It was fine. Very friendly crew. Smooth flight. Landing was a little rough though.
Great service, great options, flight was bumpy so didn't get second beverage service and everything was communicated very clearly and courteously. No notes: everyone did great! Also loved the fun Hawaiian drink options (non-alcoholic).
Changed flight from San Fran to Seattle Then with a Delayed takeoff barely made my connection Waited over an hour for luggage 😜

I understand bottom line but..... You have to get more room in the seats. Why not give full cans for the drink service, little things go a long way. Thank you
While the flight itself was pleasant, the process of checking in was difficult. The line was long and our connection time was but two hours. When we finally got to the Hawaiian agent and told him that we were traveling on Alaskan Airlines, he told us we would need to go to a different terminal. I told him that another Hawaiian Airlines agent had directed us to him. I’m looking at our tickets, he noticed that the Alaskan Airlines flight was to be managed by a second party. He ended admonish us for not telling us so Rather than considering that we might’ve been right in the first place.
Didn’t like anything. Alaska boarding process takes too long and is poorly managed. Flight crew unorganized and too lax not very professional. I fly very frequently (weekly) and this as the worst overall trip I have ever taken.
Delayed had to stand for hours guy beside me was to big for his seat and crowded me I paid for upgrade to be stuck there Not much beverage or food service
Only problem my credit card had over three pending credit card charges for luggages. I hope these charges do not post. I have already contacted my credit card companies.
The seats were crammed and the guy in front of me wouldn't stop reclining. If AA is cramming extra rows in, they need to take away the reclining in coach. My knees were smashed for 4 1/2 hours and I was very close to confronting the passenger in front of me.
What, first class and not even a cup of coffee before landing at 5 am in First Class? Really?
I paid for what I got which was cheap, I brought my own entertainment. I knew what to expect, so I could be prepared. If you’re flying economy, check in early like me. I have no problems with my flight, was on time, staff were friendly, and overall good experience.
Customer service in first class does not exist on American Airlines
Flight was delayed due to a steering issue with plane. The delay caused me to miss the connecting flight. The delay caused me to spend an extra 21 hours in airports and flights to get to my destination. The plane issue obviously should have been found and fixed before we even boarded. Ridiculous.
Had to go get beer myself from attendants in the back of the aircraft
My flight back my reservations were list because they said I didn't pay my pet fee when I had a receipt
