I really liked the tickets prices and the boarding was fairly smooth.
I understand there is a trade off for the lower price fair but $40 a one way for your bag is a bit much. The crew largely were not very engaged with the passanger. I all but had to rais my hand and shout out to the attendant to take my order - the passanger next to me had to say something to the attendant on my behalf. I get people at one point or another have an off day - but it was bad a
Ly the same on the way on second leg f the trip
Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
Boarding was like a stampede. No way that many people were in Zone 1. The boarding gang could have exerted better control. Be aware that the seats are basic-very small tray tables, no recline and not as upholstered as other airlines. But, not terribly uncomfortable.
The flight was good overall. The crew was kind and professional. The flight arrived on time and stuck to schedule. It was the only direct flight from phx to cvg
That they nickel and dime you for soda and having to pay for carry on luggage. I find this terrible since anyone that travels needs to carry at least 1 suit case and they are not up front about this until you check in. If I could find another direct flight I would.
No entertainment, no wifi, no anything. Food was too expensive did not get any.
Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)
A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
