They pulled our pilots for "another" flight and delayed us without any compensation.

Cons: "We boarded the plane and got settled only to be told we had to get off because the computer on the plane did not work. Then we had a 3 hour delay and upon landing we had to wait in the tarmac for an hour. We Are on an enjoyable vacation for a few amount of days and lost a whole day just with our flight"

There was this one lady who was being very arrogant,rude and also not nice with a bad attitude I asked for some water and ice she was being defensive about that. The other two were nice but her not at all !"
Cons: "Make sure the flights attendants do not give the people flying an hard time when they ask for something if they ask is because they need it dont make a big deal out of it plus they say that if we need anything let them know me needing some water and ice should not be an issue"

The announcements for loading at the gate for my flight from Phoenix to Mex City was all in Spanish. The English only speaking flyers had no idea the plane was loading.

Other airlines are leaving the middle row empty while AA wants a second bailout from Congress. Shameful!"

Cons: "Flight was over 2 hours late leaving Lima, so many people missed connections in Miami, NOBODY from LATAM was at the gate to assist with how to make new connections or how to get local accommodations for the night. This was a customer service fail. American is no better. They rescheduled the flight at no cost, but then sent you back to LATAM for help with the overnight. If we buy tickets from your website and you own the process, you should be more helpful when there are problems. The back-and-forth was frustrating. Lima airport takes a long time to go through all the checkpoints. Two hours does not give enough time. There are at least four long lines that have to be endured. This process could use some streamlining."

Pros: "As a result of extensive business travel, my husband and I enjoy premiere status with United . We love the airline, because even when we buy inexpensive tickets on our own dime for family travel, we are treated exceptionally well and often upgraded. The flight was on time, the ground and cabin crew friendly and the captain competent. That works for us!"

I would have been fine with it if they had told us up front that it was 5 hours, but instead it's 2 hours, then after an hour passes they tack on another hour and so on. It would be nice just to know it'll be a long wait, so we can leave and come back or reschedule our flight for the next day."

Cons: "We arrived at the airport to find out Frontier had failed to notify us our flight had been delayed. There was no call or email notification. Because of this delay, we would be missing our connecting flight from Denver to Miami, and because of that, missing our check in time to board our Cruise in Miami. We could not find any reasonable one way plane ticket from SLC to Miami to arrive in time that was less than $700 per person. We ended up having to make the choice to miss our cruise, our vacation, and all our flights. Over $1000 down the drain. Absolutely Unbelievable. I am shocked and disappointed by this, I cannot believe what a huge let down this is. The one thing I can say is that Frontier did attempt to make amends by offering a small $100 flight voucher (although frankly after this experience, why on earth should I fly with them?) but the attempts to fix it, like offering to rebook us (for a fee I should add) to fly to Orlando, but that WE’D have to pay to find a way to Miami (which is at least a 3 hour drive!) were absolute nonsense. I’m out $1000, I missed an amazing opportunity, I lost my vacation, and I now have had to waste limited time off days at work. Absolutely horrific experience"
