Pros: No the crew were not very friendly at all. I was not greeted with a smile at all. My seating was horrible, I unfortunately was seated in the last row, beside the washroom. My seat would not recline. I will never locate my seat at the rear again, total claustrophobia.

Cons: do not take the rear seat in a small airplane ever.

Pros: Since you don't have monitors in the seats. The Internet should be completely free. It says it is free but that's a lie. You have to pay close to $10 for "free" internet. Any flights over 3 hrs should have free Internet.

Cons: I've flown American airlines twice this year. The service and flights have been very good. One thing I'd like to see is a variety of snack options.

Cons: The flight from Miami was delayed and the plane was very hot during the flight.

Cons: I would blame this on myself but had a second incident with CheapoAir. The date was wrong and neither cheapoAir NOR AA would help me to fix it without extravagant fees. Ended up eating the ticket.

Cons: Let passengers know from JFK there is a shuttle or air tram to your actual gate of departure. This could help with what the passenger may have as carry on item

Pros: great crew and very welcoming for me and my small dog.

Cons: Customs when we arrived in MPLS. Around 300 people get off the plane and they have 1 TSA agent checking passports. Terrible staffing and management on their part. Pretty sad!

Pros: The crew was fine. The seat was not very comfortable. I was quite sore after the 6 hour flight. Entertainment was pretty good and I am happy it was free. I'd appreciate a better selection of current movies, though.

Cons: My SEA to BOS flight was 6 hours late; BOS to SEA departed 30 min late. It was my first time on JetBlue and both my flights were late. Not a great first impression. Also, I hate that JetBlue charges $30 each way for checked baggage. This causes overhead bins to be too full of carry-ons.

Cons: I am in shock over how much I ended up paying for my checked bag and personal item. I will never fly sun country again for a trip longer than 72 hours. The flight was MISERABLY cold.

Pros: Boarding was quick and easy. There was enough room for carry on in the overhead compartments and the in flight entertainment system was great with an easy access usb charging port.

Cons: Seats we’re small, no room to place anything in the pocket in front of me and the chairs were so small that all the people next to me had no room to move. None of them were extremely big people, but they didn’t have room for their hands and feet, so they were all in my space. The isle was too narrow

Cons: All of the plane extras (e.g. WiFi, food service, etc.) were out of commission for some reason. Without WiFi, I couldn’t watch anything on my own device, and I would’ve had to pay for a headset that is compatible with your screens.

Pros: Alaska Air sets the standard. Seated in exit row. Power outlets at seat. 500 movies/TV shows available to stream on devices. Ok food available for purchase. Flight attendants seem knowledge and a cut-above service-wise.

Cons: Honestly in-flight food for purchase is just ok. Not great, not terrible. Just doesn't seem like they're trying that hard. Unusual for Alaska.

Cons: If AA could fix its luggage handling process that would be great. BOTH (!) of my bags have been lost on this flight. Both have been eventually located, recovered and delivered to me, but experience was not pleasant this time.

Cons: The greed of the airlines is on full display. There was a time in the 1960's when flying was a special experience. That is all gone now. Flight attendants cold, and almost hostile.

Cons: Delay of over four hours due to two maintenance problems on two different jets. Customer service did not seem fully informed of the problem and there was a lot of confusion among the passengers. Communication could have been clearer.

Cons: Ear buds that allow me to hear the movies clearly; better equalization of the treble, bass and volume. I had to constantly turn volume up and down because of fluctuations in the movie sound track.
