I got the last seat on the plane, in the back in the corner against the window, and I paid a competitive price for my ticket several weeks before the flight.

Long delay before boarding. By the time I was informed of the delay I was already at the gate.

Three hour flight so snacks and basic drinks unless you pre buy as usual. Didn’t do my emtertainment as was tired after 23 hours of travel. You have to use your own device on US flights if travelers aren’t aware so if you only use your cell phone that can be small. Crew are great.

It was very good. I love flying with Alaska air.

Easier to file a claim. My fiancé got the flu and we had to cancel. ive been given the run around filing a claim. Call me at 831.588.4346 with a live agent please

Display what groups are boarding on the monitor...was unclear unless you listened closely and continuously.

I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!

It was Okay. I do appreciate the flight being on time and the happy crew.

Alaska is always good. Happy polite employees, great airlines. I can’t say that about some of the others !
