I ordered a grande frappuchino and the cashier said it was a grande. When I got it it was a venti and I got charged extra and the woman who gave it to me was very very rude and sounded bored. She had blue hair. There was a woman who worked there who should be fired you couldn't understand a word she said and got the orders wrong."

After assigning to another flight, it was delayed and gate changed about 10 times and was finally cancelled after it was boarded and left gate after 2am due to engine problem. We had to cancel our trip since it was a short trip for a funeral and we had missed it. AA offered no compensation and no apology (not during the whole night of delays and cancels)."

Cons: "Boarding could be improved if they would start boarding from the back of the plane to the front after boarding 1st class and Priority this way people would not block the passage when putting their luggage in the top compartments. The crew was not very helpful because I almost went into a hypothermia condition because the air in the cabin was extremely cold. When I ask for a blanket one of the stewardesses said that AA would no longer have blankets in flight which I prove it wrong when I saw in the flight Mai-SDQ blanquets all over the cabin. The soliton they gave me was that they would ask the crew to raise the temp in the cabin, I had to make the request three times and I had to tell the stewardess that if not raising the temperature in the cabin I could have gone into an emergency hypothermia crisis. I had to take another shirt from my carry-on to put it over my shirt to warm me up."

Cons: "The boarding process for just about any airline is nearly identical. It always seems like it takes longer to board than expected even if, in reality, it's not an unreasonable amount of time. The only think I didn't care for was that overhead storage in the area I was sitting was just about full by the time I was seated which meant that I had to store my carry on a few rows behind where I sat. This meant that during off-boarding I needed to go against the flow of people to get back to my carry on. All in all, it was a minor inconvenience."

Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

Cons: "AA didn't notify me of their change to my itinerary so I missed my flight, they cancelled my return flight from Europe, and only offered to refund my ticket when I spoke to a supervisor. I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

I didn't purchase a sandwich but the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using onboard wifi, as well as 2 tv shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."

Pros: "Help that I received from check in through security to the gate was awesome. The person who checked me in offered me a wheelchair as it was a pretty long distance to the gate. I don't think that I would have made it all the way without her for thought and help! Same goes after the flight when we landed in Philadelphia. From the plane to gather my luggage and then to the place where my ride could pick me up. Awesome service. The stewards were also very helpful to keep me supplied with ice for my dogs. They get very stressed and tend to overheat. Thanks to a couple of the staff, especially, my dogs stayed very comfortable as well. Other then the fact that they got too warm a couple of times. Will definitely keep American in mind for another flight."

If Siss Air could have waited 10 minutes for 12 or more passengers, we would have been fine. I don't know if United communicated with them or not. This was a disaster!"

They also switched the seating without telling us ahead of time, so my husband and I had to sit in middle seats, apart from each other on our anniversary trip. Very unhelpful and unfriendly when I inquired to change."

Crammed 3 of us in the seat before emergency exit row seats, about 1" from my knee to back of seat in front of me and a 90 degree angle back, although there were many, many rows with only 1 person in them. One woman had enough room to stretch out and sleep across all 3 seats. Our seats didn't recline but the row in front of us did which made it even more cramped. Tried to ask attendant to move but couldn't find one for over an hour. Tried to ask an attendant but he just walked by me. Pushed call button and he says oh you want to move? There's​ a seat over here, before I could see where, he walked away. Moved myself to a row with 1 other person who was angry she now had to share "her" 3 seats. She typed angrily all flight and kept putting her legs and personal items as close to me as possible. She used both trays to hold her laptop and spread herself out so I'd be uncomfortable. Could've been prevented if the attendant had talked to the woman first then moved me. Had to wait when getting my drink because the attendant turned to help others, 4 times, after she'd already asked me what I wanted. She got food for someone while I waited. She made change for someone while I waited. She walked away to do something for someone while I waited. She served someone else while I waited. Asked attendant where the electric plug in was and she said the plane didn't have one, I said the sticker says the plane does, she walked away. Worst experience ever. Won't fly this airline again because of this experience."

Then telling me I'm wrong for expecting a meal on an almost 7 hour flight?!?!?! &, even better, the reason my son & I starved all morning, day , & evening because EVERY single flight (all 3) were late, one so much so that we almost missed the connecting flight. Wow, is all I can say. After I still have United a chance after assaulting that poor man. Beyond highly disappointed."

I could not sit without my knees jammed into the seat in front of me, and on both legs, Ithe seats were narrow that the people next to me and I were overlapping shoulders - that was a first. Unless its flights in the future are significantly advantageous, United's losing my business. It's not worth saving a few bucks to me to be so uncomfortable."
