Left late (and therefore arrived late) due to starting the boarding process late and slow boarding. I wouldn't go so far as to say the attendants were rude, but they were not friendly, either. Could not check in online ahead of time due to flying with a US passport (which was not a problem with, for example, British Airways, flying from London to Rome).

Orlando International Airport closed on Sep 9, at 5pm. Our tickets were for Sep 9 at 10pm. Hurricane Irma we tried to get out on the 6, 7, or 8th but Norwegian air did not have any flights available. Since we could not make the original flight on Sep 9, we never went.

Flight was on time. Boarding was super smooth. Staff was lovely. Nothing to complain about!! I was worried because I had three kids and I had heard horror stories about the airline being super strict about the size of carry-on luggage but everything was fine! They didn’t ask us to check in our bags or to pay any additional Fees. I was so happy! It was easy peasy!

Everything was perfect. There was a dad who kept yelling at his kid in Serbia’s-Croatian but that had nothing to do with the airline.

They even charge for water, just like Easy Jet and the low price airlines. BA doesn’t accept US credit cards online, nor do they accept cash. The simple drink service takes forever. I feel sorry for the flight attendants who have to fill out paper credit card forms if you present an American credit card. It’s like we are back in the 1970s. Ridiculous. It’s a $45/bag charge to check your bag. That’s almost double the standard $25 for American carriers. May try to avoid BA in the future.

made up some time in the air so we werent as late as we were delayed.

No TVs!! in 2018? on a large airplane? C'mon. Old plane with no-seatback entertainment. just tiny screens many rows up, on the bulkhead. Terrible. One offering for beverages then never saw the flight crew again. Flight delayed by close to an hour. even with making up time we landed late. big issue for me due to connections.

The wheelchair services at both Rome and Heathrow were superb. The lady who checked us in in Rome was extremely helpful.

Food in business class could be better. One toilett in business class was unusable. At leadt 1 in economy cladd was also unusable.

Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable

The flight itself from NYC was great, the connection flight was great.

The worst boarding process I ever seen! The airport people and crew didn’t tell people what’s going on, there was a uhh delay. Big lines of people just standing and waiting. The flight took off 45 min late!!

We were book on a segment (Rome to London) of a Norwegian Air Flight from Rome to the US. We did not know this until our boarding passes came. There baggage policy made this very difficult. We flew over the first phases of our trip Air Berlin, Alitalia, and Ryan Air. We were alowed a take on piece of luggage and a small backpack on each flight. We had had no problem with this and were very careful to not overstep our limits. When we got to Easy Jet we had to repack our luggage and check one piece for approx $60(we were only allowed 1 piece per person) and then when we got to London we had to repack again back to our original 2 pieces in order not to have to check the large bag we had moved most of our belongings into which would have cost us an additional amoung. Easy Jet Is the only airline I have ever encountered with this insane policy and I am ery resentful of the time and cost of packing and repacking. Luckily we had a collapsible bag with us for an emergency and had arrived at the airport with a 3 hour time frame in which to do this.

I will certainly be cautious in using KIWI again because of this and certainly won't ever use Easy Jet. I am now skeptical of Norwegian Air for putting us in this situation. Norwegian Air's food policy makes thier flight very cumbersome and uncomfortable. Theyt ignore requests to buy food if one hasn't done it earlier. I had no idea that on a transatlantic flight absolutely nothing would be offered, including water, except at a price. Because of the luggage debacle we had to time to buy anything

Because we missed our connection on our incoming flight, due to a delay leaving Newark by Swiss, Swiss cancelled our returning flights. So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future.

The plane was clean and the crew was friendly.

the Gateway was broken, so we waited and waited to deplane. Then it worked, and we still waited. We were miles from the main terminals—and about the only plane in the back and beyond. So we had to board a bus. All in it took us an hour to get off the plane and to the terminal.

Flight delayed and missed connection. Ground crew in Rome assured there would be no further delays and connection would be made. Then plane was held on runway for 30 minutes after arriving 1.25 hour late. No complimentary drinks or snacks for a 3 hour flight. Landed 15min before connecting flight departed and was told by crew that a BA representative would be at gate to meet passengers who "missed" connection to LA, but no representative for the LA connection was present (only for other connections) though 20 passengers were on the same LA connection. Approximately 30 other passengers missed other connections. Was told that we would not make transfer to connection in same gate though we still had 10min before departure. At rebooking desk, was told "this happens all the time". Given meal vouchers to use at hotel by London Heathrow. Dinner voucher was valid only at hotel for a single dinner option (chicken, curry, salad, and water only - no juice nor soda, etc.).

We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.

He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...

The flight was an hour late leaving Rome. They did not even offer a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Because it was late leaving Rome we missed our connecting flight from London to Chicago. Disappointed in lack of customer service!!!!!

Made us wait for 30 minutes in line to board. After boarding, waited on the tarmac for an HOUR Got to Mallorca and they had lost my luggage despite delays. I paid 190 for an extra bag!

Orlando International Airport closed on Sep 9, at 5pm. Our tickets were for Sep 9 at 10pm. Hurricane Irma we tried to get out on the 6, 7, or 8th but Norwegian air did not have any flights available. Since we could not make the original flight on Sep 9, we never went.

The wheelchair services at both Rome and Heathrow were superb. The lady who checked us in in Rome was extremely helpful.

Food in business class could be better. One toilett in business class was unusable. At leadt 1 in economy cladd was also unusable.

A more organized boarding. There was no one to assist when we arrived at the airport to check in and no one to guide us as to which line to go to when boarding. It is difficult being organized on our own in an environment which include cultures lacking organization or being considerate. All food required purchase. No entertainment provided.

Crew needs to be more educated regarding disabilities such as head injury. Recovering from a concussion obtained when a car hit me while I was walking, but still sensitive to things such as light and noise. When asked to open the shade while landing there was a hesitation but at least they allowed me to leave the shade down at my window for this portion of the flight.

No TVs!! in 2018? on a large airplane? C'mon. Old plane with no-seatback entertainment. just tiny screens many rows up, on the bulkhead. Terrible. One offering for beverages then never saw the flight crew again. Flight delayed by close to an hour. even with making up time we landed late. big issue for me due to connections.

Friendly crew.

Flight delayed and missed connection. Ground crew in Rome assured there would be no further delays and connection would be made. Then plane was held on runway for 30 minutes after arriving 1.25 hour late. No complimentary drinks or snacks for a 3 hour flight. Landed 15min before connecting flight departed and was told by crew that a BA representative would be at gate to meet passengers who "missed" connection to LA, but no representative for the LA connection was present (only for other connections) though 20 passengers were on the same LA connection. Approximately 30 other passengers missed other connections. Was told that we would not make transfer to connection in same gate though we still had 10min before departure. At rebooking desk, was told "this happens all the time". Given meal vouchers to use at hotel by London Heathrow. Dinner voucher was valid only at hotel for a single dinner option (chicken, curry, salad, and water only - no juice nor soda, etc.).

Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain...

Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable

They even charge for water, just like Easy Jet and the low price airlines. BA doesn’t accept US credit cards online, nor do they accept cash. The simple drink service takes forever. I feel sorry for the flight attendants who have to fill out paper credit card forms if you present an American credit card. It’s like we are back in the 1970s. Ridiculous. It’s a $45/bag charge to check your bag. That’s almost double the standard $25 for American carriers. May try to avoid BA in the future.

The plane was clean and the crew was friendly.

the Gateway was broken, so we waited and waited to deplane. Then it worked, and we still waited. We were miles from the main terminals—and about the only plane in the back and beyond. So we had to board a bus. All in it took us an hour to get off the plane and to the terminal.
