The flight attendant gave the mandatory safety announcement in a way that got people's attention with a smile. People actually listened. He gave a bonus quiz at the end. Free drink, sack of peanuts or pretzels for the first one with the correct answer. Very memorable."

Your company should be sold off and every employee fired."

Pros: "The aircraft was comfortable. I just had a standard coach seat and it was as roomy as other airlines premium economy seats. Alaska airlines had reasonably priced food and drinks, and the entire flight crew was friendly and professional. I also liked the free GoGo texting feature."

Cons: "I was not allowed to use the restroom when we still had 20 minutes or so to land. As they were collecting final garbage, the restrooms were locked and I was not allowed to use them. I can understand cutting off the use of them once the flight crew is seated but they were still walking around and I really had to go. I don't recall a warning for this. If there was an announcement it was not audible over the hum of the engine. I'm very dissatisfied about that final part of my experience."

Cons: "FA's appeared to be rushed during boarding. I was asked to put up my tray table, and I spilled all of my French fries on the floor as the flight attendant watched. I had to leave the mess all over the floor. My seat neighbor offered to help clean the mess. I cleaned it up on my own with a safety information card as a scoop and dumped the mess into a puke bag. The flight attendant should have offered a trash bag as there was plenty of time before takeoff. I flew for your airline as a flight attendant for almost four years, and I know AS flight attendants are among the best."
Pros: "Both my flights were great, and especially my outgoing flight from Chicago, the attendants at the gate were amazing. I don't think I've ever met more helpful, nice attendants--nothing seemed rushed, and they were helpful and happy. Similarly, the attendants on the flight were really nice and cheerful. Flights left on time, and I got in early on my first flight. I've flown a lot in the last year, but this was one of my better experiences with an airline. Check-in was really easy too."

Cons: "I requested an aisle seat because I have broad shoulders and a knee that hurts if I can't extend it. EVERY TIME a particular stewardess would pass, she'd SLAM into my shoulder, with no care or apology. This was very hard to enjoy a drink, or sleep, or do anything on the flight."

Also, what really made me mad, instead of printing our boarding passes at the kiosk we went to a person (husbend had questions about Precheck) and she made us buy return tickets right then, on JetBlue. We had not decided on our return and wanted to leave it open. Can she do that? If not, I would like my money back."

I also appreciated being able to hear and understand all announcements made in the gate area and on board by the support staff and the captain."
Cons: "Some passengers in the gate area were "seat hogs" sitting in one seat and taking up one to two extra seats for their baggage while people were trying to find places to sit, especially when we experienced delays.. This is not the fault of the airlines, however, but it occurs to me that there could be gentle reminders on in print or in announcements asking people to make room for other passengers."

Pros: "I've been flying budget airlines for so long that I was almost shocked to fly an airline that actually cares about its passengers! I kid you not, when they offered coffee to all passengers, I was so sure they would charge us I turned it down. Then, I noticed no one else was paying for it. The next time free snacks and drinks came around, I made sure to grab some! I also appreciated the few extra inches of leg room in every row. Being 6'3", not many planes are designed with your comfort in mind. I fit fairly comfortably in a non-emergency row seat. Last time I flew to Baltimore for work, I had a terrible experience with a different airline. It was $200 less expensive than most airlines, but I ended up paying more in baggage fees and seats. It was only a 1 hour flight and My boss said, "Cheap things usually cost you more, in money, time, and emotion" and nothing has been truer. I always assumed that flights were always unpleasant experiences. Now, I know better."
Cons: "The seats, while having more than average leg room, still weren't very comfortable. Not that I'm expecting a luxury experience while flying economy, but I felt as though the headrest was farther back than average. I can usually fall asleep on a plane and wake up without neck pain, but I really struggled to even figure out a relaxing position this time around. I also did not know that JetBlue did not serve meals on cross-country flights. Or, on any flights for that matter. Had I known, I probably would've picked up a breakfast sandwich before boarding."

Cons: "An individual who was very overweight sat next to me and took up half of my seat as well. I understand we all deserv to ride comfortably and my intent is not to shame them. That said, if someone can’t put the armrest down I think the airline should require them to purchase both seats as it’s very uncomfortable to be in the position of having no seat for the entire ride. I’m an average sized person so it was a challenge but even tiny people deserve the full seat they purchased. There really should be a rule or something."

Finally landed and sat on plane because a plane at our gate was “disabled.” It’s 4:33am, I’ve been off the plane for half an hour, no baggage coming out of the carousel yet and no sign of this absolutely horrific experience ending anytime soon."

Cons: "Weather delay which is out of JetBlue’s control but once we landed (6 hours later) we sat on the runway for an additional hour because our gate had a disable airplane occupying it. I think JetBlue could have done a better job ensuring a back up gate was available or giving their passenger updates on the situation."

Cons: "I never got the opportunity to fly because I was stuck in unusual traffic in a tunnel for over an hour just minutes from the Boston airport. I was later told there was a fire. I called the 1-800-JETBLUE number and I explained that the situation. The agent said that there would be a $75 change fee and at 4:47 pm there were no more flights out that night and that I would also be charged the fare differential the following day. I quickly went on line and found a deep discounted fare on United for $56! When I got to the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not a enough agents on staff and no concern that I might miss my new flight on United. Thank Gid I acted fast and got another flight that evening or I would have needed to spend the night in the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism !"

Pros: "Delta flights run one time and their fleet seems newer than most with comfortable seating. Having free movies in the seat back ahead of you is a big plus with a good selection of movies. Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."
Cons: "Boarding is a hassle no matter the airline with few exceptions. You would think someone could figure and efficient method to get people on the planes. I suppose it could be the public that is the problem. Not a problem with Delta they run a good airline."

Cons: "Almost the entire trip, due to the following reasons: 1. The online check in process didn't work at all. The Delta staff at the Boston airport weren't pleasant and courteous at all. 2. Poor coordination between Delta & Jet Airways - the meal preference was selected before flight at the Jet Airways website but the same didn't get registered properly, even though the website confirmed to me that it was all set. This resulted in appropriate food not being available to the customer on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam. The customer had to literally starve on the flight. 3. The pursers and stewards on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam weren't pleasant and courteous at all. For anything they were asked, their responses ."
Pros: "It only took them 10 minutes to turn things around to make up time for the delay."

Pros: "What I liked: Sky Priority privilege came with separate luggage check-in queues and early boarding"
Cons: "What I disliked: Seats were too small No beverages or snacks offered No USB or power outlets available Three different groups board before Delta Comfort (e.g. those needing more time, travelers with children, first/business class) Didn't see the value compared to a less expensive main cabin ticket"

Pros: "The entertainment system worked well and was able to keep my phone charged."
Cons: "It's very cramped seating. They started boarding by rows but then gave up. Crew are nice."
Pros: "I was notified about the delay via text before I left for the airport, which was nice. I would not have checked my email."
Cons: "Delayed for over 2 hours. I have never flown Delta before this flight and it wasn't a great representation. The flight attendants were nice but I was in a seat near the engine and it was making really weird noises. I fly almost every two weeks, so I'm used to engine noises but this was one of the loudest/most rickety sounding flights I have ever been on.. and I have flown Spirit a few times. It just didn't feel safe. Landing scared me a little too as I have landed in O'Hare countless times and have never flown so low to the highway upon entry. It felt like we were only a couple hundred feet above the cars."

Cons: "I had to take a bus from my gate to the plane from the new D21-26 gates."

Cons: "There was no one at the check-in desk when I got to the airport and when someone called to ask when they would be there Sun Country said they come 2 hours before the flight. Giving people an hour to get through security and get to they're gates before boarding. I also should have looked at how much it would cost checking a bag($20) and all the additional costs that Sun Country has (seat: $7-$25)."

Cons: "The lady at the check in counter was unfriendly - gave me hard time communicating with me."
Pros: "Once we got on board all was well."
Cons: "That we couldn’t get boarding passes online without buying a seat. We arrived from an Alaskan cruise about 6 hrs early and had to wait until 2 hrs before our flight, when a ticket agent arrived, before we could get where we could get food to eat. Then the security line was unbelievably long and we just got through shortly before our flight. Luckily there was a bagel shop right next to the boarding area."
Pros: "I made it safely in one piece and my luggage did too."
Cons: "There was very very little room in the seats. I have never been so cramped on a flight. My knees were hitting the back of the seat in front of me even before I tried to slouch down and take a nap. The seats were also very firm. My butt cheeks fell asleep multiple times so I had to shift in my seat but I couldn’t move very far because my knees were pinned."

Cons: "The flight was the worse we've ever had. Had us running from north concourse to the south concourse for at least a mile& then busing us back to the north to board the plane. No room in our seats, one drink cart, ¬ able to put anything up in the overhead without paying $30 dollars. Having to pay for a small crummy seat that left our legs cramped after a 3 hour flight. I shutter at the thought of our return flight home! NEVER AGAIN will we fly Sun Country!"
Pros: "I loved how, once the aircraft was there they updated us and got everyone organized during the boarding process and we left in a reasonable amount of time after the aircraft arrived. I didn't have any problems with the flight, and it was nice to be notified in advanced about the upcoming turbulence."
Cons: "It was late, and with my long layover, I couldn't check-in without exiting the secure area. They are understaffed, and they don't have anyone in the secured area to even ask questions too, let along check in passengers that are transferring from other airlines. Also, there wasn't anything showing the passengers that the flight was delayed until 10 minutes before the flight was supposed to leave. I knew it was late, only after the agent from a different airline did many searches into my connecting flight, and I also asked my check-in agent at Sun Country, I had to ask! That information was not given willingly."
Cons: "While the cart was parked next to me the flight attendant dropped a can of soda which splattered on my jacket, shirt, pants, feet and shoes - needless to say, I wasn't happy to be wearing soda for the next 10 hours. While she did apologize, their just wasn't any heart, concern or follow-up on it. No steps to give me water or napkins to clean myself up. Very disappointing."
Cons: "Both flights to and from MSP were 2 hours late taking off. To make matters worse, we boarded on time and had to sit in the plane on the tarmac for two hours. There were no services (drinks, snacks etc.) provided during these two hours while we sat on the tarmac. The explanation on my second flight was that they were waiting for paper work and the bags to be loaded. It definitely doesn't take two hours to load bags and finish paperwork! I will not be flying Sun Country again."

Cons: "No complaints about the actual flight, but the check-in system needs work. Even though I checked-in at exactly 24 hrs ahead of time, almost all of the seats were booked and I had to pay extra to be able to have two seats together."
Cons: "Not only do they not have a mobile app, but their website was malfunctioning so I couldn't check-in online. At the SEA airport they didn't have a self-service kiosk, so we had to wait in line. Modernize!"
Cons: "Very upset because they lost our luggage. Our car keys were in the luggage so now we had to pay a crazy amount of money to take a taxi home in addition to having to leave our car at the airport park and ride. We now will have to drive all the way back tomorrow to retrieve our car. When we asked them how are we supposed to get home they couldn't have cared less."

Pros: "Your falsified seat choice at 24 hours before flying is a joke. I logged onto your site 24 hours EXACTLY before my flight to pay fir a checked bag. Imagine my surprise that only MIDDLE SEATS IN THE BACK OF THE PLANE were my choices!! Now... I KNEW that not every person on that plane had already chosen all the other seats. I could BUY a seat however! No!!! I already paid for a seat with my ticket!!! I think what your company is doing is dishonest and greedy. There are other airlines that do not have this dishonest practice... And I will be looking at them in the future."
Pros: "The Landing was smooth. The flight path seemed to run just south of the Missouri River though Montana."
Cons: "When I asked he pilot whether we flew along just south of the Missouri RIver, he said, we crossed it. Well of course we crossed it, but that would have been when it turned south in North Dakota. I would like the flight path to be made available to the passengers. It is very frustrating to me to not have any clear understanding of what the landscape features are that I am seeing out the window, and where I am in relation to the earth's suface."
Pros: "I happened to be in row 4, had lots of leg room and the middle seat was empty."

Cons: "I stayed at airport bar waiting for friends at SeaTac. Bag stayed on carousal for 2 hrs, but no signage of where it was. No one from Sun Country was at the terminal at all (nobody at ticketing or any bag service). I called service in MPLS and they emailed someone at SeaTac to contact me. I was able to locate it myself on one of the 16 carousals, but didn't receive a call for another 90 minutes."

Cons: "There were multiple rows of empty seats, so I moved in order to lay down and sleep. After I had fallen asleep I was shaken awake by a flight attendant telling me in a very rude tone I couldn't sleep there because I hadn't paid for the seats. I had obviously paid my air fare and the seats were vacant. I will never fly Sun Country again because of how I was treated by their flight attendants."
Pros: "$285 round trip MSP-SEA - make it doable to visit family out there."
Cons: "No free snacks - minor concern"
