Flight was delayed for three hours and was a very stressful flight
Flight was not on time and got to destination very very late pier management of aircrafts
Cabin Crew was awesome.
Entertainment System was not working and no Non-veg food option in flight.
Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.
Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

Ground staff at Manchester very helpful
Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros.

The flight crew was nice.
Neither of my bags arrived with the flight. One bag came a day and a half later. The other bag came three days later. A little bit of inconvenience, especially since they wouldn't deliver my bags. I had to go back to the airport twice to pick up my bags that they lost.
Worse Flight ever seen . they charge me $210 for my handbag when I'm stop in Jordan Air port for connection to fly to US right before the airplane door . they told me if I don't pay they will cancel my ticket .
Rude air hostesses. 3 hours on taxi which I’m willing to forgive because of the weather. They took an extra three hours to send our baggage through to baggage claim because their crew “refused to work in that weather”. Get a hold on your recruiting. And then my baggage doesn’t show up. All my woolens were in there and I have nothing to wear and it’s freezing outside. They do not give me ANY compensation of any sort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and all just save a couple hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle! I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable.

The heat! It was crazy hot
Food was tasteless. Crew- had "you owe me faces" the whole flight. Outdated equipment, TV and so on.
I head phones I didn’t get my bags I have been waiting for the past 3 hours at the air port and I haven’t received my bags yet and I think I will Waite for 3 more hours
Cupboard in toilet was broken and hanging open. The food was not good

They are probably overworked with minimum crew as they are not too friendly and don’t seem happy when a passenger makes requests
The crew was efficient and anxious to please. The flight was on time.
Boarding by bus is always unpleasant.
While we waited in line (Group 2), we were bypassed several times by members of higher Groups, Problem with gate staff in London.
Entertainment on one of our seats was not working as the pin to plug in the Headphone was MISSING on the seat handle. The tray tables were chipped off / taped to put them together and they were still slanting which did not help in keeping anything on the table without it sliding towards you. Crew service was mediocre and not friendly except for a couple of members. We have found better and tastier INDIAN food provided by foreign airlines. They also did not have basics like Club Soda/Ginger Ale/regular Sprite or 7 Up.

Flight from Mumbai to Delhi was late. Sat on runway. Almost missed connecting flight. Had to go through 3 more security check points. The crew and the airport staff not talking to one another. Didn't know which way to go. Staff was rude in airport. Entertainment on plane is outdated and lacked variety. Food was mediocre
