Cons: "Despite stitching when I could and as soon as I could. Lower back buttocks hurt pretty bad half way through the flight. This is a knock on the airline industry and not so much ANA. Comfort levels start diminish when you try to squeeze as many seats as you can into airplane. Especially, for people like me who are at least 6' tall. Also, the food was very meh. This was surprising because all my other experiences with ANA were quite the opposite."

Pros: "Crew was pleasant served a snack and drink, flight was good got us there on time pleasantly surprised thanks United ."
Cons: "Slow boarding process should use front and rear boarding but then again all airlines do it and flight boarded 30 minutes behind schedule"

Cons: "From the surly check in personnel, to the confused boarding. Even less charming than usual. The flight was scheduled to depart at 11:40 from Tampa to Newark. Twenty minute delay for boarding and then additional 40 minute ground delay. Flight scheduled from 11:40 to 2:20 p.m. Onboard the flight attendant came through with the food carte. Were any of the "lunch" items available? "No, we only have snack items on this flight." But it's during lunch time... "It's not a long enough flight." WHO COULD MAKE THIS UP? We declined to complain for fear we would be thrown from the plane. Oh yes, I have 1,800,000 miles on United."

Pros: "Flight is okay but may turn horrible when one is flying on an EMPTY stomach . At least they could add a few dollars to the ticket price and carry out this most needed thing --- FOOD"

Pros: "Our flight attendant was very very accommodating and funny. also Mariana was able to change our seat assignments so all three friends were seared together"

Pros: "Flight was very quick and On time. Aircraft was small but comfortable. Was only one flight attendant. Could tell her was kind of new. But he did alright."
Cons: "Temperature was a bit too cold. But I managed. Glad snacks and non alcoholic beverages were still complimentary."

Cons: "This is not just in United but other air lines as well, when we are enjoying a movie or trying to sleep The volume on the intercome is very loud n there's way too many words that we don't need to hear so it will make a shorter making less talk time on the intercome."

Cons: "Overcrowded, rude attendants, and attitudes. Was told my carry on was to be checked in due to overcrowding and I counted 9 yes 9 openings in the overhead compartments as I approached my seat. Delayed flight, 15 minutes to get to next flight and was not helped to get to the other end of the airport"

Cons: "I specifically said the aisle seat and on both flights United put me on a middle seat and on a window seat. Both flights were late. I almost lost my connection flight. It was so late that I didn't have time to eat or use the bathroom in my layover. As soon as I got into the plane they closed the doing because my first flight was super late. Then on the food service I wanted to buy food and by the time they got to my aisle they didn't have anything ( just the horrible pretzels) I'm super disappointed with United."

Cons: "The snacks. Zesty ranch were not very good. No wifi available Delayed texts were not accurate"

Pros: "Flight was on time, clean aircraft and friendly crew."

Pros: "The flight was good and with very little turbulance. Pilot did good with avoiding it!"
Cons: "Boarding is ridiculous! Why don't they load the last rows first so there are not people standing in the way and holding things up. I don't want to sit on a plane for 20-30 minutes with a child waiting to "go up in the air" its just more confusion. The lines to board were so long it was going into the next boarding area."

Pros: "The pilot and crew responded very well to the delay. Very friendly on the intercom, offered the small things like a full drink and tv access. Good response to a tough situation."
Cons: "Pilot mentioned we would be delayed so we could de-ice, understandable because it was freezing and had snowed all day. his original estimate on the delay was 30 minutes, it took over an hour at least."

Pros: "The agent who checked me in tried to find me a better connection, but in the end, it took me 9 hours to get from Tampa to Montreal. Never made Newark as I Hubbed in Chicago."

Pros: "There is nothing to like due to the fact that the flight was cancelled."
Cons: "I had to pay out of pocket to get a rental car then drive 4 hours to get to Redding to be at work on time. I am at work now and quite exhausted. I also was told it was cancelled due to weather when both San Francisco and Redding had clear skys. I waited over an hour and a half to get my bag, which I don't understand because the flight was cancelled and therefore communication should have been clear to bring those bag to baggage claim. The representatives that helped me were friendly, but I felt it was a business as usual situation with no concern about my inconvenience. Also I was not given any information about a refund and when I asked, I was referred to a website to figure it out on my own. Unforeseen incident, but zero attempt at service recovery."

Cons: "United Airlines needed to repair plane caused a delay. But Safety First ;)"

Cons: "As an international traveler I find it annoying to have to pay for my bags on an internal domestic flight. There should be some reciprocation with partner airlines to cover baggage if coming from international to domestic flights"

Cons: "We boarded 40 minutes late, and there was no communication as to why or how long we would be waiting: Also, it was a full flight and there were no prior requests to check bags or how to board. Boarding took a very long time, once we finally started, because there was very little organization and they were taking bags to check once they didn't fit, while people were still getting on the plane. Also, crew members were holding up the line."

Cons: "Peanuts and a few movies should not kill their budget. Especially if you have acreens in every seat. Charging $7 for a 2 hour flight is very expensivey"

Pros: "United has become the top low service/high cost Airline. I'm 6'3" and Found myself in a position for hours on end where I could not move my legs. Even with the seat in front of me upright my knees would touch it while my butt was fully up against my seat. Offered is a single drink but not even a lousy bag of pretzels. The entertainment is down to direct tv with a menu that is hard to navigate, earplug connections that need you to hold the plug so it will work and no option to pause or start when you want."

Pros: "The staff were friendly and very helpful when my family member became sick on the plane and required a wheelchair. They were very easygoing and accommodating about it."
Cons: "I paid for the tv package both ways, and the movies I had watched were all the same on the way back, which felt like I had wasted money."

Pros: "They tried. Booked on next day out of a different airport. No help with transport or hotel because not their fault."

Cons: "Last flight was deleyed and finally got in the air by 2 and ended up turning around and going back to the airport. Once I got there they told me they didn't have flights for the next 3 days so I was stuck in sanfransico airport by myself after paying over 700 on my ticket."

Pros: "The plane was roomy... The flight attendants were pleasant... The bag checkin was inexpensive... Quality and excellent custoner service. I have traveled many airlines... United is by far my favorite after this experience... Thank you!"

Pros: "The flight was delayed 38 minutes. Boarding was not pleasant. Never have a Stewart come by. No entertainment."
