.

Cons: Plenty. It’s budget in every sense of the word. Everything is an upcharge. Seats don’t recline. Water ain’t free. No snacks. Seats are thin and you’re jammed in. The check in staff is pure amateur hour compared to traditional carriers. Baggage claim was a bewildering mess.

Cons: It’s the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever ridden. 3.5 hours on Deontier is worse than 12 hours to Europe. NEVER AGAIN.

Pros: Frontier is well priced.

Cons: Frontier flights are rarely on time. The chairs are very uncomfortable, they feel like lawn chairs.

Cons: Male flight crew could be better - first do your job of giving out the immigration forms then chat, not complete handing them out just one minute before landing so passengers can de-plane & then fill out the forms

Pros: From the check-in to in-flight everyone I met from Alaska Air was friendly, competent and responsive. I was especially grateful that so many people from the airline care about recycling and preserving the environment. That is so rare in airports.

Cons: Entertainment? I was happy to listen to podcasts on my phone and read. I was not particularly interested in paying $10 so I could watch tv or movies. Not a complaint, but also don't ask about my rating for entertainment when you don't really provide it.

Pros: The plane was clean

Cons: The crew at the airport for Frontier was not helpful or pleasant. Waited 35 minutes at the empty gate counter for help and none of the crew members standing around or on their personal phones offered to assist. Highly unprofessional team on the ground and in flight.

Cons: I got an upgrade for a seat, however I was asked to be moved since a child who wasn't mine wanted to be seated with his dad. Next time, the should respect those who pay something additional and consider other facts such as sitting children with a person that is not their relative.

Cons: Be prepared for lots of extra charges for carry-ons, seat selections, etc. They even charge you if their staff prints a boarding pass. The online check in was offline during the 24 hours prior to departure which was frustrating.

Cons: Need to update their plane interiors with more modern technology. 20 years ago JetBlue was state of the art, but they haven't kept up with the times recently.

Cons: The TV plug fed out static volume and the TV worked randomly .. The Afro American flight attended gave a nasty attitude and didnt allow me to completely request my order as if she was in a rush

Pros: That water was served in a plastic bottle instead of a cup, because I know it's easier to recycle the bottle than a cup these days (also easier to drink out of).

Cons: I think for a late night flight the lighting in the plane should be kept on low all the time, because even a small change from dark to low felt harsh when it happened during beverage and snack service.

Cons: The baggage charges are annoying. It would be nice to get a free coffee or soft drink, but at least we are allowed water free of charge!
