We were told over the phone that we could bring our kayaks with us to Africa but the airport staff denied not only our kayaks, but also our paddles which were in a standard ski bag. Their excuse was that both the kayaks and paddle bags were 2 inches too long. .. TWO INCHES!!!!!! We had record of the person we talked to and the time and date, but none of that seemed to matter. It caused A HUGE INCONVENIENCE for us since we are in Zambia for 6 weeks without our gear to paddle one of the most challenging rivers in the world... the Zambezi. Now we are constantly trying to acquire the proper equipment with very little success. We run a nonprofit called the Montana Kayak Academy which provides free whitewater instruction to youth between 8 &18 yrs old and we will be sure to tell everyone we know to NOT TRAVEL WITH EITHER VIRGIN ATLANTIC OR BRITISH AIRWAYS.... EVER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one would update that the flight was delayed. They would not even communicate as to why delayed and would not put us in a different flight. Absolutely no customer service. Disappointed and would not fly jet airways again . I missed my conference lecture today as I was late.

Seat pitch was small and not a lot of legroom. When passenger in front of your folds his seat, the seat back is mere inches from your face. Cabin announcements were too loud in headphones.

They ran out of the meat option for my meal. Understandable but I couldn't eat the veg option either. The flight attendant literally said to me that they had no other food on board - a complete lie of course which I didn't appreciate given the $1500 ticket I paid for the flight.

The TV portion of the entertainment system didn't work, but there were enough movies to keep me occupied for the 11 hours of the flight.

Worst flight experience I've ever had and I'm 70+ years old. In Dublin we were diverted from JFK to Hartford due to "mechanical problems" and told we'd be met at the gate and provided ground transportation to JFK. Approximately 30 others going to either JFK or Boston were told the same thing and joined us on a half empty flight to Hartford. When we landed there was no representative at the gate, no ground transportation provided, and no effort to help us. A little investigation on cell phones revealed both the Boston and JFK flights left on time (and I'm guessing full). Needless to say the customers were quite upset. Some even raised their voices which caused the kid representatives of Aer Lingus to call the state troopers (really). When the troopers did nothing the Aer Lingus reps locked themselves in their office rather than deal with their customers. After 2 hours of waiting for the promised ground transportation we gave up, rented a car, and drove ourselves to our destination at our own expense. We were never provided even a free drink. Horrible. Lies upon lies upon lies. I'll never consider flying with them again

I have just had the most unpleasant experience with Swiss Air and feel that anyone on FB should be very careful when dealing with this airline. I am a Gold Member of Star Alliance for more than 20 years and have flown dozens of times on Swiss and would expect courtesy and consideration in return for my loyalty to their airline. Their flight from Hong Kong to Zurich leaves at 00:15. I mistakenly booked this for Nov 9th instead of the intended late evening of the 9th which then turns out to be Nov 10th. When I discovered my error, I called Swiss at least six times to explain my error and ask if my son could stand by for the same flight on the 10th or even apply the amount to rebook the same flight the next day. ZERO flexibility or consideration. Missed flight, lose entire value. Start from scratch. Astonished that an airline that claims to be serving their customers would treat me this way. I travel through Europe at least 6-10 times a year from Asia. I will now route through Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, London, Vienna, Instanbul or even Moscow before ever going through Zurich again. I encourage anyone making travel plans to be very careful when considering flights with Swiss Airlines. Perhaps this treatment of a loyal customer explains why they went through bankruptcy already once.

The food was not that good, the beef was like a brick and the service Poor , I asked for water twice, by the time it arrived I already had finished, same for bread I had to ask for bread, was not offer, if I didn’t asked for the main course in the lunch portion on the flight they were taking away the tray after the salad and fruit, I did not like the salad, I tried mine and my Husbands that was salt restricted and they were Awful. I travelled business class, the flight was packed.

My flight from Montreal to Atlanta was 2:30 min Left at 6:10 arrive at 8:30 roughly Tried twice to get to my connection earlier and get 9:30 instead of 12:09 fligth to Daytona Delta was not flexible to allow me to book saying i did not have 55 min in between fligth which i had than lear n it will cost $75.00 to change the fligth - What? Very disappointed of Delta - lost 3 hrs at the airport today

I was frustrated that I could not choose my seat on my on line check in. I thought at that point one can choose their seat. This happened to me on my way previous flight on BA and nothing was fixed on the app

The food was decent and the tv's offered a number of movies and options to pass the time this was my first time flying with BA and I would fly with you again. Much improved from AA and United

The crew was fine, but not overly friendly. I flew BA to and from my destination. The other flight, the plane was nicer/newer possibly.
