Cons: "A quick drink service would have been nice, it was provided on the same flight going the opposite direction"

Cons: "Well if my future father in law was on the flight it would have been wonderful, but he passed away July 7th, and I did get refunded, and we are mourning his loss and keep getting notifications about the flight and emails which makes it very difficult mentally. So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

Pros: "Even in the absolute freezing (-40F) the plane landed an hour early into Minneapolis. Was only delayed 20 minutes leaving. Crew did amazing to get the plane going."

Cons: "... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."

A variety of free snacks were offered along with starbucks coffee, score! I wish I'd brought my ipad to take advantage of the free wi-fi and movies in-flight. Take-off & landing were very smooth despite a delay upon take-off. Made my connecting flight with time to buy lunch."

Then 45 minutes into the flight they said the landing gear light came on and they would be going back to change plans. My mother with Lymes disease was waiting 3 hours in Providence supposed to arrive a 11:50 instead 2:50am we were so tired missed a day of vacation."

But, when we landed, as passengers were trying to get off of the plane, the attendants were putting all of the collected luggage at the entry to the jetway. It created congestion. Then, anyone who had luggage, had to lineup against the side of the jetway, awaiting their luggage, and increasing the congestion. First, it was inconvenient. Worse, if there was any kind of emergency, I believe it would have created a unsafe environment. Very Poor Design & Process ! ! !"

Since the hub system used by Delta required me to go north in order to go south, Delta decided to charge me $40 for my luggage. If I had flown directly to GDL there would have been no charge. But since I had to go through ATL, I added hours of travel and additional fees."

Pros: "My 17 year old daughter flew American Airlines to attend a wedding. She recently had spinal surgery and is not able to lift more than 5lbs. After being assured by the airline that staff would help her with her carryon luggage, she was abandoned and ignored by both flight attendants. Each flight attendant referred het to the next, so she is walking back and forth tor their amusement. Tears rolling down her face, finally an elderly passenger helped her. Then the staff gave her attitude the entire flight. She may appear healthy, but she was cut from her neck to her waist and had two rods inserted along with bone grafts. I just cannot believe how awful she was treated."

We received good service from attendants who checked on us often to bring extra drinks and answer questions. I see now that it's worth the extra money/points to fly first class. Cons: "I felt the flight attendant who first served me was a little brash. We were seated for what seemed like extra time before takeoff so I ordered a mimosa when asked if I wanted a drink. She seemed reluctant to give it to me so I wish she had explained that there wasn't much time or explained any hesitations that she was maybe trying to hide from her expressions. I was only 1/3rd finished with the drink when she practically grabbed it from my hands and said she had to take it away. A warning would have been nice, I could have finished it faster. Then during the flight when I ordered another one so I could actually enjoy it, she still seemed hesitant/judgmental and finally said "that will be the last champagne the plane has." It was an awkward experience that I didn't appreciate. However, this same attendant seemed more friendly throughout the flight and was kind and helpful."

Flight went through a series of delays until we were finally informed that our flight would not make the flight departing Philly to SF. Rather than fly to Philly during the DNC, we decided to SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT IN PROVIDENCE and take the flight out the next day. This part of the trip caused me to lose a day of work and spend more money on a hotel and meals. This was very poor planning on your part since there were flights flying in and out of both places, but your company was short one aircraft that would have gotten my son and I home on time!!! This was my last flight on American Airlines and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and family that you have become too unreliable!!"

The Miami shuttle took me to a dark street at 4am and told me to get out, this is your stop. I told him I was not going to get out it was dangerous and there was no hotel in sight. I had him take me back to the airport where I spent the next 10 hours watching my flight get delayed all over again. It was ridiculous. It ruined my whole trip. I will not be flying with American Airlines in the future."

Customer service was not great. I was flying to see my daughter graduate, and the only time they could get me out was when the graduation started. No hotel vouchers were given for the delay either, so the airport bench ended up being the bed. So I ended up being stranded in Newark for an additional 8 hours to just miss her graduation."

The armrest in between us was up when I arrived to my seat with a large woman spilling over into my seat and I had to lean over the whole flight towards the aisle which made for a short and uncomfortable flight."

Pros: "The crew and attendants were professional. The seats were like sitting on a wooden bench, but that was expected. You get what you pay for from a CHEAP airline."
Cons: "It could have been on time . Not 3 hours and 45 minutes late!!!!!!!!!! When i came back to the airport the second time I got there 43 minutes before the flight YES, 3 THREE MINUTES after their cutoff time for checked bags, and they would not check my bag. I had to pay $16.00 extra to carry it on. I travel 7 months out of the year and have never had anything happen like this before. I was the only one in line and the "Customer Service" person was indignant and reminded me that i was the last person to sign in. I guess the last people to sign in, or maybe all people that sign in get treated with utter disrespect. I am 3 minutes late, Frontier is 3 hours and 45 minutes late and i am the one who gets treated with disrespect . Horrible!!!!! Inexpensive airline, NO they are a CHEAP airline that doesn't give a damn about its customers. I will be going to the internet, the Points Guys, the FAA, and to their corporate offices next. Although I won't be expecting a response from their corporate offices because the culture of CHEAP customer service starts at the top!"

No front tier personnel available. No front tier electronic kiosk to print tickets. Missed my flight because I could not get through security. Frontier need to upgrade their customer service at Providence TE Green Airport. It reads poorly and I will not fly frontier again"

I also don't really appreciate having to pay for a carry on. I knew about this so made sure my bag would be considered a personal item, but I just don't know how I feel about that as a backpack may not even fit under that seat. But again, the flight was cheap. So, I don't know."

The airline groups together those needing check in and those dropping off bags which makes no sense at all. Results in a long process. Nickel and dime you until the savings from a traditional airline is non-existent. Seats are uncomfortable, crew is unpleasant. No wifi or entertainment. And baggage is always delayed. Pay the money for a regular airline."

Cons: "I disliked the check in/bag drop situation departing Denver at the front desks. The line was insanely long and took over 45 minutes just to drop a bag off that you've already paid for. You can't even get a cup of water on the flight without paying for it. Hopefully nobody's dehydrated."

Cons: "They were late with our plane. Once we boarded there was a maintenance issue that had to be fixed while we sat on the plane. The plane was dirty. The tray tables were small and no locks/ the attendant asked me to make sure my 9month old boy didn't play with it as it "annoys patrons" however they put it low and easy reach. One flight attendant was rude and the other was great."

Pros: "Enjoyed the amazing price to fly from the PNW to the midwest in addition to how quickly we made it, both flights arrived earlier than expected."
Cons: "Crew was unfriendly and on multiple occasions short with guests. Midway through the flight I ran out of water and was feeling dehydrated, when I approached an attendant she let out a sigh of annoyance because she was reading a book and quickly snapped "well I cant put any water in that canteen!" with an eye roll. When I saw that that only water available was Dasani after their recent parasite recall I declined. For the remainder of the flight I was so nauseous from dehydration I did not know if I would be able to stand up. Additionally, for those of you who have not flown with Frontier they do not offer water. When they come down the aisle they simple say "do you want to buy drinks or snacks?". And dont plan on charging your devices as there are no usb ports."

Cons: "There was a flight attendant who was rude and microagressive as well as belittling. Her name tag was turned around, but she was white, blond and a bit older."
