Our flight from Barcelona to London was delayed, but we were told they would hold the flight to Oakland for the 30 of us on the Barcelona plane. They had us leave the airplane first, hustled us through security, and as the most fit of us made it to the gate, we were told it had departed 15 minutes earlier! 2 unplanned nights in London was the result of this screwup; very unhappy and dissatisfied with Norwegian! Their handling of the situation afterwards was also very poor; you would think that by now airline's would know how to handle missed connections/flights
Having complementary movies, tv shows and games were the only upside to the flight.
This flight pinched EVERY penny possible! No blankets/pillows no wifi access no complementary beverages and no food was provided. The food that you could purchased sold out hours before the flight arrived to the destination and the bag snacks you pay for tasted like cardboard. The attendants were fine and the flight was smooth.
My flight was booked for April 25 and my paperwork actually showed that. Upon arrival at Gatwick I was told the flight left on April 24 and no other flight till April 27 so I had to go to Heathrow.

1. Seat distance by far too less.
2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable.
3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available.
4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example.
5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food.
6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.

The air France staff were phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. Almost so courteous you thought it was not genuine (however it was)...by end of the flight they made you want to write a letter on their behalf.
Seat didn't recline as much as needed and was no in flight entertainment.
Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
