Pros: Customer Service was kind and helpful.

Cons: When there was a ground delay, Desk checkin people should not have said go get something to eat when the flight was delayed an hour. Apparently the captain sped up the departure and me and a whole row of people missed the flight despite sitting in front of them with the plane still at gate.

Pros: The UA crew from NRT to DEN met my (lowered) expectations. The best thing is the exceptional comfort afforded by the 787--it is hard to book any other aircraft if I have a choice! Going through immigration and customs at DEN is very efficient as well, and DEN makes a great connecting point.

Cons: I wish the NRT-DEN service were offered by NH instead of UA!

I was supposed to get to my destination at midnight, but I actually arrived one day and two hours later--at two in the morning. Got home at 4 am

Pros: The crew was amazing once we got to the gate! Line to check bags was very long and slow as there was only one clerk but within about 15 minutes, 2 more clerks showed up.

Cons: Seats were not comfortable. I was fine but my elderly Mother was pretty uncomfortable. That would be my only complaint!

Pros: The crew/pilot was excellent he got us an hour prior to schedule, however, the stewardess did not have good training to lay down rules i.e. going bathroom. They can be stricted but nice.

Cons: Food not snacks should be an option to purchase.

Cons: Gate agent was too much. A family had not been required to pay for carry ons on their outbound trip but she required them to pay $250. English was not their primary language. The mother apparently swore in Spanish- agent threatened to call police. Disagreed with FA, kicked off family.

Cons: A complementary cup of tea. $50 for one luggage is a rip off. My 1st time flying with frontier. I had to wait 45 minutes in my wheelchair to go to gate.
