I liked that if I asked for something the crew would get to me rapidly. Extra leg room.

Boarding process: just a lot of confusion. Inflight crew service poor: the was no time to have any brain reaction when they would pass by with coffee or anything...and when I asked for coffee the answer for a gentlemen of the crew was: coffee already passed by. Really!!?? Make sure that +$1200 are spent well. Rude or inattentive crew members shouldn’t be on flights that are that long...I had to nsist to have a miserable cup of coffee. Movie selection was poor. USB port didn’t work. Shame on you!

The crew was very friendly and polite. The airplane was clean. The boarding was quick and easy. The entertainment was varied and enjoyable.

It wasn't an issue on my flight since there were empty seats in my row, but I don't enjoy the spacing provided for personal items on the floor under the seat in front you. For four seats there are three sections; so, you can hope that someone doesn't need any space or else you have to decide how to awkwardly split it up.

The business class seats which are a lot more costly than economy seats are no different than economy seats. Same seat and on a 5 hour flight they are awful. The only difference from economy is that the middle seat is left empty....a help toward comfort, but far short especially when the price difference is factored in.

The flight was delayed by almost an hour. My seat number was 27C (in the mid-section of the plane). The plane was being boarded both from the front and the back for all classes. I was standing in line to board from the front. The ground staff manning the boarding in the front refused to let me board through the front citing that my seat number justified boarding from the back. Now I was the last person to board the plane and by the time I got inside the plane there was no overhead space for my carry on bag. The saving grace was the stewardess that helped reorganize the overhead space, which made the other passengers unhappy. It looked like a power trip for that particular ground staff. I truly hope that this particular ground staff was an aberration.

Rude Airport staff did not honor 5 kg personal item allowance listed on Etihad website, even their manger Mr. Jamir staff# 27694, said he will only allow up to 2 kg for personal item even after showing it on website. Charged me $57 Very old and noisy plane, entertainment tv was also not working. They said you can do steaming on phone but that was also not available.

the crew insisted that all windows be fully up when landing; the sun was shining through brightly and hurting this old lady's eyes, so I put it up 3/4 of the way so it would block the sun until we turned around to land. The flight attendant insisted that it be opened all the way. When I told her it was hurting the old lady's eyes, she shrugged as if to say "Whatever". So I responded, oh so you don't care? Then she realized that she was being rude, got embarassed, and apologized to the old lady (she apologized in Hindi, the lady didn't understand a word she said but smiled and nodded) and she went along her way. I would expect the staff to at least be decent human beings and when told someone is having pain, to at least express some degree of caring or at least apologize for the inconvenience. I would encourage Jet Airways to teach their staff that while they need to follow rules and policies, they also need to behave like decent human beings.
