All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.

Agents at desk in JFK were rude. There was another Delta employee also on the shuttle who was the only one who seemed to show concern. He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."

We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."

They did find it next day and delivered to the FLL airport, but we had to get a cab and go to the airport to pick-up as we could not take a chance of it not making it to us before the cruise departure. On May 10, flight 265 they provide me with one up to the boarding door and advice me that they did not have personnel to provide the service from there to the plane entrance. That also happen to other people that were handicap. After discussions and protest they provide one person to move one by one the persons that were handicap."

We were at airport very early and didn't realize until boarding what she had done. In flight staff assisted on the flight and moved us to an exit row where we were able to sit together. Luckily I counted at least 6 open seats and in the end we were happy. I'm not sure why she did what she did. Ironically, she (gate agent) was incredibly nice. Maybe it was simply and honest mistake."

Spirit customer service put us on “wait list” for the next 12:25 flight to Atlanta (no luck), then 5:10 pm (no luck). Then standing in long line to get confirmed flight at 10:55pm, which is already delayed to 11:28pm. Our layover was expected to be 2 hours, but extended to 15 hours (assuming, no additional delay). What a waste of life!"

I have to say again, their staff were incredibly rude, at every single point of my roundtrip from BWI to Panama; it makes sense that only rude people would be okay with working for such a terrible airline company. Spirit has nothing but hidden fees and tricks to scam you out of as much money as possible too. I will never fly with Spirit again"
