Pros: I had to wait almost an hour for my bags. This ridiculous.

Cons: My flight was cancelled without me being informed. I was only told after waiting for almost an hour at the airport . To get a next flight option of a refund, I had to wait for another hour. Of course no other flight possible until 2 days later(the day I was supposed to come back) ,so I asked for a refund, and I was that I would have to wait up to 6 weeks to get my money back.
Pros: Friendly crew, arrived 40 minutes early.
Cons: Seat wouldn’t recline.
Cons: Terrible experience with easy jet, for the second time the broke my bag, the attendant just before boarding to the plane she charged me ( in a very rude way) 50€ just because she thought my cabin bag is bigger than standard!! Who will redeem me for my 300€ broken bag. I will try never to fly easy jet unless it is the only available option.
Pros: The staff was great.
Cons: Nothing. All good.
Pros: The crew were very friendly.
Pros: They had many snacks and meals. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: The dinner taste was not great. Seating is very uncomfortable and small. Really limited on space if seat is reclined in front of you.
Pros: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Cons: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.
Cons: Leg room was really bad in economy and the only upgrade option was to business for $10,000 so of course not affordable for the average person.
Cons: Swiss does not know how to handle their own problems and hurt passengers in the process.
