Cons: "carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways (Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes, so the carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on Qatar on purpose or by engineering error, and I will not fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class passengers. Entertainment computer (Android based system) ran slow and out of memory at times. Seats were not comfortable for 12hrs flight. My butt was starting to hurt. I did not have this issues on Emirates flights."

They booked me a short stay in a hotel at no extra charge. This included a car and driver to and from the hotel. It was a nice hotel close to the airport."

Cons: "1. rude staff - i stood in Jburg at the counter for 13 minutes (i checked my clock) while 8 staff ladies spoke among themselves in a myriad of languages. FINALLY one lady asked if i had been helped! I said no and she was clearly less than thrilled to be the one to help with my question. i literally just wanted to ask if my seat assignment was a window, middle or aisle, but it was like i was the bane of her existence and i interrupted their social hour. On my outbound flight (ORD to DOH) I also watched three staff members be beyond rude to guest after guest at the check in counter regarding baggage when they came forward to "re check-in" which was a new requirement for most people. There was a lot of general confusion on behalf of the consumers and the staff was NOT the least bit patient or helpful in explaining what they needed from us or why this flight had different procedures than normal. I still don't know why they were so fussy about baggage and made everyone re check in at the gate in fact. And they didnt do it to my baggage so i have no idea why they were so rude to some and completely left others alone. (didn't seem to have to do with size, carrying of electronics, i don't know?) 2. the physical flight - you changed my original flight time to something that was REALLY close for my connection from DOH to CDG, so you instead bumped me to a later flight without consulting me. it would have caused me to miss a connection flight I booked separately through EasyJet from Pairs to my home airport BIQ. I had to figure that out on my own. RUSH through Doha to make my 35 min connection and barely was allowed to board my onward Paris flight by the Qatar gate staff which was only cutting it close as a result of YOUR changes! Yet i was treated like i was somehow "late" and wouldn't be able to board ??? Again incredibly rude staff. Subsequently you lost my luggage because the connection was too tight. i landed on Friday and it didn't catch up to me until Tuesday. Not one person has said sorry or offered any restitution. And this is honestly what upsets me the most. I doubt anyone even reads this. pathetic. I work for a travel club and since Monday (so in 4 days) I have actively reached out to 4 clients to cancel and re-booked their Qatar airways flight to another carrier to get them to Johannesburg. They will be doing the same safari experience I did, but I will NOT recommend and book my clients on Qatar after my experience."

I have flown this route many times before and don’t remember turbulence that lasted so long without a change. The seatbelt sign was not on and the plane felt like a small boat in choppy waters."

For someone of my height (5’5”) that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process."

Cons: "1. I already had a tight connection and let the flight attendant know that I was concerned due to the delay. She seemed very laissez faire and there was no information about the connections gate overhead or when I got off the plane. I think that if the flight is delayed, the airline should let passengers know where the close connection gate assignments are to save them time (my flight landed ten minutes after my connection was boarding). 2. The carry on luggage section was impossibly small so I had to gatecheck my bag and it took five minutes to get my bag back. Given the tight connection, this created additional anxiety."

They ended up in my row. One piece of my luggage showed it was available at the conveyor but couldn't be found. It delayed our long day and was frustrating to think it was missing. No distinction where Delta has it's gates in Mexico City."

Cons: "Flight was late arriving to George Town due to mechanical trouble. when it did arrive and we got boarded there was another 15 minute delay for more mechanical trouble. There were no meals available for purchase on the plane as they had only stocked the flight for one leg of the trip and not the return leg. We were told at check in that we would have to pick our bags up in Detroit before getting on our connection to Toronto. In fact they were actually checked through. Due to the delays we missed our connection in Detroit. The Delta Agent was rude and did not want to give us a hotel voucher. She also said the next flight she could book us in was 24hrs later. She was unwilling to book us on an earlier flight with a different carrier. After we got her supervisor involved we were given a hotel and booked on an early flight the next day. I would not fly Delta again if I had the choice."

No prior warning was given that this plane would not allow for carry on luggage in overhead bins. Further were no charging ports on board, no free WiFi, no adjustable headrests, and the seats did not recline. There were no kosher cookies."

Can u say cranky kids? Sigh. We may not travel with kids for awhile to recover."

On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone."

Cons: "This is not Iberia's fault but AA - when we all got to the departure lounge (not check in) in Manchester we were informed there was to be a stop at Gander, Newfoundland, to refuel. Then I realized AA had put a Boeing 757 on flight AA55 instead of the usual 767 and it doesn't have enough fuel for the westbound flight against prevailing headwinds. When I got home AA had sent me 2 emails - 1 advising me of a delay on my AA55 flight MAN-YQX (Gander), despite the fact that the schedule calls for a flight MAN-ORD. The 2nd rebooking me on a later AA flight from ORD-SGF. AA are guilty of deception here and their sleight of hand caused me 4 hours delay arriving at SGF and a night in a hotel instead of driving home."

Cons: "AA is now trying to save money (presumably) by doing like Delta: forcing half of us to connect in Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Charlotte airport is not ready to accommodate so many people. The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

Cons: "I booked in August with your company for a trip in December. I booked out of Pittsburgh to Philly both directions to avoid Chicago. I picked seats and also chose British Airways. What I got was my trip to Philly to Manchester with middle of the middle seats (I PAID FOR AISLE). On the way back we got a change through Chicago (which I tried to avoid by booking in August). We did get the proper seats, fortunately. I will never book with your company again. So dissatisfied ....I booked so early and to no advantage."

The people at the desk let us know that it was because we checked in online. There are plenty of family friendly good quality PG or G rated movies that appeal to everyone. Would it be too hard to get individual screens in 2017?"

Then we had to go through security again. By the time I made it to my gate the flight said it was "closing." We took off about 15 minutes after that. The "hot box" snack had goat cheese and I'm not a fan."

Cons: "My ticket was cancelled because of a misrepresentation made by an agent when I had to rebook the outgoing leg of this trip. I had to pay $670 for new ticket at the airport with no other options and very little help from the LatAm agents. I'll never book another ticket with this airline."

Pros: "Manchter to Philadelphia ok Philadelphia to sanfranscisco no good"
Cons: "I want to know we allready pay ticket why they charge eighty two doller more they no give us food nothing please give my money back next time I never bought ticket"

Pros: "Exiting the plane and finally getting out of cramped seating!"
Cons: "Seats were very small. Touching the person next to you is uncomfortable and awkward! I am not looking forward to the long flight home."

Cons: "The crew looked sad at best, angry at worst. Never smiled. It looked like they felt like they were in bondage, not rude but very much like they hated their jobs. Two flight attendants were obese, the rest were just overweight, all but one unkempt, sloppy, washed out. Worst looking crew I've ever seen. I think they belong in another field. No inflight film after many attempts to re-boot system. What has happened to American Airlines standards, they used to be so high?"

Pros: "The food was okay, and the flight attendants were lovely. That's about all the positive things I have to say about that."
Cons: "The entertainment was high my list, only because you're stuck on a flight for many hours. Although I was exhausted because I had a 8 hour layover in Manchester, it would have been nice to have a couple of entertainment options. On my flight on British Airways from New York to Gatwick, we had so many movie and series options. These things are important on a long flight, otherwise the flight becomes torturous because you run out of things to do. On this flight, we had no choices, only what was given to us to watch. This made my flight unbearable."

Pros: "Crew always helpful and polite."
Cons: "Only Vegetarian meals available for myself and many passengers. Later snacks also Vegetarian. Only chocolate ice cream. All I had to eat was the crumble in the main meal. No hot tea whilst waiting three and half hour for repairs to computer."

Cons: "It felt a bit cramped, but overall nice seats and movie screens"

Pros: "Have a great trip without any problems."

Pros: "Equipment was an A330. I was seated in Row 11 and had priority boarding. As a result, I had considerable leg room and not trouble finding overhead space. Seating in the back has several inches less "pitch" between seats. A330s provide a very smooth ride."
Cons: "Food: Salad was good, you could taste the arugula. Chicken, once you scrape off the barbecue sauce, was decent. The rest of the lunch did not seem worth eating. The best option if you are hungry is to either eat in the terminal or bring something you do enjoy with you. The movie selection had nothing you likely have not seen already. Be aware that sometimes PHL moves slowly. We waited over 5 minutes for the plane door to open. Bags took about 40 minutes to come up. There were no lines at immigration. Connecting in less than 2 hours can be iffy."

Pros: "Extended legroom upgrade was worth it. I could actually open my laptop and got a lot of work done. Too bad the plane not have 120V plug to charge up or Wifi Arrived safely."
Cons: "- Took 2 hours to get through check in and security - ridiculous. Check in was disorganized and inefficient. People queued to use the kiosks. Firstly, there were too few kiosks, with several unused and at least one was offline. We then waited again for an extended period of time to drop of bags which should be less than 5 min. Please take lessons from Lufthansa - they really know what they are doing. This was one of the worst arrangements in the world. - One of the flight attendants, not all, seems quite bothered to serve us. I don't appreciate that. - No Wifi available - Flight was delayed"

Pros: "Service was very efficient and responsive. I was lucky to have an empty seat next to me!"
Cons: "Hate, hate, hate not having individual monitors for entertainment....especially considering that it's an international flight."

Cons: "I was first sent to the wrong terminal by a female flight attendant. When I arrived at the other terminal, I had already missed my initial flight, so crying back to terminal 3 another nice lady helped me get on the next flight to chicago and from their I had to take a flight to Philly. This really made me upset as I had nursing classes the next day and I would not reach philly until 8pm that night. On the flight to philly from chicago, the plane ride was decent, the crew was nice, but their was no more over head space and I had to give my carry on for them to put in the back of the plane with the rest of my baggage. The plane was small and I did not expect this flight."

Pros: "There's nothing good about AA"
Cons: "One of the few things SouthWest, Alaska & United did was the proper queuing of people to get into the plane. AA is a free for all - those who follow regulations will fall behind. In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate."

Pros: "Not a good experience so nothing"
Cons: "AA failed to allow me to check in at initial arrival in Grande Prairie airport so I had to rush to get a boarding pass in Calgary where the AA agent told me it was not an AA problem and sent me back to WestJet. WestJet discovered that it was an AA problem and returned me to the AA counter where it was resolved. Then I had to rush to catch the flight and missed any opportunity to have a decent lunch between flights. Then there was no food offered on the AA flight to Dallas."

Cons: "Flight detoured because of weather, had to land in diff city to refuel which made landing 2hrs later than scheduled. Super uncomfortable and extra long flight"

Pros: "Not much. Boarding was disorganized. Plane was freezing and uncomfortable."

Cons: "The old business class interior pretty dated"

Cons: "Plane wasn’t well maintained. Limited food and entertainment."

Pros: "Hope the flight attendant was awesome. She should be filmed for training videos."
Cons: "Update bathroom. Sinks almost too small to use with the facet type installed. Super gross bumping the sink basin in order to wash hands. Acrobatic feat to get done."

Pros: "The crew was great and the landing into Denver was very smooth."

Cons: "Seats were pretty bad. For a 10 hour flight, rigid, not reclining. Crew was curt. Not rude but curt. Food was terrible. Asked for Indian vegetarian meal - but got an Asian vegetarian meal that had no taste whatsoever. If they can do a Muslim meal, I don't know why they can't do Indian Vegetarian."

Cons: "A charger port and free food and drinks in coach again!!!"

Pros: "What did I like about a fat person next to me: NOTHING !!"
Cons: "With smaller and smaller seats this guy was 350 pounds and 6 foot 5 inch. There is/was no way he was fitting in a coach seat. The guy's shoulders came 30% into my space. We couldn't put the arm rest down between us he was so fat. I am a 60 year old man that is 5 ft 10 in and weighs 165 pounds with a slender frame. Plus, the guy had BODY ODOR and smelled horrible. It was a 100% full flight or I would have asked to be moved. Now, about two hours later after the flight, my body is sore from sitting awkward for nearly 3 hours. Cons: "The flight was delayed by 3 hours and I recieved no notice at all. I had to buy a ticket for another flight with seconds to spare before they legally couldnt sell me a ticket. I almost missed my entire vacation. When i landed, i called to see if i could get a refund and i was told that my return flight had also been cancelled. Again, i was given no notice at all. This couldve resulted in me missing work. I will never fly united again."

Pros: "More important than the trip home last Wednesday was the reason for the trip. We attended my granddaughter's wedding. Everything else was secondary. Even if the trip had been in a one wheeled barrow, it would have been good. To get to what you want which is the mechanics of the trip. The two people who attended to the aisle chair, most teams were competent. Some hadn't done many passengers so they were fumbling with the straps. I've learned that I almost alway have to ask for one at the gate where they check or issue, (what's it called, loading permits, some kind of pass, not landing pass. loading pass. I can't remember and my wife has gone to bed.) Well, they have to come up with an aisle chair because I've only got 1 1/2 legs. I always make it to the seat on the plane, but the competency of the various crews is uneen. Sorry my answer is so nonspecific but I don't remember one airline from another. Great people all, get the job done."

Sometimes when the plane stops after it has pulled away from the Jet Way, the pilot gives an explanation that I find unfulfilling, not enough details. I suppose if they explained more, other fliers would find the explanation too verbose. I can live with it. Again this is about all flights and airlines. Nothing stands out, such as, " this awful thing happened when we left San Francisco.""

Cons: "I flew Economy Plus for the first time in quite a long time. As a 1K member, I usually try to fly Business Class. However, the food in Economy Plus was disgraceful. It was terrible. If I regularly flew United Economy and was served this food, I would try another airline."

Cons: "Plane was way too hot on SFO-SBA, fortunately it was a short flight. Uncomfortable, narrow seats with sparse leg room. Kayak should add an 'N/A' to the survey for certain categories, e.g., entertainment which is not available on some flights."

Cons: "The tiny cup with more ice than refreshment. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."

Cons: "We were delayed due to computer issues, the two different mechanical issues, then it took over an hour to stand in line to get help. They had to hire a bus to take us to Houston, once I got there, I realized that San Antonio crew lied to me and had not booked me a ticket on the flight they told me, then they sent me to talk to Air Canada, then back to United. They had booked me for next day, but was able to fly as stand-by the same day."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed almost 3 hrs. I had plans to be in town, and had to change them due to this."

Cons: "At EWR there were a lot of travelers but 1 agent until another one showed to help travelers at the kiosks. You ask for help and everybody asked can't do the kiosk, you have to wait. I have a lot patience but when it's a bunch of us and it take 20 minutes to get someone to help you, it's wrong."

Pros: "Crew was attentive. I liked the wifi option to watch movies"
Cons: "Didn't like that I paid to upgrade my seat for more legroom but another person saw the empty seat next to me moved into it without paying and crew did nothing about it. Also paid $50 extra for priority boarding and security but was informed by the airport staff in Aruba that it didn't apply for that airport. Seats are a little tight"

Pros: "The flight attendants were great, the in cabin service was perfect, and the blanket provided was a sweet gift"
