Instead of early boarding I was about the last person to get on board. There was not enough room in the overhead for my cary on. The depart room at the airport was over crowded and for that reason extremely dangerous in case of fire ore some other disaster. People for different flights where in the same room and did not understand this which gave problems at the boarding pass counter control. There is lots of room for improvement. No meals on Jetblue, even on international flights. All other airlines from US to LIma have meal service. No entertainment on international flights All other airlines from US have movies, games or free onboard WIFI. Seats have very little recline so your head falls forward if you try to relax. The headrest is not adjustable for height or side to side support. The benefit of having extra leg room is offset by the fact that you have to bring pillows, blankets, food and entertainment. The value is not there. The rates I paid were comparable to other US airlines flying the same route."

There was mumbling among the passengers, to the point of someone joking "Free cookies and water if we make it on time?" Just a bad gate experience, but bad enough that peopoe were commenting, and I waited for someone from the cockpit to del\part so I could mention it to them."

Cons: "Due to circumstances beyond our control, we arrived at the Lima, Peru airport only a little over an hour before our flight. We immediately proceeded to look for the Copa Airlines check-in desk. We walked up and down the check-in area a couple of times, but couldn't find Copa anywhere. The monitor listing the departures had the counter numbers for Copa listed, but there was no one there. Eventually an airport employee told us where to find the Copa offices on the second floor. We arrived at the office 40 minutes before our scheduled departure. Someone in that office could have easily attended to our bags and walked us to our gate. Instead they fiddled with their computers trying to put us another flight. They left us standing there for over a half an hour with absolutely no explanation as to what was going on. Eventually someone came over and said we would have to call the operations center and rebook our flights at a cost of $1500 each. Why they would abandon their check-in desk an hour before the flight departs knowing that there were people on that flight that had not checked in, is a total mystery to me. That coupled with the fact that they could not have cared less about us making our flight makes me sick!! What a joke!! No one I know will ever ever fly Copa airlines again!!!"

I understand these matters are out of attendant's control, but the changes were not communicated in English and everyone was extremely slow to get us situated. Our flight was officially canceled at 5:30 pm, and it took five more hours for the attendants to get us to a hotel. In the morning, the transportation was not communicated well that I missed the bus. During all this, they never tried to re-book anyone either. I would pass on flying LATAM in the future."

When I attempted to go through security they informed me this wasn't a boarding pass and was missing information. They said I would have to go back downstairs to the desk again. have a visible disability that affects the way I walk, and typically I do not require a wheelchair. I give myself enough time to get to my destination, but thanks to Brunella I was running incredibly late. I finally arrived though my flight was then rerouted to Orlando due to weather conditions at Miami and never arrived in Miami. The pilot of this flight LA2514 decided he was done and wouldn't fly there at all. The passengers were informed they would take buses to Miami."

Pros: "We were delayed after late boarding because of tornedoes and bad weather, sat for 45minutes on the tarmac, however the entire time after going back to the gate to reset the timer the captain or 1st officer kept the guests advised as to our order in the takeoff queue. Came on many time to report and was very apologetic which I believe kept everyone informed and thus not so anxious. Much appreciated! Even opened up direct tv for all"
