It was an ANA-flight, which increased the customer service tremendously. Food ok, could’ve been better, though.

Air Canada was delayed on the initial flight causing us to be put on another flight that took us to a different airport that did not have our connecting flight. We had to rebook the flight from Tokyo to Bangkok when we arrived after clearing customs. We spent and additional 8 hours because of this. Return flight was also delayed on departure but we were able to make or connecting flight in Tokyo. The business seats need improvement, the seats are a bit hard for such a long flight.

My entertainment system was not working for the entire trip. I notified the flight attendant but nothing was changed. I did not get chance to have any movie for entertainment for the entire 13 hrs trip.

Not the greatest. Our initial flight to Tokyo got cancelled due to mechanical issues, which was unfortunate however they worked quickly to get us on another flight and refunded my seat ticket. We flew with Air Canada back home and it was not a good flight. The crew never gave us our second meal and I was awake the whole flight so I know they did not come by. The flight itself was rocky and seats were uncomfortable. In general, for an international flight, I do not think it is fair that we have to pay extra to pick our own seats. I’ve been on many international flights and always had the option to pick my seat during the booking or at online check-in. Furthermore, if the airline is going to automatically pick your seat, it should seat groups together instead of seating them apart. If I already pay thousands of dollars for a flight, I should have this option included.

I cancelled my flight in March and have been waiting for 3 months for the refund. Both flights have taken off and returned now and still no refund.

Our aircraft arrived late into Tokyo from Vancouver, so departure was delayed slightly for cabin cleaning and preparation. After boarding the full flight, we experienced an additional delay due to de-icing, which was an unexpected but necessary step. The pilot advised that the first two hours would likely include light to moderate turbulence, which proved accurate. As a result, cabin service was understandably delayed. This isn’t a complaint — simply a summary of the circumstances. Once we passed through the rough patch, the remainder of the flight was smooth, our pre ordered vegan meals were good and we arrived in YVR close to the expected time. Kudos to the crew for working professionally and diligently throughout the situation. Will fly again long haul with Air Canada.

Terrible, delayed flights lost luggage and lost hotel fees. Missed meetings. Overnight in airport every air canada flight was a cluster mess.

As we were boarding the plane, there was an unknown substance on my seat. We requested that the cabin crew clean the substance off of the seat, but a member by the name of "Julia" asked us, "Why should I clean this mess up?". She then proceeded to ignore us for the duration of the flight, even asking one of her colleagues to serve us during the meal service instead.

Excellent. I could change my flight and cone back a day earlier. Everything was great thanks 😊

Service well, but some problems then the flight has delayed 1h more
