The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

It was not what I paid for and it was very uncomfortable. If people pay to upgrade to specific seats we should. It be reassigned to whatever seat they want to put us in."

Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."

Exhausted passengers were extremely angry. Each time the flight was delayed, the gate agents waited until the “Boarding in...” status screen reached 0 before announcing the next delay. Not cool."

Two very nice AA customer service phone staff attempted to help by booking me on a Lufthansa/United flight out of JFK that same evening. HOWEVER, I got to JFK only to discover I had NOT been ticketed. A lengthy call to AA resulted a a lame apology -“we don’t do that” they claimed, but the had previously! And had booked me, so what the heck was this??? I’m still fuming!"

Cons: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."

The only two seats together from Houston to Seattle were in the very last row. And, on our return flight we had to purchase Economy Plus in order to sit together."

Cons: "The rough air over Denver. Glad to have a really good pilot. The snack mix is awful, nearly tasteless. Would prefer cracjers, peanuts, cookies, or pretzels."
Pros: "First off - thank you for putting food back onto what you offer when people fly united. It's a drink and a small snack. It's not much to ask, so I appreciate them putting that back in. I also liked the wifi which allowed me to check where my flight was in the air for free. Overall, I will say united is much improved from where it was - though I'd appreciate some free entertainment."
Cons: "Boarding was a little bit of a mess with our flight. We had a LOT of people on standby that were standing in the boarding lines because no one was communicating to them where they should be and where to go. This is something that should be worked on by them."
Cons: "I did not like having to check my carry on after all. I was told the overheads were full so I could get it in Baggage after the trip. For health reasons I did not want the trip to baggage and I did not want to risk my bag being lost. I drive 3 hrs o the airport and I did not want to drive back or wait 3 days for a lost bag to be sent to me as I have before. The person at the gate was rude when I said you won't lose my luggage will you? he said Probably. I said really, and he said well you did ask."

Cons: "Our plane hit an ice patch and ran into the snow bank. We had to wait 2 hours before I could get off the plane and then I had to wait in line for 5 hours for a new flight. United only paid for a hotel room in Denver since I missed my connecting flight to New Jersey. I missed an entire day of travel and all they gave me was a 1 night hotel stay. It was a super long day and put me behind. I kind of thought they would have comped my flight."
Cons: "The only thing I didn't care for is I sat beside a man that was 63 and weighed about 275 pounds and I had absolutely no room to sit. Also I couldn't buy any snacks on the plane because it only took cards ."
Pros: "I requested a wheelchair. My foot is in a boot and I am not suppose to walk any distance on it. I was told there were only 2 wheelchairs and that they were for 2 elderly passengers. I passed 8 more wheelchairs that were not being used. Very rude airport employees. I had to use an escalator and almost fell."

Pros: "The crew on this flight were extremely friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there."
Cons: "The flight was delayed over 3 hours, putting me home at 4:00 am, instead of my planned 12:30 am. At that point, I wish I had booked a flight for Sunday. I was stuck in the ohare airport for hours while stores and restaurants were closed, without wifi, and tired. Then I had to wait for my paid checked bag once I landed in Charlotte."

I missed a long awaited dinner reservation with my husband at one end and was several hours late arriving at my final destination. Mechanical issues on both planes doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. My family and I will not fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Rates are misleading. Once you add in the higher baggage fee, the seat fees (no free seats), the flight is priced the same if not higher than other airlines but the real difference is in all of this is customer service. The lead flight attendant on the my flight was extremely rude and unresponsive. My mother had a wheelchair assist her to the gate for our departing flight in Orlando. This was arranged by the ticket counter. Apparently, Frontier screwed up and did not arrange for a wheelchair to meet us at the gate in Charlotte. When we mentioned this to the lead flight attendant, he said we would need to go and find one ourselves. I asked if he could call the gate and asked them to bring one so I wouldn't have to leave my elderly mother, he said, "no". I asked again and explained that I didn't want to leave my mother. This time he rolled his eyes at me and said, it wasn't his problem. Really? This is precisely the reason I will not take Frontier again. Please look into training your people better or your hiring process. Cheap flight do not address this issue."
Cons: "I don't like the way price of the ticket got dropped"
Cons: "Even when paying extra for better seats they were still terrible. First flight had a rude flight attendant. Never really one to complain when flying, because no one really enjoys flying, but this was an experience that will make me never fly Frontier again."

Pros: "-purchasing tickets online was easy -checking in through the mobile app -on time -great for shorter trips The one complaint that I read about is not knowing that carry-ons are an added cost but it very clearly states, on their website and mobile application, the luggage policy. I chose to purchase a seat for an added cost of $10 round trip."

Cons: "First off I didn't realize that you had to pay $30 for a carry-on(this is not a mistake). Second I didn't realize that when you buy a ticket that it doesn't include any seat, and that you have to actually pay a fee to get a seat. Which is an additional $16 at the cheapest. Finally the plane was really old, and the seats were extremely uncomfortable with almost no padding at all. I would be able to put up with the uncomfortable conditions if I was actually saving money, but after paying for a seat and a carry-on, it was the same or more than other carriers."

The comfortable reclining seats that weren't occupied, the aircrew wouldn't let you sit in them unless you paid $50. I will never fly on this airline again."

Cons: "No TSA precheck allowed with Frontier. I pay for this and it's TSA not the airlines so I don't understand this. I also didn't realize I'd have to pay for my seat and my carry on. So, my inexpensive flight got $80 more expensive. The seats are hard and do not recline. This could be an OK option for short flights if the price is right. Won't be my first choice, especially for business."

When checking in and getting the option to pick my seat, all of the normal seats were taken and had to pay extra (not for an extra legroom seat) but just to be closer to the front of the plane. 3. The seats are uncomfortable 4. No drink service during the flight. 5. Ended up paying 2/3 the cost of the original ticket in fees the day of my flight. 6. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes, but the front counter said Nothing about it being delayed or what time what time we were boarding, updates, etc. If I could rate them less than a star I would. Terrible experience and terrible company ideas. I will not ride when them again because I don't want them to think this is acceptable service from the airline business. I hope they go out of business soon."

We got to the airport 3 hours ahead of time and it took well over an hour for them to check in baggage (keep in mind we checked in our bags online and there were only 8 people in front of us) we made it to our gate 30min ahead of time. It was terrible. Tried to be kind to the staff but they were not having it. Very inconsiderate of others and doing their job in a timely fashion. They also lost my luggage. Since the airline is so cheep they don't keep staff on hand to handle issues after the flight lands. No desk to report to, no phone number to call; as if you never even flown with them. It was very alarming as I had important clothing for an interview, medicine, and other personal items that would not easily be replaced. Never flying frontier again."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed 2 1/2 hrs. We were told we would be updated every 15 min. Not! Finally a plane was coming from 2 terminals away. It took over 45 min to get to our gate, with no updates every 15 min. Emails updating our flight status reached us as we were on board the airplane. Not helpful. We reached home at midnight when we had planned to be there by 9pm, in order to shop before Sunday. Even though we weren't in a time crunch to arrive, my time is obviously not valued by this airline. I will make every effort to NOT fly this airline in the future."
Pros: "Very relaxed and nice crew. Pilot gave us an excellent smooth flight with a great landing. A bit cramped but the crew and flight made up for it."

The flight attendants from Denver to Charlotte were rude and not accommodating. The exit row in front of me was completely empty however instead of being able to move to a more spacious seat in the empty row, I was told I needed to pay an extra 50 dollars. I sat on a long red eye flight very uncomfortable while the three open seats in the exit row went unused."

I wasn't going to be leaving until after I was supposed to arrive at my destination. I was hoping for the flight to change back, so I got to the airport with ample time and ended up sitting around for a long time. Don't understand how it could have been delayed four hours before it was supposed to even leave."

Cons: "Frontier staff, beginning with check-in were unprofessional, unfriendly and not customer focused. Our flight was late and there was very little communication as to why. It turns out that the lock on the lavatory door was broken so they had to duck tape it shut. A woman fainted as she was boarding the plane --- the paramedics were called. No announcement was made about the situation and passengers continued to board, stepping over this poor woman laying on the ground. The seats on the plane were incredibly uncomfortable and the crew unfriendly."
