Once we are on airplane, they are still shuffling seats around, so ppl cannot move forward. Just standing there for 10mins waiting for things to settle. Flight attendants did not give us a headphone. (I have a headphone for iPhone X so I could not connect it to their entertaiment system.)"

Cons: "The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !"

One reason I had stayed with Delta was although the ticket prices were higher the bags were free, now higher ticket prices and bag fees! Guess I will have to search for another air carrier. Delta is not loyal to me so I won't be loyal to Delta! Fuel is cheaper so they raise fees!"

Take off was delayed, but the captain never told us why. The guy in front of me reclined his seat the whole time. I felt like a sardine in a can. So uncomfortable!"

Airport terminals inconvenient: Frankfurt AM and Zurich were lacking in people movers which made getting from one gate to the next a severe pain. I am not looking forward to traveling through either of these airports in the future... though others are just as bad."

Cons: "There were too many announcements, especially in the first few hours of the flight - constant interruptions, at one point the pilot came on and told us how much the plane weighed when we took off...... had to tell us in multiple languages, so it took a few minutes. Very cramped in economy class - I'm 5'6" - not so tall.... and when the seat in front of me reclined, it was touching my knees. For the whole 13+ hour flight it was ON my knees! It was uncomfortable and made it very hard to get in and out of my seat."

Cons: "SWISS AIR SCREWED ME. I am 100% blind and deaf on my left side and have only 10% - 15% hearing and less than 40% sight on my right side. The SWISS AIR system would NOT let me select a port-side (left) aisle seat so I could see and hear the cabin crew. Several times over several weeks from the time I purchased the ticket until three hours before my flight I tried using the Swiss Air and Edelweiss Air websites to select a seat with NO RESULT. I made several telephone calls and was told by Swiss Air that this was an issue for Edelweiss Air. I was instructed to call Edelweiss Air in Zurich although I told the Swiss Air rep that I am not able to use a telephone because of my disability. I cannot hear a person on the receiving end of the call. So then I was told to go to the Orlando Airport and speak with the Edelweiss rep. I had a friend drive me 120 miles ONE WAY to the airport and there was NO EDELWEISS REP at the airport. No one told me that! On the day of my flight I did receive an aisle seat but on the STARBOARD SIDE for the Orlando to Zurich leg. It was immediately in front of the ONLY TWO restrooms in coach class so I was awake all night because of the sounds of the opening and closing restroom doors. On the Zurich to Rome leg I received a window seat. I won't write any more. It is not in my character to be complainer. But this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED in more than fifty (50) years of flying. I will NEVER use Swiss Air or Edelweiss Air again even if either company offered me a free flight somewhere."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Cons: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Pros: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."
Cons: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Not sure there's a whole lot to do about it besides buy prepackaged food that don't have meat, vegtabjes or fruit. Protien bars may have worked. We brought two bottles of water each from the terminal. I could have used more, even with the drink service. The flight attendants we're having thier own personal conversation while passing out food and ran by when it came to the final trash clean up. When I got up to use the facilities I tried throwing my trash away but was ignored by a crew member while she was resting."

The cabin wait staff is ill trained for customer service. They seemed to only have requirements to check off on a list. We will likely make every attempt to not fly your airlines again."

When we got off the plane we were given vouchers for a later flight but were then “bumped” from that flight because the tickets weren’t booked correctly. Everyone from American Airlines went home and we were left stranded in a foreign airport to figure our own way to Dublin. Worst flight and customer service EVER!"

When we asked the supervisor to tell the people in luggage claim to forward our luggage to Rome when we were in Chicago (because of course the connecting flight only gave us 40 minutes to get to our flight to Rome so we didn't have enoughtrime to check our bags a second time), he said no. What would it have killed the guy to make a simple phone call? The alternative was to wait a day or two to see if maybe we could catch another flight to Rome with our luggage. I've never made a complaint before and I've never really made review because I don't it really accomplishes anything and I'm sure the idiots at American Airlines will never see or care about this, but I was extremely disappointed. They didn't get any empathy from your employees not even an im sorry, and I get that this job is hard but I have the same job too and I suck it up and still try to empathize with my customers. Oh well... it is what it is. The Airlines can do whatever they want."

This caused a large crowd to rush to the gate and then disorganization when on the plane. Historically, its been much more efficient when you call batches of rows, which clearly prevents overcrowding and allows people more room to stow away carry on bags. Also, i was very disappointed by the food options. As a vegetarian, i had no manageable option because i hadnt preordered. I had no wifi during the days before the flight, i couldnt get online to do it. I find it surprising that you dont at least provide a meatless option, or at least stow away a few extra vegetarian meals. Also, i have never seen that option during booking, nor have i ever recieved an email to consider meal options. Overall, the accessability of meatless food is extremely disappointing."

Cons: "Aer Lingus partners with UNITED for the Newark-Orlando leg. Flight was overbooked by 20 people and another 20 were on standby. My luggage didn't travel with me so it didn't arrive in Orlando when I did. I was fortunate that it made the next flight so I only had to wait an hour. Some fellow Irish passengers weren't so lucky."

While I still had tons of questions of my options (and was calm and polite!), they hung up on me. I ended up not even going on my flight and note being able to cancel my flight. Ridiculous, rude, and plain unpleasant. I will never take this airline again."

This was taken away from me once I was on the plane and I had little space and comfort. I wouldn't fly Aer Lingus again unless there was no choice."
Pros: "Due to the long flight we flew Business Class to Dublin. I think the service and amenities are the finest of any flight that I've had foreign or domestic. I wasn't that familiar with Aer LIngus before this flight but will definitely use them again."

Cons: "Our luggage was lost. Initial tracking indicated they were not loaded on the Dublin to Orlando leg of our trip. Luggage eventually made it to Orlando and was delivered to us 5 days later. We had to buy clothes, toiletries, and other incidentals to allow us to enjoy our vacation on the beach."
