Comfortable seats, practical layout on the newer Airbus. Crew was well groomed and friendly. Many airlines have given up on being friendly. Well trained staff.

Horrible check in lines, no direction, crowd control, etc. Made me miss my flight. Extra baggage fees suck!

There was plenty of room because I upgraded to 1st class. The crew was friendly.

My tv didn't work for the first 20 mins of the flight and had to be reset. They only had one of the drinks I wanted. I would have thought being that it was around lunchtime they would have served more than a bag of chips or banana. In coach, you get a bag of pretzels and/ or a cookie sometimes. American Airlines provides warm nuts and a fresh baked cookie and I had to pay more for the upgrade than I did on American for a longer flight.

We were delayed over 5 hours, gates changed 4 times and then only offered a $50 voucher that expires in TWO MONTHS!!!! I don't have time to use that! I'll never fly Spirit again. There was almost no communication. All announcements were so garbled that no one could understand.

Terribly small seat. Random seat unless you pay. Must pay in advance for bags or ridiculously expensive at airport. It's a trap for those unfamiliar. You pay to print boarding pass. Never again for me.

United took GREAT care of me. I never departed MCO. They feared i would possibly be stuck in Houston until the next afternoon so they put me in hotel and gave me a food voucher to stay in Orlando. I am leaving to catch the first flight to Chicago this morning and make it to my final destination in time for my evening plans in Iowa. They turned a bad situation around for me. I love that

I would not have made connector in Houston due to delay

The main reason why I even flew United is that I was desperate to get my destination that day and they had the cheapest flight. It helped that the Customer Service Representative ( Liz at MCO) was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. My experience with Liz has changed my outlook on the company. There are still humans beings working in United Airlines!

I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
