Forced to check my bag which fit in carry on, boarded and then sat for over an hour waiting to take off with no explanation.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.
I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.
Was unsure of this flight due to high winds in CVG from Hurricane Helene. Crew did a great job of getting us to CVG safely.
It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK
More up to date movies and a live TV option like ESPN, Fox News or CNN. All they had were movies and Spotify Music and some games. Also, wifi on international flights isn't free for Skymiles members like on domestic flights via T-Mobile.
No wifi on the long haul flight, food was trash and no vegetarian meal options
Don't waste your money or points on first class. Delta first class is a joke. The seats were rickety, the food was awful, and nothing worked, wifi, my light, the power plug - and it was dirty - the fold out table was gross. For 2-3 hours, tough it out in Economy.
Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.
The free snack options are pretty pitiful for a 2.40h flight.

Good even though flight was delayed, the crew was prompt and efficient.
We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.
Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.

The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline
More water distribution throughout flight. Food quality poor and hot items delivered not hot on both attempts. Not United Standards
My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.
Had to wait a long time for wheelchair in Dallas
Flight delayed from rdu due to too much fuel. Had to stay overnight in dfw. Food vouchers inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast
Flight was good. However, they had everyone board the plane then made us sit there on the tarmac for an hour plus due to maintenance issues. Besides that flight attendant and pilot were amazing.
Was able to get on early due to being short of breathe. Agents very helpful.

WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.
The boarding process was a nightmare and though we were traveling business class, we were in Group 2 and the organization was terrible. The Business Class on this flight was crowded and did not feel clean and nice. Overall, I would not travel Business again on the American Airline flight through British Airways Not nearly special enough for the considerable cost .
The First class experience was really good!! Customer service was excellent.
It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.
Charlotte NC agents were great and ended up with decent seats after having to switch flights amidst Hurricane situation. CMH was a different story. Doors to flight closed 15 minutes before departure so we nearly were left behind. Flight crew were OK but nothing to brag about for sure

Terrible boarding experience at sea tac. Displayed on time departure despite being about an hour behind in boarding time. Boarded a bus to go to the tarmac to then board onto the plane.
Hidden fees everywhere while we aware of the fees but it quickly added up to a premium airline. From 12+ dollars to pick your set to $55 dollars a checked bag. No counter at the Portland Airport until 2 hrs before the flight made it so we couldn't get anything to eat before the flight. Pre checking your bags wasn't working on-line or at the kiosk, so we had to pay extra 5 dollars per bag for counter checking. So after everything was said and done, we ended up paying an extra $200. Plane was nice and clean plane staff was nice and attentive.

22 hour delayed flight. I will not fly again. I missed training due to this.
Well my connecting flight was initially delayed 2 hours. Then it became a 21 hour delay. When I woke up the next morning the flight was then delayed another hour. I ended up missing a day and a half of training due to this. When asked if there was any way I could be transferred to a different flight I was told no because it was under a 24 hour delay. I will not fly with this airline again.
Overall it was ok but a lot of that had to do with upgrading.
The delay was a pain… Loved the crew and they made up time and treated us very well. Ticket counter was awesome, boarding agents not so much
