Pros: We didnt receive our suitcase in GA (12/22). we waited at the airport for 3 horus and they couldnt figure out where the suitcase went. Then we filled a claim form. my Fatherinlaw was in the car waiting for us for 3 hours. We went home and realized my meds are in the suitcase. I called a few times but they still couldnt track the bag. We had to go shopping for clothes because we had a party that night and I had to buy cosmetic, clothes, toilterites, etc. it was a waste of time. Time I could be spending with my family. Me, my husband and my inlaws called a few times next day (12/23) asking for an update but no one had a clue where the bag is. At this point, we had no idea where to bag is so we had to go shopping again and buy more clothes for next few days. Again, more time, money, gas in car, other people time that had to drive us invested… it was very frustrating. I take a lot of meds which makes me anxious and this created a huge stress on my Christmas vacation. All of my gifts I got for our family was in the suitcase. This was a very frustrating time for me and my husband, not knowing if the family will have gifts ontime. Also, my laptop charger was in the suitcase so I had to take days off from work. We called again a few times on 12/24. we called in again and no answer. We drove all the way to the airport and spoke to a really nice lady. We were at the airport for hours. She couldn’t track the luggage so we went home disappointed. Keep in mind, this was Christmas eve and I could have spent all this time shopping, driving to the airport, to busy stores. By this time I gave up on the bag and accepted we have lost it… I was very very upset because all of my gifts, new clothes I got for the vacation, my cosmetic, my husband’s electronics… We had more than 3K worth stuff in the suitcase. I couldn’t even get hold of the customer service to talk to someone. This was Christmas eve.. and my husband was still trying to call someone. Finally got hold of someone and they said that the bag was in Philly and will get to the house next day 1pm. Ok, great, atleast they could track the bag… Anyways, 1pm next day, no bag..we tried calling all day, but no answer. Finally my husband got hold of someone and they said that the bag will be deliver Xmas night. WOW! But ok. Whtever at this point. We waited all evening.. then called again. They didn’t answer. Finally around 10pm they answered and told my husband that we are 5th in line for the bag delivery and they wont be able to get to us until late in the night. My husband agreed to the time. They called us 230am and asked to verify address which I am glad they did because they had a wrong address. Anyways, my husband was on the phone texting/ calling for directions and finally the bag came at 4am…. The suitcase was damaged. Gladly nothing was missing… HOWEVER, the frustration for the whole week made my Christmas trip a really bad one… I am very big on customer service so it frustrates me that we were not able to contact anyone to get answer.. I understand that the luggage could get lost but not being able to track it for days while you are on vacation in a different state??!!! It was the most frustrating thing me and my family had to deal with.

Pros: Since our flight was delayed since 3:23 to 11:30pm, due to mechanical issues and other stuff outside of their control, the stewardesses gave us free drinks and snacks

Cons: I will definitely bring a shoulder pillow next time I fly with Fronteir. Their seats don't recline and they are not padded for longer flights.

Cons: Ear buds that allow me to hear the movies clearly; better equalization of the treble, bass and volume. I had to constantly turn volume up and down because of fluctuations in the movie sound track.

Cons: Delta Flight #1661 I paid for 1st class. My first flight was late so I arrived at the gate after boarding began. When the gate attendant scanned my ticket another printed. When he handed me the ticket my seat had changed to seat 25E. I told the attendant that I had paid for first class. He asked me to step aside while he contacted his supervisor, Joe. Then I had to wait until ENTIRE flight had boarded which defeated part of the reason I paid for the upgrade. This was on top of the fact I was so thirsty because 1st flight didn't have drink service and because it was late I had to book it to the connection arriving sweaty, hot and needing to use the bathroom. I was told they had given my seat away to someone as a free upgrade. Joe offered me a $100 voucher to take other seat which was less than I paid for 1st class, plus the seat was a middle seat in the rear of the plane. When I told him as much, he tried to manipulate me by telling me that they would have to kick someone out of my seat. When I declined the downgrade, they made me stand by while they kicked someone out of my seat which was embarrassing and humiliating. Then, when they handed me a new boarding pass, it was not the seat I had paid for and selected, instead it was in the first row, which I’ve always hated because there is no under seat storage and I cannot keep my backpack with me. When I pay for first class, it is primarily so that I can board first and so that I have extra room to work (which I need access to my bag to do). While I was trying to take out the minimum of the things I needed from my bag and figure out how to manage without it, 3 times a flight attendant told me they had to take my bag (since I was the last person to board they tried to prevent me from using the bathroom and they were anxious to leave early). I tried to explain that Delta had prevented me from boarding earlier and that they gave away the seat I paid for which was NOT the first row.

Pros: The cabin crew were very friendly and the boarding process was very smooth.

Cons: The space on the flight was terrible. My arms overlapped the people sitting two my left and right. I am not an obese man by Amy means. The flight was delayed no communication. Then we had no gate at the arrival due to a late take off. They told us we'd be delayed instead of how long or a general idea. The pilot knows about how long we would be there. The tower tells him what aircraft is pulling out next and an estimated time. Just a little more open communication.

Pros: The only saving grace was a flight attendant honoring my request row with seats up out of the middle seat

Cons: The chairs are awful--like siting on cardboard. And the $55 carryon fee was like getting hoodwinked and scammed. So much for saving money on spirit. Trust I'll never fly the airline again.

Cons: Originally when I set up the flight for myself & 5 y/o granddaughter, I had added a checked bag. Mom & dad we’re driving to marathon and brought her things with them. There was NO WAY on the app to delete her bag! I guess another way to add to add to your bottom line

Cons: They broke my bag very durable fiberglass suitcase, my seat was very uncomfortable, all of the lines were incredibly long, and worst of all none of the agents were even a little bit nice.

Pros: I was feeling well, and ended up throwing up with the increased turbulence. I had a feeling it was coming so I was proactive and asked for a trash bag. The flight attendant was very sympathetic and gave me ginger ale to settle my stomach (without me asking). It's the small things. I also did random sears and got lucky to get the upgraded seats both times !

Cons: The flight was delayed, undelayed and delayed again. They began to board the plane and didn't realize the pilot was not on board so we had to get off. I didn't have any carry-ons or checked luggage, but there prices as ridiculous for luggage.

Pros: I tried to cancel my flight due to a 45 min transfer but I wasnt able to and to change it was more expensive than to buy a new ticket with another company

Cons: When we stop at Atlanta there was know there to open the door of the plane. We waited over an 1/2 hour. Then when it was time to reload passengers the system was down and it took over a hour. Our arrival time was 12:30 we did not get to Los Angeles until after 2:30 west coast time. Me husband with dementia was very upset and confused. It was not a pleasant flight.

Cons: They cancelled our flight from Philly and we were rebooked on two different flights that we missed because spirit didn't pay for the ticket in time. We finally made it to Tampa 12 hours after our flight was cancelled.

Pros: Simple and easy flight, boarding on and off no big deal. Using your phone as a boarding pass is a great plus. Skipped the check-in process and breezed through security.

Cons: It’s suggested to arrive 2hours before your flight, however the check in desk wouldn’t allow anyone to check in and take luggage until 1 hour before the flight began boarding. Keep in mind we still needed to get through security. Was a little annoying but not to awful. The worst part was the seating

The person traveling with me had a much larger bag, but it was a soft duffle bag. i saw other people getting on the same flight with larger bags the same style as mine. I was told that they used the KIOSK. I used the check in counter. I had to pay for a bag that was smaller and then wait for my bag once we landed. This was the low point of my trip to Atlanta.
