Our flught was rerouted to another airport 60 minutes from our destination. We were told we would get Lyft vouchers to get us to our original destination. We did get vouchers, but when we arrived at the rerouted airport, we realized the vouchers were for a Lyft ride from the starting airport to our original destination. We were lead to believe that once we arrived at the rerouted airport, we could use the voucher from there. Nope. So we got stuck with a $100, 1-hour Uber ride. The flight staff was annoying. We were seated near the rear, and for the entire flight, both attendants were gossiping about some drama on Facebook. And they weren't being quiet about it. The back dozen rows or so could easily hear their entire conversation. I've flown Alaska Airlines many times before and have never had problems. This was an awful experience.

Never had so many staff members be rude and disrespectful. I had a staff member sarcastically call me “girly” after making me wait 20 minutes to be seen by her. I was able to print my luggage tag and she told me I was too late to check luggage I said the system obviously disagrees. And you had me wait way too long while you asked every single passenger ahead of me about their Disney vacations. She wasted so much time to then say “girly your bag won’t make it on the plane” I’m not her girly I’m a full grown adult. She needs to learn a hell of a lot of respect

Wi-Fi cut out for a bit, then resumed. Otherwise flawless flight.

I missed my flight by a couple of minutes due to my previous flight sitting on the tarmac for an hour. I was already checked in and they refused to wait an extra 5 minutes. So of course I had to get another flight and the attendant told me 11 am. ( it was 12 am when i went to the desk) so i couldnt get a hotel because they were all booked so i ended up sleeping on the floor at the airport. The next morning i discovered the attendant schedule me for an 11 pm flight…NOT 11 am. Why would i spend an entire day at seattle airport???? So fortunately i stopped at a gate where an attendant was able to get me on the 1230 pm flight but since they had already rescheduled my flight i had to yet again go to the service desk to get an “override” Monday morning 10 am alaska service center had 2 people working with 15 people ahead of me. Thankfully your 1-888 customer service line wait time was 20 minutes but it was a less than pleasurable experience when i only have a few days off of work to enjoy and im depending on the airline to have it together.

I didn’t know that food needed to be ordered ahead. Please include this in the reservation information. Overall, very good experience.

The WIFI didn't work well enough to get through even 5 minutes of a movie I had selected (it just kept pausing and spinning), and I just gave up and read a book. The selection of movies was a little sparse though, so reading wasn't that bad of an option. This was an older 737-800, with undersized overhead bins -- but it doesn't make sense to me that we are told to slide our bags in with the wheels facing us (most people ignore that and put the handles facing us). This makes it more difficult to remove the bags (no handle). The flight went well, and the fruit/cheese platter I pre-ordered was good -- although it is a little annoying to have to pre-order for this (but I suppose it saves time). When I pre-order it automatically gets charged to my personal credit card (Alaska VISA), when I'd prefer to use my corporate card for that on business trips.

Seats are crowded & tight. Flight attendants were nice enough. Flights were on time.

We were delayed boarding, but the crew got us boarding in record time it seemed and we made up some of the time. It was just a very turbulent flight and not much anybody could have done about that. I could not read easily because of the motion. The crew were just fine and did their best I think.
