Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.
Southwest has been a nightmare. Delayed flights, missed connections, systems down. Never again am I flying southwest.
Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.
The new boarding process was easy and straightforward. Very pleasant.
It was good from LAX to Phoenix, But the connection in Phoenix to Tulsa was not that great. The staff on both flights were great. The choice of free entertainment was ok nothing to brag about. The 45 min delay because of some electrical issue wasn't great from Phoenix to Tulsa. We sat there with hardly any air, The seat I had was between windows so the side of the plane pushed in on you. My being a bigger man it then made the seating area uncomfortable. The seats on the plane had no power to connect to recharge your phone or anything. I would recommend that they should look into a slot or clamp to hold your phone to enjoy while watching the entertainment choices hands-free. Also make it possible to raise the inner seat by the window be able to raise the arm rest up to make more room for larger people to set more comfortably. I would also say other then that stop price gouging the airfare or nickel and diming everything. Not fair for people having to fly for emergencies and be paying for higher prices due to the season or holidays. Your making your money either way and the cost of flying is still going to be the same regardless if there's 100 people or 200 people.
WiFi did not work. Boarding with the new seating assignments took too long. The temperature in the terminal was obnoxious. +/- 80°
Haven’t flown on SW in years. Flight was on time departing and arriving. Served vegan butter onion flavored pretzels which were bad. Coke served was in a tiny paper cup. Crew was not engaging. Felt like they were going through the motions. Old plane, tight seats and no leg room.
I liked receiving attention from aged and well experienced flight attendants. I disliked the non-gluten-free snack but I brought my own so I was OK.
Everything went smoothly and the plane wasn’t full. It was delayed though. The delay was increased due to a crew change which was frustrating.
Other than delays by two-three hours it was good.
Being on time would be a good start. Every flight I had was delayed making it very stressful.
First class flight attendants went out of their way to help me with bag of ice to ice my foot (recovering from surgery) which helped with swelling. And helped with leg rest that I couldn’t move.
Stop with the fake cheerfulness and the too often expressed sentiment that all you care about is our safety. Bull…. You use that as an excuse to keep us cowering in our seats. How about you go back to the old standby of telling the truth… like why you overbook, why you are delayed, why we don’t get vouchers for your screwups.
Overall its fine, but I've been lowering my bar for what to expect over the years. What I look forward to most is the crew. Alaska's flight crews are the best. I compare every other airline I fly to yours. Ok, so now lets discuss the plane and amenities: One of the bathroom sinks was inoperable. The crew did the right thing by putting hand sanitizer there. On food - there really isn't any food on these flights unless you pre-buy it and I missed the window, so I ate some garbage in DFW's Terminal E. Let's face it - terminal food in most airports is just junk, so not your fault. The only snack we got on our flight was a bag of salty, cinnamon flavored pretzels. I ate mine, because I was hungry, but really felt like it was a waste of calories. Entertainment options aren't as good as they used to be. I guess Hollywood, Netflix and HBO just aren't creating content like they used to, or we watched everything during COVID and can't be satisfied anymore. I partially finished a number of different shows, ranging from stand up comedians, movies, tv series and foreign films trying to find something. In the end, I could see why nearly everyone around me was brain rotting on Instagram, so I zoned out listening to my favorite playlist and plinked away at email. I see you next month!
No communication on fact flight was delayed. Sat in sweltering plane for 45 min without explanation. Sat on airplane without explanation again after landing.understand delays happen but lack of communication and concern for my lost time was disappointing
Crews were friendly enough. To help the airline I checked my carry on baggage. Typical "gonna be a full flight we need 19 carry on bags to be checked to help out". So I helped out only to have to wait 30+ mins for my luggage and risked not getting to my car rental on time. The return flight was delayed. Kept hearing employees say something about "they didn't have any power" which is kind of concerning. The air flow and air conditioning was insufficient. It was warm and stuffy during the flight. Plus no free wi-fi......Booooooo!
Unfortunately, an issue occurred where a delay impeded me from making my connection in LA. I couldn't get a flight home until 10 hours after my originally scheduled flight. Once I finally made it to DFW for my connecting flight, my next flight was delayed. I was supposed to be home on 12/23 at 9:00 p.m. I didn't make it home until 12/24 at 11:00 a.m. I was given the choice to either take a flight the next day or the flight that way 10 hours later. I wasn't given an option for a hotel if I stayed overnight. I was also denied the ability to go to the Alaska Lounge due to the delay. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The only seat I was able to get on the next flight was in a row where the seats couldn't recline. After an extended wait at the airport, this was very frustrating!
Just a little delay in our takeoff but all was well and pleasant.
They were the worst in rescheduling and flights getting canceled left and right. It was worst than AA and they are one of the worst. Will never ever fly Alaska again.
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.
THI IS THE 3RD CONSECUTIVE FLIGHT FROM ORD TO MSP THAT HAS BEEN DELAYED 2+ HOURS. CRAZY
Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.
The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.
In a world of delays, Delta was on time both ways! Boarding was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly. AND wifi worked.
There is no free Wi-Fi or screens in the seats for this flight. It would be nice if they had actual actual healthy drink options like a flavored sparkling water. The flight was very dark because nobody was sitting on the left side and they didn't open any of the windows. The plane was kind of and had small overhead bins. There was no distinguishable difference between economy and comfort Plus.
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.
American airlines is always delayed in their flights. No access to wifi unless paid
The boarding and fllight were good. The reason for the ok rating was the long walk to get to the transport to finally get to the gate.
This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.
Flight from Dallas to OKC was good, but my trip was interrupted due to a delayed flight from Austin to DFW, which happens all the time. I frequently miss my connection from DFW and American can never seem to make this work!
This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.
No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.
Do not rebook people without asking .. threw the whole return trip off
First off, I never complained so it is not the crews fault. The lady to my left did not respect my seat whatsoever. She was too big to lower the armrest and basically sat on me the entire flight. She was against the window. I was in a middle seat. For future reference, American, please make sure the armrest will lower or get someone a larger seat/2 seats.
