Pros: "There was an incredibly large passenger next to me and I was essentially afforded only a quarter of my seat. It is not really fair for anyone to have to sit next to someone taking up twice their seat."

Pros: "The crew was amazing. It would be nice to be informed that although beverage service is suspended, you can still request drinks that are available. I had to find this on the website and didn't get anything by a tiny water bottle for both of my 3+ hour flights."
Cons: "I understand main cabin isn't supposed to be as upscale as 1st class, but it would do well if the seats were a bit more comfortable and the headrest was softer, it feels like a lump or sack of potatoes. Very stiff and hard. Also, having enough arm room would be nice so you're not fighting the person next to you for space on the armrest."

Cons: "$55 for carry on!!!! And $20 service charge if the front desk checks you in instead of the kiosk! W.T.F. Annnnnnd that’s both ways. Soooo if you think “oh wow this is a great price”. Think again sucker! That was an extra $220 for the wife and I which means I could of chose a nicer airline or got a comparable airline for cheaper. If this was made clear to me I obviously wouldn’t have purchased from this crappy airline! Oh and the seats don’t recline."

Cons: "The customer service is rude, unhelpful and provided no solutions. I spoke with three agents including a supervisory and no one wanted to help. Worst airline. I would rather pay more than attempt to fly with Spirit Airline."
Cons: "We didnt fly spirit from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles because our non-stop saturday return flight was cancelled, even though the plane that would have taken us home had already arrived at the airport. We were flexible to reschedule to fly out on sunday, but again that non-stop flight got cancelled. Even though, again, the plane we would have boarded was already at the airport. Then, after being cancelled twice, you were unwilling to schedule us on a flight, whether on spirit or another airline, to get us back by sunday night. Then we chose to get a refund on the flight because it was the only real option we had from your not so apologetic offers that didnt really compensate for the inconvenience. You returned us the cost of the one way flight back, on a ticket we purchased months in advance at a lower price than what was comparable to the return flight we had to purchase that same day. I understand "unforseen" conditions can change things, but it would be nice for a company to compensate its passangers fairly for not being able to follow through on a commitment."
Cons: "Flight crew was rude to passengers, and during the overnight flight had a three hour long very loud conversation about their personal lives. Any passenger that approached them was treated poorly. The airplane floor and seats were dirty upon arrival. As with any low budget airline, the seats were uncomfortable and there were no entertainment options. Check in was a nightmare with insane lines and passengers barely getting their bags and check-in figured out before rushing to the gate. Recommend arriving three hours early if you don't want to wonder if you're about to miss your flight through the checkin and bag drop process."
Pros: "I ended up buying a different flight with a different airline because I would have been stuck in Vegas for 12 hrs AGAIN with this airline. It's trash"
