They separated my bags, so I had to wait in Philadelphia for my bag to arrive on next flight 2 1/2 hours latter. Not happy after flying from Sydney.

My only gripe is that paying for an assigned seat is only allowed 48 hours before takeoff and costs at least $30, twice what Spirit charges to allow you to select a seat during booking, so it is worse. No one watched us to ensure that we didn’t use the overhead bins (a stipulation of the fare) but we did comply anyway. We chose to take our chances and were assigned seats at the gate 16 rows apart and both in the middle seat.

NOTHING !! I lost my flight because in the email I received you all put the wrong airline on it and nobody took responsability for it . I ended up paying $311.00 to get the next flight back to Austin .

In the email it was stated that my first flight was with British Airways, so i wasted time making the wrong line . Only to get to the counter and waste more tome trying to find me in the system to then tell me my flight is with American Airline . I double check my email where it clearly shows: 1st flight-British Airway and 2nd flight-American Airline . This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with .

They had good movies in the plane

There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future.

In the email it was stated that my first flight was with British Airways, so i wasted time making the wrong line . American refused to board me becouse LAN did not send the reservation to AA system. Flight was full and AA did not even talk with me about what to do. They just unloaded my bag allready checked to MIA.. After two hours standing at LAN counter they changed my flight to Lima and than to Miami. I came to Miami 12 hours late, very disappointed by this service. According to AA my ticket was never confirmed by the airline !! How can you sell it to customer ??

I was flying to MEX from LAX and i had to get through customs which took a long time, but got to the Aeromexico ticket counter to get my boarding pass and they told me that they start boarding 45min before departure time and I got tot he counter at with 35 min to departure and they told me that I missed my flight and had to buy another flight which was two hours later. I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving.

The guy at the check in counter was awesome, even though his English wasn't great. He upgraded me to the exit row seats since my legs are long; usually you need to pay for this. The seats were huge and comfortable, though the arm rests didn't move, so you could stretch out (the flight wasn't that full).

One flight attendant was basically rude to everyone. She was so comically unfriendly that people on the plane were actually mocking her (for good reason). She refused to explain to us how the emergent slide worked. We asked because the visual instructions on the door were different from those in the seat back pamphlet. In fact, I still don't know which directions are the correct ones (they were contradictory).

Basic economy had my wife and I 16 rows apart each in a middle seat. I was in the very last seat on the plane. Flight attendants were attentive and surprisingly very nice, legroom is non-existent (same as every flight in plain coach).

High cost to prebook seats was twice what Spirit or Frontier would charge

Conforto das poltronas. Mesmo na area mais simples.

Comida, pois nao da pra comer feijao preto no cafe da manha junto com omelete, sistema de entretenimento que nao funcionou por quase 3hs. A equipe tambem parecia nao querer atender os passageiros.

We got to our destination

Everything else. Check-in was horrendously slow, customer service nonexistent, they checked in our carry on so they could charge for overweight, and I was forced to board while I was waiting for food only to wait a whole another hour before we actually took off. Flight was delayed 1.5hrs

They had good movies in the plane

There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future.

NOTHING !! I lost my flight because in the email I received you all put the wrong airline on it and nobody took responsability for it . I ended up paying $311.00 to get the next flight back to Austin .

In the email it was stated that my first flight was with British Airways, so i wasted time making the wrong line . Only to get to the counter and waste more tome trying to find me in the system to then tell me my flight is with American Airline . I double check my email where it clearly shows: 1st flight-British Airway and 2nd flight-American Airline . This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with .

The guy at the check in counter was awesome, even though his English wasn't great. He upgraded me to the exit row seats since my legs are long; usually you need to pay for this. The seats were huge and comfortable, though the arm rests didn't move, so you could stretch out (the flight wasn't that full).

One flight attendant was basically rude to everyone. She was so comically unfriendly that people on the plane were actually mocking her (for good reason). She refused to explain to us how the emergent slide worked. We asked because the visual instructions on the door were different from those in the seat back pamphlet. In fact, I still don't know which directions are the correct ones (they were contradictory).

I was in Business class and had some room to spread out.

Flight was delayed by almost three hours. Crew provided NO service, but it was a late flight.
