They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.
Easier to file a claim. My fiancé got the flu and we had to cancel. ive been given the run around filing a claim. Call me at 831.588.4346 with a live agent please

Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
No entertainment and one bag of pretzel/beverage at the beginning of a 5 plus hour flight.

Crew was great. Helpful, friendly, sense of humor. 👍🏽 Seat was really uncomfortable -- too concave ( why make them like that???) but worst, This is the first flight I've ever been on in my life where the seat did not have the option to recline!!! Whaaaat??? I was so sleepy but never was able to get comfortable enough to actually sleep. I forget which model of a plane it was exactly, but it was a 737 of some type.
We had tried to change our seats in the app multiple times before check-in but the flight was seemingly full. When we boarded, there were several empty seats available that my husband and I were offered to take by one crew member only to be told by two others that those rows were reserved for the crew members’ bags.
One of the flight attendant was very rude and not helpful. The others were good. Also seats were dirty with food bags left on the seats. Looks like the plane wasn’t clean before we boarded.
Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.
third trip overseas with delta recently where the TV did not work- not acceptable for a 8 hour flight! your food really has declined crew great and I am loyal to delta
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.
Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.
It was terrible, I sat next to a person with a cat, I'm allergic to animal dander, my discomfort was extreme
I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.
Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(
Multiple delays and not straight answer from the United team
I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.
Food and flight attendents with positive dispositions and friendly behavior, more professional attitudes
Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
Paid $35 and not able to access the internet at all.
Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time

Flight was delayed bc of mechanical issue. New plane had different configuration so some seats had to be switched. They called all passengers who needed new boarding cards. They did not call us so we thought our seats were the same and fine. When we boarded they informed us our receipts had changed and we are now all sitting separate and in the back row. Both my daughters had meltdowns and started to cry and once we got on the flight, we figured out how we could sit closer to each other, but this was very upsetting.
You ant watch TV if you don't have a device, the seats have more space, and the snacks are different.
Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.
Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
Random carry-on baggage inspection before boarding for NO REASON. The crew kept talking loudly the entire time, making it impossible to rest. When I asked the crew for something, they said they would come back later but never did. It was an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT and UNCOMFORTABLE flight.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.

You get what you pay for, and the flights went smoothly. There’s no reclining chairs, no screens, And there isn’t always wifi, but the plane was clean and staff was friendly and the takeoff/landing were smooth.

Last minute 2-3 hr delay in flight schedule; no explanation Unexpected extra $52 charge What's the benefit of choosing a cheap airline if you trick people last minute and force them to pay extra last minute? Did not appreciate being cornered.
The reservation was cancelled after a day and a half due to family reasons. There was no flight from Newark to Orlando 03.01.2025. Very bad customer service. Never use again.
Overall good experience for the price. Thank you for making travel affordable.

hassled about bringing my laptop on in addition to my backpack...people boarding with real luggage were not stopped but I was which was ridiculous....zero comfort on board and everything is extra. Last time flying spirit not worth it
Helpful flight attendant. Awful legroom. Airline should be required by law to offer people a glass of water.
Check in at dtw was understaffed and chaotic. Flight itself was smooth. Airplane seats seemed newly upholstered and comfortable, flight attendants attentive.
Seats are very uncomfortable pls make your seats comfortable pls pls pls
