Top tips for finding cheap flights to Karachi

  • Enter your preferred departure airport and travel dates into the search form above to unlock the latest Karachi flight deals.
  • Getting around Karachi after landing can be intimidating for a first-timer. The best option is to go to the CAA Information Desk or Facilitation counter at the international departure concourse area and inquire about transportation services. The information you get will help you avoid the headache of unscrupulous taxi and cab drivers who take advantage of unknowing travelers.
  • If you are feeling a little tired from the trip and want an easier way to carry your luggage, you can use the free baggage trolleys available between the drop lanes and check-in counters and between the baggage claim and pick-up lane.
  • When you land at Jinnah International Airport and need help with your luggage, you can hail a porter. The airport offers porter services at a fee of 1,039 PKR (about 5 USD). Visit the Passenger Porter Counters at the Domestic Arrival Lounge or the International Arrival Lounge to pay for the service. It would help if you acquired a porter from the porter counters only.
  • The airport offers special assistance to passengers who require extra help navigating the airport. Passengers with reduced mobility or feeling like they want more attention don’t need to fear. The airport has arranged for exceptional assistant staff for such passengers. All you need to do is inform the airline as you book your ticket, and you're set.
  • When you are ready to leave the airport, journey into the city, and are interested in a private means of transport, you should visit the taxi and cab counters at the Arrivals Concourse area. You will get a slip from the counter that allows you to use a taxi. Ride apps like Uber and Careem are no longer authorized to operate at the airport. Fortunately, the taxis and cabs at the airport work around the clock.
  • If are finding yourself in need of a quiet place or a moment of peace during your time in Jinnah International Airport, perhaps a stop off at the Prayer Room would help. Travelers should note that the Prayer Room is split by gender with separate rooms for men and women.
  • Feeling the desire to clean up after your flight to Karachi? Why not head on over to the CIP Lounge? Showers are available in the lounge so you can quickly and easily wash up before heading into the city. There is also an array of other amenities on offer in the lounge, such as complimentary drinks and snacks along with a spread of newspapers and magazines.
  • Planning on heading to other cities in Pakistan after landing in Karachi? Conveniently for you, there is a train station just a short walk away from the airport. From the station, you can reach other areas of Karachi or even head onto distant cities spread out across Pakistan.
  • If trains aren’t your style, there is also the Daewoo Booking Center in the airport. In the center, you can book shuttle bus tickets to destinations in Karachi as well as to other neighboring cities and towns.
  • As Jinnah International Airport is not the largest of airports, the shopping options available are somewhat limited. Travelers will find the standard selection of airport kiosks and gift shops as well as a small shopping center with local goods such as rugs, jewelry, and clothes. There are also a few duty-free shops that can be found in this airport.

Food service must be faster and make vegetarian food in good quality

On time take off and early arrival, what else can one want

My last few flights with Emirates have always been delayed at least a half an hour. When my layover is only an hour and a half to two hours, 30 minutes makes a big difference. I’m going to check out other airlines.

we bought trip insurance from you and could not use it. 'underrated' only return 50 % of trip cost. my doctor told me i have stage 4 cancer and that I might not live till the end of the month..

Flight got canceled without any prior information and it caused lot of trouble

Staff were friendly, and provided great service. The food was plentiful and delicious. Food could have been hotter.

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

More leg room and comfortable seats at least for long flights

The entertainment selections are amazing. But the live TV is sometimes spotty. If you’re going to have it, then have it. If you can’t make it consistent, then, perhaps it’s better not to have it. The crew are always cordial when approached, but they seem to do the minimum and sit around, talking to each other in the back of the plane during the flight. I realize that delays are not always predictable, but I missed my flight in Dubai because we left 90 minutes late from Washington. I will say that Emirates took very good care of me in Dubai. But I would rather not be delayed.

Probably the best flight I’ve ever been on. Emirates first class is leagues beyond British airways and Lufthansa’s.

Besides the flight cancellation, everything else was prefect. Kudos to Malaysian Airlines.

Operated by American Airlines. Very chaotic and the crew was bit rough responding any enquiries. Restricted leg space.. Qatar would have been better

Qatar airways from Doha to guangzhau was excellent big bird Boeing 777 more room and smoothly flight, I Love it

It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas!

The made us waiting and held our passports and boarding pass making us miss our flights

Not impressed. Only allowed one carry on on such a long flight.

Online check-in doesn't work. That's why I couldn't give it full Star.

The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.

Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

Terrible seats are very uncomfortable and narrow. Really hard time eating and painful buttons.. crew was very rud not allow anyone to stand not even to go to the toilets

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

Excellent service and comfort from the moment you check in. Flight crew is hyper focused on making passengers comfortable and at ease. It’s like a flying hotel!

Only chicken as a meat dish through out the flight

Nothing really was great as such. Seen other no name airlines perform better.

Don’t use them on the IST-isb route, horrible service

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

On line check in needs a lot of improvement. I tried and gave up.

I was fine with everything except for the last breakfast, where I did not have an option. the only availability was what I could not enjoy eating.

Everything went on schedule so I have not much to say. I was a bit disappoint with the breakfast choice - I did not have a choice as there was only one option left by the time the trolly came to my end and I could not enjoy it.

Thankfully no connections off of this one on the day of the flight as it was delayed 90+ minutes.

The plane was freezing cold. Normally I’m fine on planes but I needed to toss a sweatshirt on this time.

It was a tiny plane. There was a very heavy, very sweaty man in my seat. When he got up, sweat was dripping down the back of f the seat from the headrest. I couldn’t lean back the whole flight. It was very hot in the plane until we took off. Then as we flew low hoping to land, but were delayed for over 30 minutes, the plane got very hot again. On takeoff, the pilot started accelerating hard around the corner, something I’ve never experienced in a plane. Landing was fairly rough as well and we had to brake hard.

WiFi was down so no entertainment and I could not work either. The flight was Very turbulent at the end (the last 20 min felt like an eternity) I appreciated the pilot for getting us there safely. The flight attending in first class was kind and attentive to everyone.

When the first leg of my American Airlines flight from Atlanta to Miami to Sao Paulo to Brasilia was cancelled because of a tropical storm in Miami, American Airlines put me on Delta Atlanta to Sao Paulo where I caught my original Sao Paulo to Brasilia flight. American Airlines could have put me on a flight the next day or even 2 or 3 days later. But, the agent went above and beyond and made sure I got to Brasilia on time.

American Airlines actually put me on a Delta flight. They didn't have to do that. They could have offered me a flight the next day or even two days later. But, American Airlines agents put me on a Delta airplane from Atlanta to Sao Paulo, instead of going through Miami when my flight to Miami was cancelled. American Airlines made sure that I got to my destination on time. I appreciate that.

Unfriendly gate staff and significant delay once we were on the plane.

The gate crew did try to help, however they lacked the information as to whether the flight will operate or not. Being delayed 6 hours and in a limbo on whether the flight will operate or not is not fun. The airline having staffing issues is not encouraging at all.

Long way to improve. Toilets not working. Bad handling when flight was canceled

Overall mediocre experience. Check in was good. They're were discriminatory. They were not attentive, food choices were not vegetarian friendly. The food served was frozen.

One thing is very important is you people not giving seat arrangement together to couple, senior citizen. You have to take care of senior citizen. Do not look about money. Money is not important everywhere. Make relationship strong is very very important. I like Etiyad air line out of all air line. Food was hot and delicious. Air hostess gave very good service, nice attitude, very good behaviour. I gave 10 out of 10 marks. Thanks Jivraj

Etihad broke my suitcase Also over charged me for luggage

Entertainment did not work from flight from Abu Dhabi to Kolkata. Emirates has a much better flight in that sector.

Ripped off and broken seats in Business class. Seats stink and need to request the staff for additional bedsheets. Crew if very friendly though

Boarding was quick and efficient. Ground staff were pleasant and courteous. Food was tasty, portions were good for me. Food containers kept slipping on the tray. Tray would look better with an anti-skid tray mat. I had the bulkhead seat which was very uncomfortable for couple of reasons. Aircraft is designed with no throughput to move across aisle to aisle. Passengers kept jumping over my legs to get from one side to the other to use the toilet. Secondly I had a mother and 9 month baby next to me. Mom had to hold baby for 12 hours in her lap as he did not fit into the bassinet. Half the baby was on my lap during the flight. Aircraft temperature was very cold - light attendant said it was the central cooling and nothing could be done about it. Movie selection was very poor old and outdated.

Crew member took too long time to take back leftover food plates from passenger seats. Food was nice.Easy excellent checking.Guy at checking counter was really kind and helpful.Made our checking very quickly. Leftover food should be taken back ASAP. Because in economy class passanger have narrow space . In the long journey like this, passanger have difficulties to sit with the plates.overall experience was good.

Crew was good, boarding mediocre, food choices were limited, seating was not comfortable

Crew did not cooperate… I just asked water twice for one crew member and she didn’t get anything.. and when I asked other crew member he gave me water and he was not respectful.. I kept Hindu non veg meal chicken .. when I get my turn chicken was not provided and then they gave me veg paneer and green peas curry which I don’t like..
