The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.

Great service and comfort level. You can have more of vegetarian food options.

It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination

Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.

I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.

One of the flight attendants stepped on my foot. I was on the aisle seat. A lady inside needed to get out. So Instood. Just then, a flight attentendant came wuicklybtheoughbthe aisle and stepprd on my sock covered toes. I let out a small sound. She stopped momentarily, but didn’t ask how I was just took off of the aisle. Never came back to see how I was. Fortunately, I was not really hurt other than a slight soreness in my toes. But I found that to be very negligent.

Korean Air is unlike any other major airline I have flown with. The grace and respect that the staff has from check in to de-boarding is unmatched. The flight attendants this time were especially wonderful to my five little children. They helped us rearrange to more suitable seating, brought our children’s meals, and patiently waited for them in the aisles when they had to use the bathroom. We felt so welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate the meal voucher when our flight was delayed. I am grateful to have had such an stress-free experience.

It's good overall. Flight was packed. Inflight entertainment choices were lacking.

They were very accommodating of a dietary issue. Nice movie & tv selections. Non-stop helped get through a very long (15 hr) flight

The boarding process for Korean airlines is very straightforward and easy. You've never met such helpful and friendly people. The food was great and the entertainment options were excellent too. My teenage boys found programs they wanted to watch while I had fun watching a full season of the Last Man - the Blind Investigator (Japanese), which my wife enjoyed too. My only complaint was that it takes a very long time to taxi at ICN (20 minutes) and the pilot had to hold at the gate for 10 minutes after our scheduled departure time, which meant we got to Seattle 27 minutes late. Luckily I had a long enough connection to make my next flight, but just barely.

Food could be better it was okay. Entertainment seems dated it was something but in this day and age could be a lot better.

The aircraft was massive (A-380) and became crowded with 400+ passengers on board.

Coming back to America was a peaceful flight everyone and everything was perfect

Staff always with a smile and very helpful with my mom who has mobility issues.

The seats felt very small. We were supplied with pillows and blankets, which was nice. Lots of noise from the bathroom, plus exterior noise. Made it hard to hear the entertainment system, even using my own noise-cancelling headphones. The food was really bad. I generally request a vegetarian meal and one was supplied, but the pasta was cold and hard and there was nothing pleasant about it. Two meals were served on this flight; one was a repeat of the meal I had had on the flight immediately preceding this one, which was bad enough I didn't even try it. Drinks were very limited. All I wanted was water, and on a 10.5 hour flight, I was given 3 cups of about 3 ounces each.

We took business class, It was comfortable and I was able to sleep.

Great service. They could offer vegetarian food and do more to reduce waste.

Very comfortable seats, delicious meals, and friendly and helpful staff

The legroom in economy was better than other airlines. Since my legs are long, that means a lot. Also, the A380 from Los Angeles to Incheon gave passengers a smooth ride. Everything went smoothly from boarding to disembarkation in Incheon. I'd fly Asiana again!

Staff was excellent. Food could use more variety. -More vegetable options. Menu didn't have juice or soda listed. -The croissants were outstanding!

The flight was mostly smooth and direct (although it was 2 hours late). The glow of the flight attendant’s phone was annoying as I tried to sleep on this midnight flight.

My service light was on 15 minutes before I had to get up and find a glass of ice. And I was in business class. The meals were not for either my wife and I. She did not eat the entire 10 hour flight and I managed a bowl of soup. I was expecting much more from business with what we paid.

The only thing I would say is we tried to get on a standby earlier flight, but with our fair we couldn’t. That seems senseless to leave with open seats..

It was delayed but other than that it was great.

One of the best airlines that I flew on, the flight attendants were very attentive and professional.

Crew was good. The reservation got mixed up and they didn't have my TSA number. I am also a Silver Medallion and wasn't able to use Sky Priority.

There was supposed to be a meal served, but there wasn’t and the major toilet was out of order

Check in process was terrible. Lady at counter didn’t know what she was doing

At first, we were on the runway for about an hour, literally. The Captain did explain that the Control Tower just had a change shift (sounds like an unrealistic excuse) and then that we had to change a runway. A regular economy seat is made for 12 yo twiggy. I understand Delta wants to push for an upgrade, but after sitting in a Comfort seat and in First class. I would say First class is not worthy of my money. The landing was delayed because of the weather in NYC, I don't hold that against Delta, of course. The Captain did alert us to that upon takeoff in Vegas and again as we reached NY.

They boarded very early. We rushed to transfer and got to the gate 5 minutes after boarding was scheduled to start, however they were making a last call and holding signs for “all customers” to board. They were helpful at the gate, but I was surprised to see that we were some of the last to board at 5 minutes after scheduled boarding was to begin.

Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.

It was perfect! I've never flown with United before, but I definitely will in the future

They lost my luggage, so, not happy. The crew was nice but my suitcases never made it, still trying to find out what happened!

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.

The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.

My priority checked bag was not loaded on the flight. I had to sit in baggage claim in Las Vegas for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the next flight. All baggage staff were very helpful, tracking showed it as scanned for loading. Nobody told me why it wasn't on my flight.

First class felt like economy, seats were horrible, food was horrible, staff inattentive

Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.

The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.

Overall all good with the flight. Appreciated the extra spacious upper storage for (vertically standing) carry on. Efficient crew, on time departure... What could it be better is the in seat power. No one was working in our row. We were counting on the in seat power to recharge our battery depleted phones. With the dependency we have in our mobile devices nowadays, the availability of in seat power is a must....

My original flight was canceled the day before due to mechanical issues. I had to rebook and spend $129 for a night at the airport Comfort Inn.

I swear airplane seats keep getting smaller and smaller but everything else was great. Smooth sailing and we got in early.

Separated me and my wife and wife’s sister in far apart different seats even though I booked them all together. Just scams after scams to make us pay more. Worst airline

I have flown on many airlines all over the world, and this plane flight was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.

It was delayed then we turned around so not good.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

Left two hours late, now screens and WiFi wasn’t working. Unacceptable on a 6h gate to gate flight

Original flight was canceled due to bad weather...not a problem, completely understand however I had booked a direct return, instead I was rebooked with a layover of over 2.5 hours. What should have been just over 2 hours turned into 6 hours. Snacks on-board were pitiful and they were constantly out of beverage products.

Not even a snack on a five- hour international flight? Really? One drink serving? Really?

The cabin crew was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. However, the crew at check in was a disaster. We had already checked in and wanted to see if we could upgrade to first class. Waited in line bc the crew was so slow. No sense of urgency. Long story short, the lady, Maria, would refuse to answer our questions directly. As we are about to leave, she asked if we wanted our boarding passes printed. I figured we were there, already wasted time, might as well. We could have gone to through security as we were already checked in. As she’s putting in our information, my bf has to step away, leaving me with out two carry on. I just had surgery and was in a sling as I don’t have much strength or movement in my left arm. She looks down at our carry ons and said we need to make sure it fits. I told her, I haven’t had an issue with it as this is what I flew with from the states to Canada. We both flew with the same carry ons. She just said to me, it doesn’t matter. I also asked her if this is a different procedure with this Air Canada as I have flown to multiple countries and states with this same carry on. She said the same policy apply, which at this point doesn’t seem true since I have gone through multiple cities and countries and multiple airlines with zero issues. I struggled to go over to the stand and once again, struggled to lift my carry on into the rack to see if it fits. All the while, she just stands and watches. Her and the manager both standing there and watching as I dropped and struggle to lift the carry on. My carry on was too wide due to the wheels and they refuse to let me use it. Then, to make matters worst, my bfs carry on, which was clearly smaller than mine, she then asked me to do the same thing, lift it to see that it fits within their measurements. Of course that one fits. But, again, I’m disabled and both the agent and manager stood there, not once offered any help. She forced me to check in my bag with the fee. I should have just walked away because, when we got to the gate, the crew there also asked that anything bigger than the slot gets checked in, FOR FREE. Maria took advantage of my disability, was unsympathetic and just a disappointment to Air Canada. And the manger, that was more interested in making other people’s lives miserable because he was clearly miserable should quit trying to flirt with Maria and actually do his job. What a joke of a staff and what a joke of an air line.
