Pros: Gate folks were professional in spite of late incoming flight causing late departure, late on a Sunday night, and full load of home bound passengers.
Cons: Again, horrible seats. Could actually feel and see the support bars. Come on AA this is not hard.

Cons: Flight was delayed an hour so we were rebooked. Spent extra day in Zurich, and missed our hotel reservation in San Francisco. San Francisco was not our final destination. We had to fly for more than 24 hours in one day(time change). We missed part of our family function. It's been an exhausting trip

Cons: Boarding was approximately 40 minutes late. Food wasn't that good. For breakfast it appeared the crew was running late because the plane was to land within the hour. The crew were passimg the meal quickly and didn't pick up mine or some of the passengers garbage telling us to leave it in front of the seat.

Cons: British Airways did not correctly issue ticket to American Airlines and we have to wait another day before departure. Resulted in my loss of monies on various reservations

Pros: The entertainment options are good, the food is good and the aircraft was clean with plenty of plugs for mobile devices.

Cons: I was very unhappy with Kiwi. I accessed Kiwi through Kayak where I had selected a seat with checked baggage. Neither the BA staff at Heathrow nor the BA staff at Chicago were aware that I had paid for checked baggage. After much debate the baggage fee was waived at both ends of journey.

Cons: Plane delayed at one airport and again for 15 agonizing minutes at Dublin as an Aer Lingus ground crew forgot to turn on a parking indicator according to the pilot. Then nearly missed connecting flight made it by running. Nobody would allow someone to move faster through lines for a connecting fligh
Cons: Aer lingus uses double prong headphones which dates the whole experience earphones are uncomfortable and volume is bad. You have to pay for booze in economy for international flight, seats aren’t that comfortable but the selection of movies and tv is good. I will probably look elsewhere next time

Pros: On this flight was a female flight attendant who anticipated my every need. I wasn’t flying first class, but still, she went out of her way to treat me very well. Her personality and hospitality made my flight relaxing, made me feel loved and appreciated, and the flight felt like I was already home
Cons: First, an exterior light was broken so we were delayed so much that American recommended we reschedule our connection but we got to LGA and our original flight was still at the gate but they’d oversold it so we couldn’t get back on. And then, getting on connecting flight, the door broke so we were

Pros: On a 7 hour flight you want comfort. It was so smooth and easy. Watched movies, read, just relaxed. I've flown with Aer lingus before and it was just as amazing. I will ALWAYS use Are Lingus when I fly to the UK or Ireland and Shannon is a Gem of an airport. Most amazing airport I have ever been to!

Cons: Delays in the food service occurred because the credit card machine stopped working. Rather than stop the purchase food options they continued which meant they could only reach row 16 by the time our flight began its descent. Since were in row 19, we were not offered any food or water, during lunch.

Cons: My checked luggage for which i paid an extra $100 has been damaged to a point where 2 out of the 4 weels are about to fall. I don't know in which of the two flights it happened since my luggage was transfered during the layover.
