Surprise $70 carryon charge No wifi Late arrival Lost Luggage No customer service This is the worst airline i've ever flown on and i've been on pretty much all of them. Not worth any savings, which are swallowed up in fees and surcharges anyway. the only 'wow' i experienced was in being flat-out appalled by the poor customer service lack of professionalism. Research this company before you fly; barely started and already seeing complaints pile up all over.

They boarded us through the gate and then we just waited on the walkway to the airplane since they weren't letting anyone in. Very frustrating. Flight was delayed.

New airplanes, but no entertainment.

Extra charges for luggage make it as expensive as other airlines, but there is no entertainment, no food, and crew couldn't even provide a pen for customs form. They charge $3.00 for water like it's Disneyland.

I have flown WOW before and am well aware of the baggage restrictions and lack of meal service, but what bothered me more was the lack of information, communication, and general customer service throughout. We were assigned seats when checking in online, but there is no way to change these online, so I wanted to do so at the airport. However, there was no gate agent at Keflavik either, so unless you check in all over again, you have to find a special service desk. The food for sale is minimal, and at no point in the flight did they announce what was on offer. If you don't mind being squashed, bringing your own food, and can squeeze all you need for your trip into a bag that fits under the seat, yes, it's a bargain. But if you want to be comfortable, have a meal, and not pay $40 on each leg to use the overhead compartment, use a normal airline.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
