Low cost, but I think I really wanted an aisle seat, and I could not easily get one. The return leg might be easier.
Trip from SNA to SFO and back was riddled with DELAYS.
Flight there was massively delayed but never updated on the app. Flight home was massively delayed but also never reported until after we arrived at the airport.
Gate agent and flight crew were amazing! Only issue was landing and waiting on the run way for 30 mins to deplane.
It was all a wonderful experience. I hate to fly and I hate to travel yet. This was a very pleasurable event. Thank you.
Flight cancelled originally with no email informing me of the change. Rebooked for the next day and that flight was delayed with no update on the app.

Poor transfer conditions at LAX almost missed flight. Long walk and delayed shuttle ..avoid at all costs
The plane was freezing. A few other customers mentioned how they can’t get their temperature right on their flights lately.
The food was fine, I was in economy so wasn’t expecting more. Would have liked an entree like pasta/lasagna. Entertainment/movies were ok. I have Apple TV & HBO so I was searching for new releases. But these are just my preferences for food & entertainment. The flight was good. I like the design of your seat backs/tray tables with the extra cup holder and screen holders
The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.
Carmen was an absolute delight on the flight staff! Everyone was lovely and made it a very pleasant flight.
Internet connectivity still seems to be touchy on these flights, making it difficult to rely on it for getting work done.

Flight delayed four separate times. I’m now one hour hours late to landing.
The plane was an older model, so it wasn’t as comfortable as others. The flight attendants were not helpful during onboarding. It was a full flight so there was chaos finding space for baggage.

Delta’s staff is unmatched. From the gate agents, to the pilots, to the flight attendants… all top of the industry.
Our flight from SFO to MSP was right on time on 11/15/2025. No delays. As we approached MSP at about 8 pm, we circled in the air until 8:40 pm so I don't call that efficient for MSP. I think the captain should announce the delay and why. (as if we all don't know that we are just circling around the area, slowing down, speeding up, slowing down.) Thank you. Marilyn Fischer
Excellent flight, the planes were newer, they did a nice job with boarding, great service overall.
This was an auto-rebook due to being delayed from an earlier UA connecting flight. The boarding was fine, but they sat me in a middle seat when my original booking was a window seat. Overall, the flight was fine as it still got me to my final destination.
Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
Lost one piece of luggage even though I checked in 2.5 hours before the flight
Horrifying Almost 2 million miles. Bring your own food and drink. One coffee or drink every three hours. Have to order meals on app more than 24 hours ahead Tiny and dirty bathrooms
My service dog and I were asked to deplane just before they closed the door - clearly very last minute they couldn’t find the documentation that I have filled out many many times before that is for flying service animals. I purposely purchase 3seats (a whole row) since he is large and not all passengers want to sit next to a dog on a cross country flight. The plane departed with my husband on it!!! They made me fill out a hard copy of the same form and had to reschedule me on a later flight where they could find 3 seats together!! I’ve done this so many times before - clearly the error was on their part in a technology glitch - but really people - do better!! Very traumatic - and my husband had to wait for us when he landed ….so bad. Poor pup was confused and tired.
No screens or meal options. Freezing cold. Dirty seats. Left late.

It was a red-eye, but the flight felt surprisingly quick. The seats were very comfortable, and that made resting much easier. I also want to thank the gentleman seated next to me, who graciously moved so my mom could sit beside me. We slept almost the entire way. The cabin crew was respectful in not disturbing us, while also being courteous and professional throughout. Thank you, United.
Boarding was again a "free for all". We were boarding group 4, and almost the entire plane was able to board before us. It's a shame that someone who follows the rules, gets the short end of the stick. Not fair.
Flight attendant made the flight very enjoyable. He was courteous and gave great care to the passengers

Over the course of 7 months of travel, I can count on my hand the number of times the flight has departed on time. Majority of the instances have been related to non-weather reasons. Would not recommend flying this Airline
The plane was spartan, the seats not that comfortable. It was like flying a super low budget airline. They charged for coffee!!! I have never, ever experienced that before.
I had no problems but the changing of planes that I was supposed to be on was confusing. Maybe it would be helpful to let people know your flight changed. Not everyone understands airports or how flying works.
Flight was delayed multiple times without giving any particular reason and the only thing that was communicated was that 'Aircraft is getting ready'. I was stuck at SFO airport for 15 hours and finally took Southwest Airlines flight back home to Dallas.
I was not clear if food was offered or not.

Take-off delayed an hour because of a missing flight officer, so,arrived in Charlotte lates causing many passengers to miss connections. Otherwise a very good flight, safe and comfortable, with an excellent professional crew.
