Thank you to everyone, the crew and pilots.. they were so amazing!!

Some food or at least snacks need to be offered on long flights. I thought I had ordered food for my husband and I prior to the flight, but was told during the flight that I had not. Perhaps, if you must charge extra for food, let people order on board. We did get some food, which evidently others had decided they didn’t want onboard, but it wasn’t very good. We did like the adherence to takeoff and landing times, and the quick return of our luggage.

Pretty smooth ride!… a little tight in the back and would’ve loved to had a movie screen… couldn’t beat the price to the West Coast!

Plane was clean, staff was professional and flight was on time. No built in tv was still ok, as programs were offered that could synch to smart phones.

The flight attendants were excellent and I was in the back of the plane. Much much better than recent JetBlue experiences on that route and better than Delta on that route.

I was sitting towards back of plane and the flight attendants I thought spoke unusually loud for an evening flight. They chatted and chatted all night long and it seemed odd to me that they didn’t try to lower their voices. It is annoying as a passenger to hear all their conversations.

SFO gate staff super fun playing music and singing having customers waiting to be boarded to participate. Flight staff was nice enough. At least not rude like others I have experienced.

We were told that the plane was new (2 years old) which was evident in that the seats weren’t as worn and the interior had a more modern look. The downside was that the crew said because it was new, WI-FI hadn’t been connected yet. Seems strange that a plane that is 2 years old hasn’t had a chance to connect to WIFI. And the airline knew this going into the flight so it would have been nice if they would have sent communication ahead of time to the passengers so we could download in flight entertainment. The flight was almost 5 hours long. There should have been WIFI for a flight for that duration.
