Pros: "I was very appreciative that the cabin crew went through the cabin prior to take off to check that everyone was wearing a mask properly (covering mouth AND nose). I flew United a few weeks ago and had to politely ask the person next to me both on return and departing flight to make sure the mask covered thier nose. A lot of people in the cabin weren't wearing masks properly and the crew didn't seem to care."

Pros: "I was pleasantly surprised this time around with Frontier. Last time I flew with them they were late on the way there and the way back. This time they were on time both ways, even though there was a snow storm on the way back. I like getting to pick my seat and my bags showed up so I was happy."
Cons: "Had to pay $75 because my bag was 7 pounds over the 50 pound limit so that sucked, but it was my fault. On the way back I just reorganized my stuff and avoided the extra fee."

I was nervous because she needed a lot of assistance, but the Frontier guys who took care of her went above and beyond to make sure she would be taken care of. They walked her onto the plane, and made sure she was taken to her seat. The little things matter. And it's the only airline that flies direct from MIA to PVD:)"
Cons: "The additional charges added on make this airfare comparable with others. Initially, I only went with it because it was the only airline that flew direct to PVD. If Frontier is going to be comparable in price to others, make sure the service is also on the same standards. Also, the flight leaving earlier than the scheduled time can be a hassle for someone cutting it close."
