Pros: Crew Was very friendly , smiley, and welcoming.
Cons: Movie selection could have been better, but was ok.
Pros: The boarding process was much easier and faster. No delayed flights.
Cons: I used the laboratory before takeoff as I was one of the first people on the plane and I forgot to go before I boarded. The hand soap container was empty and I had to tell one of the crew. Shouldn’t that have been taken care of before boarding passengers?
Cons: My parents needed special assistance for boarding and changing flights in Zürich and SWISS was just phenomenal. Thank you very muc

Cons: The flight was over an hour late off the ground and we’d held up in the air for another 1/2 hour. Connections missed, very disappointed.
Cons: The flight was an hour late leaving Rome. They did not even offer a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Because it was late leaving Rome we missed our connecting flight from London to Chicago. Disappointed in lack of customer service!!!!!

Cons: Appeared that there was some inconsistencies in what was allowed to be carried-on. When I checked in, my roller-bag suitcase carry-on was not allowed to be carried on and it made me scramble at the last minute to grab items I wanted for in-flight use. The odd thing was that the flight was less than half full and there was lots of storage space. Plus a young male was allowed to board with a very large duffel bag (larger than my roller), an over-sized skate board, and a personal backpack and a pillow.
Pros: The staff was kind and helpful. The business class was good and the updrafts was really worth it

Cons: O PIOR checkin dos últimos 10 anos. Desorganizado, lento e sem as máquinas self funcionando. Avião velho, com pouco espaço para as pernas e um sistema de entretenimento da década de 80. Comida péssima A melhor coisa a fazer e usar outra companhia.

Cons: Communication on which luggage carousel our luggage was going to be on. The screen said, carousel 11 when in actuality, it was carousel 10. Very confusing...and caused me a delay. That’s the only frustration in the entire trip so far.

Cons: could do without the delays. transit time was reduced to less than an hour in Frankfurt because flight to Frankfurt was delayed by 45 mins. it is becoming very stressful to transit in FRA every time.
