No apologies, no concern, no trying to find an alternate solution. I couldn't figure out how to work the Wi-Fi and so I asked a crew member and she was less concerned about trying to help me figure it out and was more concerned about trying to get me to rent an iPad."

I never took this flight thanks to my disorientation from being on lockdown for 5 days, and 3 trips to a clinic for PCR tests. I simply confused Monday with Tuesday.
Love the experience, a little bummed about the AA flights. Its great to have more flexibility with times, but its not the same customer experience. (Mix of snacks, entertainment, free wifi. It seems more of a benefit in terms of experience for AA customers now flying JetBlue that the other way around

Cons: "The fact that I was 3 minutes late to check my bag (due to a line and walking to the wrong counter the first time) and they would not allow me to go on my original flight and route my bag on another flight. This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag."

I flew Jet Blue on my return flight from LA to Boston to attend our son’s USC graduation. The flight from Boston to LA was on an American Airlines flight. The seats were super narrow with very cramped leg room. To add insult to discomfort , I learned just after take off on the American flight to LA that our dogs got loose at home and the person caring for them was frantic. I had to purchase in flight WIFI ($16/ hour $18 for the entire flight) to attend to the Lost dog issue (hugely stressful) only to learn after the flight that $300 worth of fraudulent charges occurred during the flight that my bank’s fraud department claims occurred as a result of entering my card information to purchase the internet access. That depleted the majority of our travel budget. (We live paycheck to paycheck and had pinched & saved to be able attend this special event) I was so apprehensive on the returning flight and can’t describe my relief to learn the WIFI was free. My fears dissolved as did my aching head and back as I settled into a wonderfully comfortable seat with far more leg room than my prior flight. Thanks Key Blue! You have a fan for life!!"

Pros: "The flight had to make an emergency landing. I understand the stress that can have, but we kept being told different things, the people that waited patiently ended up getting the short end and sat around all day. When we were told we would know more in 5 minutes, that took 25, when we were told we would know more and to keep sitting there in the small area we would know more in about 20 minutes, it too 45."

Pros: "The flight was fine. Uneventful which is wonderful. I did not eat & did not utilize the entertainment so can not comment on those items."
Cons: "My only comment is that a child was using an electronic device during the flight without headphones. It would have been appreciated if the attendants could have suggested earbuds, headphones, or at least asked that the volume be decreased out of respect for other passengers."

This would have been prohibitive for me flying that flight. Situation was rectified and they got two bathrooms working but it caused a great deal of undue stress. Is flying without facilities even legal?"
Pros: "I was unable to use the ticket from LAX to MSP due to a death in my family!. I had to book another earlier flight with another airline to get home to a funeral. Unfortunately, Sun Country didn't have a flight back to MSP the day / time I needed. When I contacted the regarding my cancelation they refunded my money, no questions asked!"

Cons: "I had to return my rental car about 5 hours before flight and didn't realize I would have to wait for Sun Country's ticketing to open for two more hours. Have to pay for blankets and pillows? Then turn temperature up."

Cons: "It would have been nice if the pilot would have announced what we were flying over. There was beautiful scenery that I couldn't identify."

Pros: "Short lines and prompt check-in. Flights took off and landed on time. Lots of young kids but generally quiet. "Budget" airlines like Sun Country and Southwest have separate Humphrey terminal but it is less crowded and easy to navigate."
Cons: "Staff managed to spend almost the whole trip passing out drinks/snacks. Like, does it really take 3.5 hours to do that? Maybe it does. Announcements were informal - really felt like we were on a training flight. Staff wasn't helping people with bags or to find their seats like other airlines do. Maybe this more relaxed atmosphere is why the prices are lower? If so, that's fine with me - but doesn't seem like you're gunning to attract more business or be anything other than the airline in between the disgusting model of Spirit and the lame cost-cutting of major airlines. Like, innovation is only possible via dissension, and I'm sure your business is having the same troubles with idiot senior leaders as every other US corporate business is, but if you're going to ask for feedback, the feedback is stop being so blah and stand for something other than your Board. Plenty of ideas out there - stop being so pro-short term profit and start having some fun!"
Cons: "chose seats for the fight back weeks ahead of time but when we checked in my husbands seat was moved10+ rows behind us and from an aisle to a center seat. He is 6 feet 8 inches tall, luckily there was an open exit aisle seat an they upgraded him without charge...otherwise would have been a horrible fathers day for all"

Comment - could have been better: The breakfast of egg salad could have been more salad less croissant. Or a warm croissant along with egg salad. There was another dish I’m just not sure what it was. The fruit was good. Like: an option to upgrade that was reasonable. We nJoyed it
Pros: "Crew was very friendly, the aircraft had been recently refurbished (interior had new paneling), and the seat was comfortable."
Cons: "Snacks/food was virtually non-existent. A tiny water bottle and pretzels in a clear plastic bag; no flavored beverages (juice/soda). Wasn't offered headphones on this flight, although I was offered them on the outbound; I've mixed feelings about that, as I had headphones, but they were in my carryon. Prefer built-in IFE rather than Bring-Your-Own-Device, as a smartphone is inferior to a large touchscreen."
Pros: "Flight 1751 Miami to Cleveland 1/11/21. Flight attendants did not enforce mask policy! Family of four sick sneezing, coughing, short of breath. The fathers mask was down the entire flight. Even when the flight attendants picked up the trash. They were informed after the flight they did not comply with CDC, Department of health, and state policies. Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies."

Cons: "There were problems as soon as the plane got to the gate. After the passengers got off the plane, the man at the counter came on the P.A and said it’ll be a few minutes, they’re catering the plane now from the back to the front. The flight crew still needed to get on a preform safety checks. He apologized again. Then it was 8:40, time to take off and we’re still waiting to even board. The man at the counter said again, thank you for your patience and relayed the same message, only this time the flight attendants were walking away from the gate. Around 9 some lady higher up told the man to announce that the flight crew had timed out and stand by crew was on the way to the gate, said sorry again. A little later the man says sorry, there’s a gate change. You’re going to K6 now. When we get to the new gate it’s almost 9:30pm and while we were all gathered at the gate, the flight crew that supposedly “timed out” showed up and proceeded to get on the plane. Passengers started getting mad and saying we were lied to and to just tell us the truth. Chicago PD started showing up. We finally got on the plane but it would be another 30 minutes before we moved because of issues getting our bags off the original plane. We ended up being almost 2 hours delayed."

Booked with BA but it was operated by AA. Never again, Coming back the food was better but was told they were out of fish, my husband on the other side of me was told they were out of chicken. when questioned, got a dumb answer. ran out of wine (red&White) Spain & France on a day flight & told us they have no control. Service sucks, except 1 nice fellow, who apologized. 6 bottles for 36 passengers. 1 crew had cold towel around his neck sitting, 1 doing crossword so we had to help ourselves. 1 crew saw something in the plane & screamed so hard woke up a sleeping pilot. 1 crew slept for 2 hrs and 1 watch TV for 1 hrs. NEVER VERY, IF I CAN AVOID IT, WILL I TRAVEL WITH AA. They own a lot of us more than an apology."

Cons: "Return flight - The flight departed 4 hours late. The seating was so cramped my husband couldn't move his legs at all, never mind try to sleep. The staff members were not smart in appearance, some with long untidy hair, and did not interact with passengers except to hand out food. The food was reasonable. We disembarked feeling like wrecks. Score 2.0"
Pros: "I had to buy new clothes after lost bag and since bag had been lost twice during my trip, I was reluctant to check the bag. It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

Cons: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

Cons: "I was traveling today with my daughter, who is 6 months pregnant, my 3 1/2 & 18 month old grandsons, my husband & son-in law on an international flight from Chicago to Manchester. I was very disappointed a 757 was used for an international flight! No attempt was made by staff to accomodate our family with a extra seat for the infant, even though there were a large number of rows with empty middle seats (4 of which were directly behind them!) The 1st indication of the beginning of the NIGHTMARE was when the plane arrived in Chicago and overshot the gate, this caused almost an hour delay! (We heard our crew saying "oops" while looking out the window at the plane arriving & then again when they were discussing it would have been faster if the plane had used a different method to get to the gate again.) This was then followed by a mechanical problem with a frozen water valve, requiring us to be de-iced x2! Then we started to taxi out and again had to return because of a hydraulic problem that required repair. I think we were delayed almost 3.5 hours. The crew did bring a round of water during the onground delays, and offered free drinks later in the flight. The icing on the cake was not getting the stroller back at the gate because there were no baggage handlers. I can't tell you how much FUN that was trying to corral a toddler & 3yr old with all our carry-on bags while getting thru customs! Did I mention in our haste to get off that plane we overlooked my daughter's winter maternity coat in the overhead! May be time to switch to the Friendlier Skies of United for our UK travel!"

Cons: "I chose a package on the cheap flights that has a left hand side for choosing number of baggage which invariably inreases fare depending on the number of baggage and i choose 2 and paid for 2 baggage but the ticket came with 1 baggage and i contacted both by phone call, email and your website but did not get any fsvourable response. Had to pay again at the airport for the extra bag. This is highly unfair."
Pros: "The entertainment was good. Lots of choices. Food was about what I would expect for airline food."
Cons: "The seats were terrible. I don't know what it was about them, but I've never had a more uncomfortable flight. My husband had leg cramps for much of the flight and couldn't get comfortable. The rest of the flight was fine, but the uncomfortable seats were a huge minus. We'll probably try to avoid 787s from now on. The window-darkening system was annoying. They darkened the windows when it was dark outside and they darkened the cabin, so we couldn't look out the window. It was dark outside--why the need to darken the windows?? My husband requests window seats so he can look out the window."

Cons: "The airline "randomly" selected me for extra security. Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over 1000 miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous."

Pros: "Tiny airplane but single flght crew managed my and from what I could see fellow passengers needs commendably. Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload."
Cons: "Because the airplane is so small there is not much room to move in the aisle (thankfully most people just sat down for the short flight), also you have to hand in your carry on baggage so that it is stored with the main bags."

Cons: "During boarding, we were pulled out of the line. The attendant that diverted us did not explain why he diverted us. Our boarding passes were printed by our hotel as were many others that we saw. We went to a desk where another individual started asking question about our life and where we were going. Still, no one thought it was necessary to explain what part of the process or what exactly is going on. The man that diverted us, I'll bet, does not have reasons or any idea why he diverted us. I hate to think that he did it because we were Black Americans."

Cons: "My outbound flight to Manila had an overnight layover in Japan. I asked at the luggage check-in at O'Hare International Airport if they can check it all the way through as I had planned to go outside of the Narita airport for the layover. They told me I couldn't check the luggage all the way through and that I had to pick it up from baggage claim once I land in Narita. From there I had to check-in the luggage again on the same day. When I took my luggage out from baggage claim, I tried to check-in and the counter crew told me I was given wrong information. I had to keep my luggage with me until my flight the following day. On my return flight from Manila and another overnight layover in Narita, the check-in crew at NAIA told me I could check-in my luggage all the way through, and that they also allowed this at my outbound flight to Manila. The check-in crew at O'Hare International Airport gave me wrong information."

Cons: "I never experienced the flight because I wasn't given a seat. The airline oversold the flight and I never got to go. I missed my once in a lifetime experience because the airline is greedy at my (and other people's) expense. I missed out on a priceless experience. Not only that, the bag that I checked did not make it off the flight so I remained in DC while my bag went to Medellin. I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."

Cons: "The 767 is no longer feasible at the load factors that the airline is using for it. Although the seats had been re-furbished, the overhead space is completely unsuited for roll on luggage and so, can't even come close to accommodating the number of bags that are brought on to any flight close to capacity. I would think that it would be beneficial for American to waive the checked baggage fee on any 767 flight to keep from boarding delays due to lack of overhead space. Also, on this flight we had the added problem of a maintenance issue. The flight departure kept getting pushed back in 15 minute increments and there appeared to be a disturbing lack of knowledge of what needed to be done and the time it would take to finish the repair and more on the paperwork to release the plane. We were kept in cramped and uncomfortable circumstances for 3 hours for a 2.5 hour flight.. This was a bad experience."
Pros: "On the 2nd flight it must've been a new airplane because this was the first time my knees weren't jammed into the seat in front of me flying coach. Most comfortable flight I've been on in a decade."
Cons: "No food was served just a drink in a 4 hr night flight. (But AA never serves food so it was kind of expected) Also there was not enough space for the feet, it was small and felt claustrophobic, plus no entertainment."

Cons: "My traveling companion's tray table was disgusting when she folded it down for beverage service. She asked for a wet towel and the flight attendant was snarky but went to get one without even looking or asking to see what the problem was. Her entertainment console wasn't working so they reset it but instead it reset mine (two seats over) they did this again and I let them know it was resetting mine. I was told that I was not in the seat they were resetting for ...I inquired if perhaps they should try to reset mine and see if it would, in fact, fix hers..it did. When she slipped off her shoes the carpet was soaking wet. This was a really crummy, crummy flight."

Cons: "This was the second time this year I flew American Airlines And it wasn't satisfying. The first time (April) the crew was late which made me late to my connecting flight in which there were no more flights to my destination for the rest of the day (Jamaica) had to spend the night in Miami and miss a very important meeting. The second flight from Miami to NY 8/22 was delayed twice in which Im still not sure why but i had to deal with other angry passengers and they're rudeness which made my experience bad. I want American Airlines to be great. I just want to fly with them without a problem for once. JetBlue always gets it right"
