Cons: "I came from a long trip from France, the seat I was assigned was not reclinable, close to the restroom. I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out"

Pros: "I was seated in economy comfort. Compared with Delta's Econoomy Comfort, I felt that the KLM seat had more legroom and greater recline."
Cons: "The dinner was awful. No choice of meal. Everyone got a small plastic contained filled with macaroni in tomator sauce. Nothing else. Incredibly bad. Breakfast was better. Sausage and eggs, melon, yoghurt. But who is in the mood to eat at 2 am?"
Cons: "I checked two bags and paid for them. The flight was full. I dutifully got in line for zone two. Next thing you know, at least 25 people got to board early and have free bag check. Really? I should get $35 dollar refund."

Cons: "Everything. No instructions, no pens or pencils, ignorant staff. Got to Cancun and waited 2 hours with no directions to just go they immagration. The forms were in Spanish and the staff could not translate. I’ll never fly Delta again."
Cons: "This was my worst EVER airline experience. It was delayed 27 hours and the snow was not the only problem. When we finally got on board a plane we sat on the runway for over two hours - then they FORGOT to load the luggage!!!"
