It was not a great flight. There was a software update delay which had us on the ground for almost 2 hours. I was unable to make my shuttle to my final destination.

Good. Quiet. Comfortable. The protests nearly kept me from catching my flight. They waited for me! I made it!

Red eye flight, so not expecting any extras, but the boarding and trip was smooth. Thx Alaska.

Received little assistance with air sick child. Crew’s main concern was if anything got on the seat belt!

It was fine… Just overbooked every seat was taken and very bumpy nothing they could do about that. Overall I like to fly Alaska airlines

Seat width is getting ridiculous. I don’t like having to twist myself into a ball to avoid my neighbor. It has gotten so bad over the last few years.

Flight had mechanical delay, but otherwise it was good considering it was a full plane. Did not have food or entertainment. Staff were great.

It was a good flight, wish they would have handed out snacks though.

I like the crew, very kind. However, there was not a place to plug in devices at one's seat. Also, I had asked for a dairy free meal, been told I would have one, and it was as though no one had heard of that.. Thankfully, I was able to pick through and find something to eat because of the options.

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

public website still broken for years randomly blocking browsers with privacy options active after loading a page maybe once. check-in on laptop was almost impossible but eventually randomly worked. had to print pass at airport since couldn't get back in to load digital pass on mobile firefox or chrome. red eye flight so smooth onboarding, plenty of room to spread out, easy offboarding. onboard wifi instructions mention vpn can cause problems connecting but fails to also mention private dns. no printed or built in menu list, seems weird to require personal device to point at qr code link for menu which does not even allow direct ordering. people with health condition risk related dietary restrictions trying to avoid for example cholesterol and sugar are left guessing what they can order either way without nutritional info highlights (cranberry juice was minute maid cocktail with as much suger as typical can of soda). tap to pay wasn't working and always seems sketchy to manually enter card info. good movie variety, so limited tv was okay.

Food service was bare-bone. Better bot to have any at all rather than hand out premade coffees and cookies to random few passengers.

Bag drop off was slow and annoying. Only 2 agents at the entire delta desk, and no one directing traffic for what line to be in, many confused people slowed down the process. Boarding was fine. Seats in Delta comfort plus were fine. Snacks were great! Definitely a bonus. The entertainment system was awful — old, slow, not responsive, and completely unable to play games due to some kind of error. But on the other hand, thank you to Delta for the free WiFi. That made it better.

Flight diverted in SD. Later take off in Seattle by 1.3hrs

Crew was not friendly when I went to request a seat change.

There were choices for the snacks. Good choices and tasty lunch and breakfast as well.

First class? Seriously? We got a wider seat and a little extra legroom. The plane didn’t even have TV’s. Not a huge deal, but there was nothing first class about this except the price tag.

The customer service was excellent! Check-in, baggage check-in, boarding, the flight went very smooth.

It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Not happy.

Ok, but comfort was lacking as the seats were way to small

The plane boarded and deplaned twice before the crew timed out. Flight was 7 hours late departing. Horrible experience!

Got automatically assigned middle seats unless you fork out extra money for a seat assignment, not impressed.

Flight was canceled 12 hours before take-off due to “weather”

The flight was short and that was the best part. The flight was about 90 minutes delayed.

I got upgraded, so comfort was not an issue. But as always, it is the people from baggage handlers, flight attendants, pilots etc. that make the difference.

No problems with flight. Even though I had a short layover in DFW, I was still able to easily make my connection.

Good flights. Departure and arrivals were on time. DFW was a little problematic in that the Skytrain without prior notice bypassed the Echo terminal so that delayed my arrival at my connecting flight.

Late boarding to clean plane from previous flight; initial boarding announcement not loud enough; fantastic cabin attendant front of plane

Delayed flight, few announcements with information, no comps, cluster f boarding because zones weren’t spread out and announced loud and repeatedly, staff did their job -nothing more nothing less, annoying kids were speaking and kicking the heck out of the back of my seat and parents weren’t willing to parent… so another typical day of air travel in the US.,

Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.

Turbulence was bad and flight attendants gossiped about going to the bar and dating. Could have better awareness.

Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.

Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

pleased with overall experienced, but seats in coach are tight.

The staff was unprofessional and didn’t communicate very well. The boarding process was very disheveled, potentially due to a power outage the previous day but there was no contingency plan to properly get passengers boarded the following day. Once boarded the aircraft stayed on the tarmac for over 45 minutes due to high winds. The communication was sporadic but an announcement was finally made an additional 30 minutes later that the flight was cancelled but we couldn’t get off the plane. Prior to deplaning one of the gate agents came on the plane and made an announcement for everyone to pickup their checked bags and take a card to rebook a new reservation because they didn’t have adequate staff. Flights were missed, passengers went to different airports and there was little to no assistance from AA.
