Pros: "The boarding staff at the gate were great, the guy was hilarious as he convinced us to volunteer check our bags. The in flight wifi actually worked which was amazing. I have trouble with that on other airlines."

Pros: "Our flight was delayed due to weather. Every effort was made and ultimately the wait was minimal as compared to the original estimate. The attendant at gate 4e was so courteous and kept us constantly informed. Staff are always courteous, friendly and work very hard to help. Jet Blue is definitely my preference when flying."

Cons: "My son had to go to the bathroom shortly after we landed. Which he had to since the seatbelt sign was turned on when we were landing. He really couldn't hold it any longer and he is 4. I was sitting in the last row next to the bathroom and I attempted to get up to take him. The stewardess was very rude and told me to have a seat. I said he is about to pee in his pants and I sat down. Well sure enough he urinated on himself. He was so upset because he thought the rude stewardess would get bad at him. He also didn't understand why he couldn't go to the bathroom. So he urinated on the floor of the aircraft. So I left with my 4 year old boy covered in urine and in tears along with my 6 year old and my 2 year old who was having a tantrum at the same time. This made my mother's day complete. I felt as if the staff on this flight was very rude. No one even said sorry or cared about what had just happened. Even a happy mother's day greeting would have been nice. To add on our flight to Philadelphia we we're delayed for 3 hours. We have three children 6 and under and ended up arriving at about 3:15am. Your airline did absolutely nothing to make us more comfortable and am overall very dissappointed in JetBlue."

Cons: "Staff was alright but not midblowingly awesome, they did their job and did it correctly. I guess I was maybe expecting the staff to blow me away like the rest of the experience did. That said they were real and friendly, so I can't complain at all."

Cons: "My main issue was the lack of snacks that were applicable to flying in the morning. This was a 8AM flight so cheese snacks, cookies, or peanuts aren't really a breakfast food. Thankfully they had coffee for drinking."
