3 hour delay before takeoff & another 30 minutes on the plane before taxi to runway
My entertainment unit kept locking up and had to be restarted multiple times. Also those commercials for Budapest and Ralph Laureen. Come on those were stuff only those who can afford the outrageous fees of first and business class would be interested in.. And the fact you have no military discount is not good either,
I was not clear if food was offered or not.
They did not offer coffee on a 7am flight…awful!!
Check in for 5am flight at RDU was hampered by American check in counters being seriously understaffed , was told even supervisor called out. Took so long in line for special services check in that we missed our 5am departure even after arriving at 3:30am. Had to be rescheduled to later flight from Charlotte to St Thomas.
Crew was nice, aircraft dated, entertainment same. Internet is expensive and terribly slow. Food pretty bad
The Charleston, WV airport was cute. Very good staff and small enough to feel comfortable. The plane had more leg room than bigger planes. Much more comfortable.
Take-off delayed an hour because of a missing flight officer, so,arrived in Charlotte lates causing many passengers to miss connections. Otherwise a very good flight, safe and comfortable, with an excellent professional crew.
I was downgraded from first class to coach due to an airplane change. They pulled me out of line and I was the very last person to board the plane stuck in the middle seat with no overhead place to put my carry-.on. Very poor customer service.
The small flights with Valet Luggage has a poor service
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
flight was half full, plenty of empty seats, was able to lie down across 4 seats, food was good, arrived on time
Excellent service. The crew goes above their way to make the customer comfortable.
I enjoyed my flight back with Lufthansa because the food was good, and the flight attendants were nice and helped you when you asked a question. The flight attendants always came around and asked if you needed anything which I liked a lot.
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.
I missed it , and waiting for next flight when writing.
Good with last minute upgrade Clt to Munich comfortable. Wish same offer had been there Mumbai to Munich
I would be good to have more lead time between connecting flights. On the way into the country, there is always about 2 hours between landing at Munich and takeoff to Berlin. When leaving to return to the States, there is always only 45 - 50 minutes between landing and takeoff. This very stressful and I have missed a connecting flight home before. All it takes is for the first flight to be delayed for any reason and then you have chaos.
The process of the baggage was pleasantly good but the seat comfort and the food quality was much lower than what we have experienced in year’s past. We consistently fly with Lufthansa but each year ticket costs increase and on oars service quality decreases.
We missed this connecting flight because of the very late arrival of the first flight. We’ve been stuck here in Munich for two days. Disgraceful!
