There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

Cons: "The boarding process is very confusing. There are so many different boarding priorities and programs, it is difficult to know where you are in the boarding process. Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

Pros: "The people who handled the wheelchairs in both Minneapolis and Phoenix were top notch. In fact, I'd rate them the highest of all such employees of all the airlines I've ever traveled on!!!"
Cons: "I completely offended by the attitude of one of the flight attendants. As I am disabled, I choose the restroom that is closest to me for my use. I was seated in row 5, just behind First Class. In fact, I tried to upgrade to First Class when I checked in, but it was full. So when the seatbelt sign went off, I went through 1st Class to the restroom by the cockpit. I didn't take my cane. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs up to my hips, and given that I can easily lose my balance, I am much safer on airplanes when I hold onto the seats as I pass by. As it happens, the restroom was occupied and I had to stand in the area at the front of the plane that the flight attendants typically occupy. The snippy attendant saw me standing there and immediately walked in front of me to get her microphone and loudly announced to the entire airplane that NO ONE was allowed to use that restroom except First Class and people who arrived by wheelchair. I arrived by wheelchair. I have some real ethical issues with her behavior. First of all, I was embarrassed by her remarks. Secondly, one bathroom for 12 people and one bathroom for the 100-200 others that were on that flight is unconscionable!!!!!!!!!!!! There are two things that in my humble opinion can never be denied any human being are water under any circumstances and the right to a speedy and safe trip to the bathroom. I was deeply offended by her remarks and by her timing in giving the remarks. I told her that I had arrived by wheelchair, and would be leaving by one as I am disabled. She shined me on. Her behavior was rude and uncalled for. I will never fly Sun Country again, and she is the reason. Additionally, I will not fly with a company who operates under such an unethical agenda. Everyone has the right to a speedy trip to the bathroom. The plane was loaded with elderly "Snow Birds." The elderly are notorious for having special bathroom needs whether or not they are in first class or arrived by wheelchair. I think this airline is blatantly discriminatory."

I really like terminal 2 or Hubert Humphrey terminal out of Minneapolis/St. Paul it is easy to get in and out of or get dropped off. Everything is laid out and well marked so I can figure out where to go when I arrive. Staff was friendly and helpful and understanding that flying and the rules for boarding etc., are something I needed explained to me. I found my gate with no issues, and the announcements of when we would board etc., was clear and easy to understand. Sun County Crew were courteous, and friendly. I wasn't all that hungry and it was not a long flight, but the food choices looked good and reasonably priced. If I fly again I will try to use Sun Country."

Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again."

This was all totaled 2.5 hours on the Tarmac. Finally, some 5 hours late we departed Miami in a different plane. Upon arrival in Phoenix, the captain wearily announced that there was no ground crew awaiting us, so we had to wait some time on the tarmac there to disembark. Never before had I heard a airline captain encourage the passengers to write a letter of complaint to his employer."

Also, the push by crew to "valet check" carry in luggage was too aggressive, especially since there was ample space to store luggage above the seats, then having to wait 10 minutes or more to retrieve luggage at entryway while being concerned about connecting flights was an example of a poor system for serving passengers when a flight is let."
Pros: "My 17 year old daughter flew American Airlines to attend a wedding. She recently had spinal surgery and is not able to lift more than 5lbs. After being assured by the airline that staff would help her with her carryon luggage, she was abandoned and ignored by both flight attendants. Each flight attendant referred het to the next, so she is walking back and forth tor their amusement. Tears rolling down her face, finally an elderly passenger helped her. Then the staff gave her attitude the entire flight. She may appear healthy, but she was cut from her neck to her waist and had two rods inserted along with bone grafts. I just cannot believe how awful she was treated."

Flight went through a series of delays until we were finally informed that our flight would not make the flight departing Philly to SF. This part of the trip caused me to lose a day of work and spend more money on a hotel and meals. This was very poor planning on your part since there were flights flying in and out of both places, but your company was short one aircraft that would have gotten my son and I home on time!!! This was my last flight on American Airlines and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and family that you have become too unreliable!!"

Cons: "My email is not linked to my phone, so I got no warning notices of two gate changes waiting for my connecting flight home. I waited at the original gate (C39) from arrival time (2:30 pm) til boarding time (5:40 pm). When I saw no change to my destination, I checked the United App to find that the gate had been changed C33). Rushing to C33 I found another flight boarding at that location with one United Representative who could not stop to answer questions. Seeing two unoccupied Representatives at the next gate (C32), I asked if they could help me with the confusion, they said I should check with gate C33 - which I told them that she was too busy with other passengers. I searched for a Departure Board and discovered that gate C33 was still the gate, but "aircraft maintenance" had delayed the flight until after 8:20. After having to check my carry-on because of lack of space in the overheads, my departure from the airport was further delayed another 30 minutes. Upon returning home and checking my email, I found notifications of two different gate changes (C33 & C44). Announcements should have been made at both gate C39 about the changing of the gate and at C33 explaining the problem. The captain's lame excuse about air conditioning and Phoenix's hot weather was lame to say the least."

Pros: "I was happy to finally receive a drink one the flight started. A waterbottle at the seat and not other service would have been nice. Wifi was not working. The seats were small and cramped. My seat did not stay either up or down...it kept moving around and would not stay adjusted. However the crew was fantastic and our two female pilots were amazing. Captain Amy touched down in Phoenix was one of the smoothest I have ever experienced."
Cons: "This flight was horrible. I upgraded my seat and paid extra for a premium economy and it was still crowded. There was gum or candy stuck to the floor right were I was supposed to stash my carry on. I pointed it out to the flight attendant and his response was "so you can't put your bag there?" I asked him if he would ruin his bag and put it there and he said "well, you don't know me." What? I had to worry the whole flight about putting my foot on that gooey mess. What did I get for my extra money? Aggravation."

Cons: "There was no entertainment available on this flight. It's a short flight so I don't expect any, however, I continued on to Phoenix that day from Chicago and that is a long flight. I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you."

No hotel vouchers were given for the delay either, so the airport bench ended up being the bed. So I ended up being stranded in Newark for an additional 8 hours to just miss her graduation."

A lot of other airlines offer some sort of complimentary in flight entertainment. Also the luggage didn't start coming out for at least 30 mins of waiting at baggage claim. Not the worst experience I've had flying but far from being a good experience. It probably isn't worth flying united unless it's 1st class. But even they had to wait 30+mins for luggage!"

Cons: "This airline is terrible. First we were told that the flight would be delayed 1 hour and 40 minutes. We were supposed to leave at 2139 from IAH to PHX. They changed the departure to 2309 due to "mechanical failure" of one of the aircrafts. We were told a plane was coming and that we were just waiting for another flight to Albuquerque that was delayed before us to leave the gait. Long after that first delayed flight left passengers for PHX were delayed 3 more times which ended in the final tenative departure time being 0145. We were told at 0115 to sit tight and wait because the plane was now here but the crew was still in route. Shortly after this promise, the crew showed up and everything seemed to be ready for us to board. Another 30 minutes went by and they announced that the flight was cancelled. United airlines had used up over 4 hours of changing gaits and times only to end up cancelling the entire flight. They did not offer any explanation for this nor were they the least sympathetic to the travelers who have all paid to be on that flight. The customer service was disgraceful and did not offer any type of help on reimbursement, hotel, cabs, or compensation for this."

With American most the planes that I have flown in have free movie entertainment and everybody seat the seats are comfortable And recline. And the snacks are free along with the soda. Please think twice before flying frontier."

They relieved their customers suffering then with complimentary water! Now that’s service. Frontier is one of the most base airlines out there. I’m entirely frustrated that they are one of the only airlines that service our podunk airport."

The crew wasn't as pleasant and friendly as I'd like them to be but did there jobs (I guess) then we had to sit and wait for a gate .... the only reason why a gate finally opened up was because people started asking for snacks. Overall there was nothing special about this flight I was upset that I didn't have my luggage from the beggening of my trip but the day before I left my bag was recovered . The ticket was inexpensive but I'm not sure if it was worth the hasstle Then I had to pay for my bags coming back as well. Suggestion maybe have a 50% voucher ad a courtesy from sending a bag to the wrong destination."

I landed safely so I MUST be thankful for that, but if I was booking I would want to know this information. Since I'm the wiser now I will not book with Frontier again. Also it was an extra $90 for my CARRY ON round trip. It notified me it would be extra when I booked online but didn't specify how much. What a surprise. I spent more on the fees for the bag than I spent on the bag itself (and most of the contents for that matter)."

Cons: "Tried to cancel this flight using the flight insurance I was up sold during checkout. Turns out that the flight insurance was only available for international flights? When I ask the agent why it was the recommended during purchase, she said I should have read the full terms and conditions during checkout. To me, this was a true scam. She told me that I could appeal the conditions of the travel insurance, but I would have to present a death certificate of the friend's baby that had just passed - the reason the baby shower was cancelled, and the reason this trip was cancelled. It was appalling. I tried calling Frontier directly, but their reservation desk was closed due to their system being down. HOURS I tried to call, and could not get a rep. I ended up not able to cancel the flight or even speak w a Frontier rep before my flight departed. In all, I was given 6 different numbers or lines to call to sort through this situation. All I did was waste hours of my time. This was a terrible situation where I feel like I was the victim of a scam."

Then, the Departure board at the airport totally dropped the flight, Then (again thru Kayak) I read that the flight would NOT board in terminal 1, Gate 21, Domestic terminal, but ar gate A3 in the International terminal. We all had to exit domestic and go to international and again through TSA. Then the flight departed another 30 minutes late finally over 2 hours LATE! Upon arrival at Phoenix the plane taxied too far away from the exit ramp-another 40 minutes before we could depart. It was an awful flight experience. Did they offer a free soda or anything for inconvenience we experienced-NOT A THING!"

Their customer service line AND website stated I could be charged up to DOUBLE that ($80) if I had to pay for it at the gate. I looked it up, and I would have payed less on at least two other carriers because of the extra charges. This is information that should CLEARLY be stated when listing the costs of a flight, not "covered" under "additional costs may apply" or some such legalese"

Pros: "I'm handicapped and the service I was given was excellent. From the moment I walked in the door at DIA I was given superb service. It made the trip so easy and pleasant. The flight attendants were also helpful when I needed a little water to some medication."
Cons: "Charging for carry on baggage is ridiculous. I was warned ahead of time so I carried a oversized purse that would accommodate a book and my ipas mini. But charging for non alcoholic beverages is highway robbery! And the food offerings were nothing but junk food. No wonder you are rated last in the airline industry for customer service."
Pros: "Not much. Will not fly this airline again."
Cons: "Extra charges for everything. Even water and coffee weren't free. Seat charge, what is that ? Overheard a fellow passenger say he felt as though we were treated like cattle."

Cons: "I was not informed that I would be forced to pay for a carry-on, which was more expensive than checking my bag. I checked it, which then forced me to have an additional 30 minute wait at baggage claim. Horrible experience especially due to the splitting headache from the child who was screaming louder than I ever thought humanly possible (that obviously wasn't the airline's fault though)."

Cons: "They charged to pick seating, for carry-ons, and for beverages on the flight. The money I "saved" compared to other airlines, I ended up probably spending more due to the additional charges."
Pros: "This is a good option if the price differential va other airlines is significant enough. However you must consider all the add on costs in that value calculation. Charges to reserve seat and check in on line, charge for carry on, charge for all drinks etc"

Cons: "The person at the gate informed me that I would have to pay for my bag. The same bag I had just brought from Portland on the same plane. She was rude ."
