Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(
It was a lovely flight. Very attentive crew, comfortable seats, good food and entertainment. Highly recommended. Only difficulty was with their app.
Terrible. Flight was delayed for hours and we ended up arriving at our home at 4am after 20+ hours flying.
Flight was cancelled around 45 -1hr minutes before scheduled take off time due to mechanical issues we hadn’t even boarded yet. Had to reroute to Orlando so someone had to drive 2 1/2 to come and get me… the alternative was go through Toronto and get a later flight which didn’t work for my schedule. The flight attendants barely gave anyone a smile…not the same as flying when a client/passenger was important. Very disappointed. By the way I have never ever made a complaint online about any company with feedback…even when I probably should have. The only good experience was the boarding desk associates who were very professional and got me on another flight with my checked bags…very nice team.
I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.
Never again flying economy on Rouge!!! Literally like sardines!!! Will try to change to better seats 3 seat arrangement only so so if traveling with family. Who wants to squished to stranger!!😖 Can’t say enough bad about this!!!
Air Canada is the worst airline I have ever flown. They lost my luggage, cancelled my flight, refused to pay for a hotel, charged me for business class even though they changed my flight to economy and there is no process to get someone on phone. Would not recommend Air Canada to my worst enemy.
Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.
ground crew at Casablanca as well as at Montreal was not helpful at all. specially at Montreal airport, very rude .
Service was excellent, but they ran out of food options by the time they got to my seat (row 36).
