Crew was attentive but not overly friendly. Never saw any of them with a smile. Maybe a long day for them..
Flight was delayed 30 minutes. Gate crew never announced business class boarding. As a result getting to the gate was a madhouse because all passangers jammed the boarding area.
The food was not very good at all. Chicken was very dry.
Earphones did not work So we could not enjoy the movie. Same problem on the way down.
The seats on the 737 are anything but comfortable. Clearly more roomy in business class but not able to relax.
I was vary unhappy about our flights being move around and also delayed with no one to communicate these changes in English. We did get a voucher for food but since the flights where delayed with little time in between we did not have time to use it. Also our bags not making it with us ended up being an inconvenience but thankful that you had them shipped to us. This was the worst experience flying ever.
The crew sprayd some air freshener that didn't work. My husband was forced to clean up the mess with anti bacterial wipes. Totally in sanitary. They should have either moved us to different seats when we asked or, at the very least, moved us temperarily while they fully cleaned the seat.
The airline personnel couldn't have been more kind, courteous and professional. The airplane itself was in excellent condition, and the entertainment had the potential of being very good,
There were seemingly nonstop commercials that were running on the screen, and being broadcast throughout the entire cabin. Bring your earplugs if you don't want to be bombarded by commercials for two thirds of the flight.
