The last time I went to Europe I took WOW, the cheapest budget Airline and the leg room was MUCH better. You would think Delta could do better."

Everywhere the service was impeccable except for Nashville I never did get the wheelchair and had to walk to the gate My back hurt me for most of the next 24 hours. Cons: "After waiting patiently through a 3 hour delay we were inbound to Minneapolis. We were set to arrive at 9:45 pm and there were multiple 10 pm connections. Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

Pros: "My first and last time flying Delta! Everything that could have went wrong, did in fact go wrong. We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!"

Cons: "I was basically downgraded to standby for both legs of the flight- given a "seat request" rather than a boarding pass when I checked in, and told to do go get another at the second airport. For the first flight, I was given a seat as they were getting ready to close the doors and was never called. I didn't buy tickets or check in late. They were asking for volunteers to give up their seats, but it sure looked like they were getting ready to "volunteer" me. When I buy tickets with a layover too, I'm assuming that I'll get from A to B and not gambling that I'll be stuck in the middle due to airline overselling."

Cons: "No one at desk for check in, then when boarding there was a man standing in the aisle that would not allow me to pass, I had an infant in my arms but he refused to move even after multiple requests. I had to squeeze past him. When plane was fully boarded he started to vomit. He vomited multiple times before we started moving. Steward asked him if he was okay to fly and he did not answer, just nodded a bit. He continued to vomit, was unable to use the bag properly, he appeared highly intoxicated. He vomited into the aisle and all over our shoes and pant legs and carry on bags. We told the stewards who went and grabbed a package of paper towels and shoved them at us. They moved the passengers on the other side of him up to the front of the plane but said nothing to us. No one apologized. Twice we were told our baby was the baby of the year but that was the only remark."

With my dependent military ID, the Sun Country representative allowed my bag to be a couple of pounds overweight without charging me extra. I could have taken things out to hand carry, but this was so appreciated, as I know it's not the standard practice without the active duty sponsor accompanying me. I spoke with a couple of other fliers on our seats who were also flying Sun Country for the first time. We all agreed that all the representatives were polite. It made the experience good and we all agreed we would fly with them again."

Cons: "On the return flight (out of their hub airport!), their online system failed so it didn't capture that we had prepaid both our checked bags nor our seat selection. When we arrived at the ticketing counter they were essentially accusational about the issue. We showed the confirmation page on our cell phone and even logged into our mobile banking app to show them and still had to argue about paying again. On top of that, they acknowledged the system was having issues and would do absolutely nothing to help us get seats together (my husband and I), let alone anywhere near what we had selected during the online check-in process (we paid extra for an aisle and middle towards the front of the plane, and they gave us two middle seats in the back of the cabin). There were four empty seats in first class, and they wouldn't even bump up a frequent flyer to give us seats together in coach. Not once did anyone apologize, ask how they could help, or just try to be helpful. Both "managers" were clearly poorly trained in handling these situations and defensive and dismissive (walking away while we were speaking). They didn't even offer a free meal voucher. Nothing was done to help rectify the situation. It was honestly shocking how terrible of an experience it was - no indication that they felt we were a paying customer. There were so many little things they could have done even without changing our seats that would have made the situation better. I will never fly this airline again, out of principle, and will absolutely share my experience with everyone I know. If someone from Sun Country reads this, the managers' names are Oniekey Brown and Jolynn Carpenter. I would suggest your management chain have a conversation with both of them and highly suggest training."

Cons: "The flight got delayed by over 4 hours without explaination as to why. There was no one to ask at the counter. When I called the number they said the wait time was 30 mins to speak with a Rep. As I was waiting and automated system started talking, saying the reason you have a longer wait than expected time is because Sun Country is trying to incorporate new innovations. You're reaction might be it's crazy and you're right it is. After all this I waited quietly the rest of the evening. Came time for on boarding, the team was highly UNTRAINED. I watched them switched TWO mothers with infants from line tonline multiple times the lines got out of control people were literally jumping lines. No sense of leadership nor organization. Literally take this as a warning from someone who has had multiple bad experiences with the same airlines in the last year and half. I am done with Sun Country!"

Cons: "The flight from SFO to MSP was delayed due to weather. The ticket agent told me that I would miss the connection to Miami, but that they would put me on another flight that day. When I arrived at MSP, I discovered that I was the only passenger to MIA who had not been re-routed and that the next flight on Sun Country to Miami was four days later. The gate agent at MSP sat me aside while all other passengers who missed connections to other destinations were re-ticketed. After that process, the gate agent made several calls and eventually, refunded my fare on Sun Country. At that point, the only other direct flight from MSP on any airline (and the only other flight that would arrive at MIA at a reasonable hour) was leaving in approximately one hour. I was able to purchase the last seat on that Delta flight for about double the amount of my Sun Country ticket. I then had to go find my bag that was checked to MIA, change terminals, purchase the ticket, negotiate my way through security and run to the gate to barely make the flight. This was my first flight on Sun Country and probably my last. The incompetence of the SFO ticket agent caused a significant disruption to my travel experience and resulted in a significant financial penalty for me because of the ticket price differential between my original Sun Country fare and the last minute Delta purchase. I have been flying for many years and this was, by far, my worst flight experience ever."

Pros: "The crew is always pleasant(my fav of any airline because they are so nice and genuine, don't seem overburdened or like they hate their jobs), I love that there's seats open so it doesn't feel crowded(I know you don't want to hear that, I'm not likely to pay much more to keep it that way but I appreciate nonetheless) and that "media" is an option instead of a requirement(by not being in the back of the seat in front of me, but instead as a device). I travel for work, and I REALLY appreciate the moment to unplug. I've been traveling with you exclusively for my last 5 trips and I will continue to do so. Thanks for being low-cost and awesome at the same time!"

I have a soy allergy(so I can't have things like mayo, most breads or most salad dressings-so simpler food is better), but I also appreciate healthier types of foods. Grilled chicken sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions or turkey sandwich with the same(but dressings on the side). Most importantly, breads without soy products would be awesome :)"

When we were boarding, the attendant said there was a problem and told us to step over to the desk. They printed new boarding passes with seats 24A and B. No explanation. We were happier with the first seats. 2. The onflight safety information stunk. The non-visual recording was blasting our eardrums and went On and On and On and On... The instructions for what to do if you have an infant, in an emergency was simply ludicrous. You need to provide a video with very clear and concise instructions as other airlines do. That works very well."

Would have been more bearable, but AA's seats are sooooooo close together, that there is nowhere near enough room to stretch legs when weather causes delays. AA's seats are the most uncomfortable (in regard to space and lumbar support) of the three major airlines."

Cons: "After having my flight delayed 4 hours causing me to miss my connection, I was placed stand by on a different flight through another city so I could try and make it home on time. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

Pros: "I booked the basic economy and I was pleased that I had a row to myself. I was nervous it was going to be a tight flight because of the smaller plane. Also I enjoyed the onboard movies available on our personal devices."

Cons: "I wish I knew I couldn't bring my carry on with me!!! United is always finding ways to screw the passenger's experience. I have a wedding to go to and needed my small duffle carry on with me and because I got a "basic economy" ticket, this was not possible. Some forewarning of this insanity would have been helpful! Really so annoyed!"

Cons: "The flight got delayed and we were told it was "basically cancelled" so we got on a different flight out for the morning but were told we couldn't get a hotel voucher because we volunteered to get off the flight. Very disappointed, will never fly united again. The flight ended up getting cancelled 5 minutes after we "volunteered" to get a different flight too. Luckily we were able to get onto a different airline who helped us out. United dropped the ball big time."

Cons: "There was a very large couple sitting in seat to my right. I'm 6'3 250 so not small. It had a rear bathroom and I had people banging on me the whole flight!!!!!! She could have moved some people around!!!! The worst flight of my life!!!! It's about customer service."

Pros: "I was so happy to find a cheap one way flight at the last minute. Was able to get my son home for the weekend. Otherwise he would hace had to stay in Chicago for the night. Super easy and efficient."

Pros: "Everything went smoothly and quickly, (e.g. check in, baggage, seat and storage) Staff were helpful and friendly."

Pros: "First of all, the crew was amazing. I had just been traveling for about 20 hours and I had a seat towards the back of the economy section. After traveling that long, I was getting antsy to be at my destination, and I asked the gate agent if she could bump me to a row towards the front of economy- thankfully the plane wasn't full, and she was able to! It's the little things like that, that are what make me fly United. Also, the cabin crew on the flight was great! Of course, the economy section of the plane wasn't an ideal amount of space, but come on- it was an hour flight, and they did a good job of trying to spread people out so that the rows weren't packed."
Cons: "Boarding took a little longer because the plane was being cleaned. I believe they said the overnight flight got in a little late and they still had to clean the plane. We boarded late, but still got to our destination early. Negative turned into a positive- you can't beat that!"

Got put up in a $75 airport hotel room WITHOUT my luggage and was provided a $10 food voucher for meals. Are you kidding me??? So, I must pay for your problem? This was ridiculous and extremely inconvenient."

Cons: "Had to change plans because the septic line wasn't taken care of so the lines were frozen. The plane wasn't warmed up for us to board. We were told to exit the plane and go to another terminal but never explaned to take the shuttle . I took the Tran and had to go back through security and almost missed the plane. I was the last person to board. This was my 1st time traveling to that airport. No way to know that the Tran would require me to pass through security checkpoint again. Get better communication with people. The lady at the desk was just saying go to terminal A! They should have had a person directing all of us to go to the shuttle and bussed us to the terminal."

I had missed my ride & I had to find child care for my 5 kids that were waiting for me to pick them up. Landed in time but couldn't get off."

Pros: "The plane had very nice seats and I wasn't squished as usual on other airlines planes."
Cons: "When it came time to board my flight the person told me to go ahead and I was in wheelchair and had to push wheelchair with my bags to the plane myself. Very rushed and not good for me at all. I felt I had no choice in the matter and she was not a nice person to me. She rushed me and scowled and told me to just go.... This survey asks about food and entertainment which there was none off yet I have to answer."

Pros: "The flight there was better than the flight back. Everyone was friendlier and more attentive, but overall I wouldn't say there is anything that I didn't like."

Cons: "Major delays for flight, changed twice."

Pros: "It was a direct flight and left on time"
Cons: "Paid extra money for my carry-on and check bag. Bad cabin flight crew placed my carry-on in rear of plane though I paid for row 2 seating. They wouldn't let me use overhead cabin for row one or 2 and said it was for row one passengers as they have no under seat storage. No reason to pay for a seat upgrade I now know. Never again on this airline."

Pros: "The extra fees for checking baggage was a surprise, but the air fares was cheaper than the other airlines."

Pros: "I liked the flight crew and how quickly we were able to board the plane."
Cons: "I didn't like the fact that you had to pay more for carry on luggage then checked luggage."

Pros: "The man in the seat next to me decided he didn't want to sit by me, so I had more room to spread out."
Cons: "At the gate, after our flight had been delayed almost two hours, their was only one employee working. This extended our boarding time considerably. One of Frontier's main selling points is that they spend less time on the ground, allowing for them to charge less for airfare. Just not my best experience flying."

Pros: "Clean roomy plane. Comfortable seating. Polite helpful professional flight attendants. Smooth ride. Easy on and off. Ontime!"
Cons: "Only water offered complimentary. Charging for a carrying bag. Charging for an early seat selection."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Seemed like a good price until I booked and then had to pay for add on such as a carry on piece of luggage. They also gave a sales pitch onboard about "their" credit card. Seats were crowded and uncomfortable. The flight attendants seemed as if they would have rather been anywhere but helping passengers. Both flights were late not due to weather. After booking this flight with all of the ad ons, I found I could have flown Sun Country or Delta for less - and next time I will use another airline."

Cons: "They lost my baggage and I had to show up on set without any of my stands, tripods or steadicam which made for a terrible start to a busy week of filming."

Pros: "My God what an excruciating 3 hour endeavor. Kicks, screams, and all in the awful pitch of a little brat. Kid wouldn't sit down and wouldn't shut up. Flight was full so when I asked to move there were no other options. In all of the flights of my life, by far the worst experience."

Pros: "The crew is friendly and courteous."
Cons: "I don't like not being able to sit with the person I am flying with unless I pay extra money."

Cons: "Email notification of a 3 hour flight delay 2 hours before flight but I was already on my way to the airport. Then the flight gets cancelled but no email notification was sent and the screen wasn't updated at the gate (the whole time I was there). If I hadn't come back to the gate during the long delay and asked a fellow passenger why they were in line, I wouldn't have known it was cancelled for a long time. The employees at the gate were helpful in refunding our tickets, etc. but overall, not happy with my experience with Frontier Airlines."

Pros: "Getting home safe"
Cons: "Frontier airlines from start to finish was a terrible experience. My first time flying. I will not go into details of my experience in while on the plane the person beside me was complaining about frontier. I got on the shuttle to go home and another couple wS pissed off over Frkntier and the person across from us chimed ion they would never fly again within Frontier. It was just bad from use of their website to the checkin process and the flight."

Cons: "This was the oldest plane I had been on in quite a while. The tray tables where half the size of the regular ones and metal. There was hardly any legroom. There was absolutely no entertainment options. No Wi-Fi on the plane. And you had to pay for any snacks and drinks. Although I did get a great amount for the cost, I would have paid a little extra to fly a different airline in order to have Wi-Fi and entertainment options."

Cons: "I expect to pay for the little things with frontier, but I was told 12 hours previous to takeoff that my flight was canceled because not enough people booked. I was stuck trying to book another flight that close to departure and had to pay over $300 more. They didn't do anything to help."

Pros: "The flight was on time and everything went smoothly from the loading to departing to cruising to landing and exiting."
Cons: "The flight attendants in the front of the plane were unprofessional and seemed annoyed by having to do their jobs. One kept dancing and snickering behind the panel. The seat at the window in the 4th row was probably the least comfortable seat I've ever sat in."

When they finally did get me on a flight a day and a half later instead of an hour layover I had a 9 hour layover and when I asked if it was possible to get on an earlier flight I was given attitude and treated very rudely and dismissed in spite of how polite I was. In addition to getting in two days late and coming in at 3am, my luggage was lost and there was no one who could assist me in the entire airport and when I called their customer service I was eventually hung up on, after sitting on the phone for 15 minutes, as it was after hours. When I did get a hold a representative the next day they were very put out that I didn't want to make the two hour drive to the airport to get my luggage and instead wanted it delivered. Worst experience I've ever had after many years of heavy travelling. Absolutely terrible."

Cons: "Seats are too close together for comfort. Food service was a joke, but we knew that going in. However, my wife asked if the ice water was free (every food/snack item costs money), and the look my wife received from the flight attendance was not what we considered polite or courteous."

Because it was ripped off along the zipper, they won't take responsibility. I get to pay them an extra $35 to haul my suitcase, they ruin it,and I have to buy a new one. That isn't right! I will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Lost my bag and did not have a rep readily available. Also, when a rep was located, I had to fill out a form by hand since they do not track bags digitally?!? Over the next day, I was not called or updated on the bag. I had to call all day to get someone and they did not deliver it in a timely manner. Horrible experience."

Pros: "Everything but the angle of the seat backs..."
Cons: "The way that the new seats are oriented gives me terrible shoulder cramps within 30 minutes of sitting down. My neck is stuck in an awkward, downward stare with no hope of rescue from the once present recline button on the arm rest..."

Cons: "Frontier has gone too far with their ridiculous additional fees. I had to book the ticket for my 6 year old daughter to fly with me a week after I bought my flight. I was prohibited from booking her flight online...fair enough. But when I called to book her flight, they charged me an additional $10. It gets worse. I spent 30+ minutes on the phone with their representative and she was 'unable' to link our reservations or book our seats together. She told me to request that we are seated together when we check in. When I checked in, the person told me to as at the gate. When I asked at the gate the guy told me that he couldn't change our seats. SERIOUSLY?! Frontier has gone too far. Shame on you guys."

Cons: "I specifically bought a bag to match Frontier's ridiculous '1 free personal item, everything else you have to pay policy,' and the employee at the check-in (which I wouldn't have had to even interact with if they accepted mobile boarding passes) tried to make me pay for it. If I wanted to pay for my bag I might as well have gotten a flight with SunCountry, Delta or Southwest and had more legroom, in-flight snack, free carry-on, etc."

Pros: "What can I say? For the price I got I can't complain... The flights are what they are, seats are quite rigid, like a bus, and can't recline them. Nothing is offered without charge, not even water. Entertainment is not existent, not that I care. The crew is fine, overall I fly Frontier because it's usually the cheapest fare, and at the end of the day that's what I really care about. These are relatively short flights, so all I need is to get from point A to point B. The aircraft is always clean, but the one thing I would gripe about is how hot and stuffy it is. While waiting for the plane to finish boarding and pulling aways from the gate, it gets so hot and stuffy that by the time I get off the plane I feel much grungier and gross than when I fly overseas. I would say that's my main gripe. Other than that, I appreciate the ability to travel more often because of the cheap fares."
