I wasn’t able to check in prior to arriving at the airport, I was told by the agent I may not get a seat on the plane as others were waiting for seats, I sat there for 2 hours before being assigned a seat, very stressful. The plane was delayed. Overall not a great travel experience for a 44 minute flight.

The seats were not very comfortable and there were no TV screens. Boarding was pretty fast because there were so few people on such a small plane and I appreciated that they still gave us our snack and drinks, however I really wish they would come up with a good gluten-free snack.

Didn’t realize we couldn’t actually get the full food menu while on-board. I saw that pre-ordering was available but didn’t realize the impact. Also didn’t know there weren’t entertainment devices on board had to bring your own device which I would’ve preferred to have clarity about ahead of time.

Boarding passes could not be received online, even after online check-in. While they appeared on the Alaska.com app, they did not transfer to inbox or messages and were not available at all on the Alaska.com app following the check-in process. There was no choice other than to get boarding passes at the airport counter.

Comfort level was below par. Food selection was non-existent. Paying $35 for 1st bag is never appreciated. I will not fly them again. I am actually trying to change my return flight.

Flight was on time. Crew was helping & seat were comfortable.

Great airline attendants. However I could not get the entertainment to work on the app

Was late but $50 voucher was great benefit of the summit card.

Every thing is on time, boarding, landing nice and smooth. But No tv? No food for 6 hours flight?

I always choose Alaska when I can. Every thing seems to run more efficiently with them.
