Airport and onboard crew were nice.

It was myself, my wife, and our 18 month old son. The trip was a complete disaster. The first delay was from 12 noon to 7:30 pm because the plane was unavailable. We left the airport and returned at 6 pm for the 7:30 pm departure. The plane was "available." We checked our bags, found our way to the gate, and eventually boarded "ontime." Instead of taking off, however, we sat on board the plane at the gate for 2 hours as work was being done. The work was first called "maintenance," then "a small error code." The captain teased us by saying "folks, just a few more minutes and we should be departing." The crew nourished us with a dixie sized cups of water and Chex mix. Then finally the airline gave up and deplaned everyone. Once deplaned, it was explained to us that they couldn't clear the error code, so they couldn't use that plane. But there was another plane coming from Las Vegas to use so that we could expect a departure around 12 midnight. 12 midnight rolls around. Nothing. 12:30 am. 1 am. Finally, a plane arrives. But then the airline holds us up yet again - turns out we can't depart after all because the arriving airport shuts down at 2 am. Gee, they didn't know that before making us wait another 3 hours??? Now they're offering a refund to anybody who wants one, as well as a hotel for the night and the promise of a flight at 2:30 pm the following day. At this point, many of us are looking up alternative flights to Eugene and even Portland. A $1,000 extra for us. We're not sure whether we can trust Allegiant to have an actual plane ready to go the next day. And we're too tired at that point to even ask why the next flight would be at 2:30 pm rather than first thing in the morning. So finally we line up to get a hotel voucher and find our way to the hotel. It takes over an hour to checkin at the hotel because it's the middle of the night and 150 people just showed up to checkin. We finally get to our room at about 3:30 am. I'm amazed at how well our toddler held up sitting on an airplane for 2 hours, sitting at the airport for about 6 hours, and waiting to fall asleep all night. We eventually made it back to the airport the following afternoon and, praise the lord, made it to our destination. Allegiant - NEVER AGAIN!

Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue.

The night before my flight from Austin to Orlando, my flight got canceled. JetBlue could not get me to Orlando and I had to quickly find another flight to Orlando with another airline company. Very displeased with JetBlue's decision to cancel my flight the night before when no other airline company canceled theirs.

I love JetBlue. I love everything about the airline. I love the free wifi and snacks. The seats are comfortable and I actually have room to lay my head down in economy. I love jet blue so much I am always willing to pay extra to fly with the airline. The customer service is superb and I have never had anything but an extremely possitive experience with this airline.

For a “no frills” airline I like the modern aircraft, professional and friendly crew and on time departure and arrival. The flight is too short for entertainment or food service but the snacks and drinks for sale are varied and acceptably priced.

Boarding and deplaning were very quick and efficient.

Nickled and dimed for an extra $150 in seat selection and carry-on baggage fees after tickets were bought, as well as a fee for booking through a third-party that was opened from the link in the Kayak app, but not made clear during purchase. Seats were uncomfortable and tray table was basically just large enough to use as a tablet stand. No complimentary drinks or snacks. Plane seemed old and kind of run-down.

Ads profess low prices when in fact you have to pay for every single thing and in the end you end up paying the same or more as all other airlines. This is my second Frontier experience and both times I was not able to pay for my bags online with my credit card, therefore I was forced to pay higher prices than necessary. Can't believe you charged me $45 for a carry-on - preposterous!!! Also - I was not able to check in at the kiosk when I got to the airport.... I tried to different kiosks and neither would take my credit card so I had to wait in the long line to talk to ticketing agent . Poor experience all around - will not recommend or use front tier in the future.

The crew was great and friendly.

Delayed flight, not too bad. But the screaming children and too tired parents to do anything was frustrating. The seats where uncomfortable and dirty, the screen to watch movies was hard to see. Wifi barely worked and was super slow.

My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!

Nothing. First and last time to use this beast carrier.

Their charge-the-air-you-breathe policies. You buy a ticket but if you do not pay extra for a seat assignment you end up being wait-listed. I can see a class action brewing....

The night before my flight from Austin to Orlando, my flight got canceled. JetBlue could not get me to Orlando and I had to quickly find another flight to Orlando with another airline company. Very displeased with JetBlue's decision to cancel my flight the night before when no other airline company canceled theirs.
