The big lady was sitting right next to me and the button to recline my seat was blocked by her huge arm. No power outlet for chargers. No inflight Wi-Fi movies

Trip was uneventful which is good. Boarding took a long time due to many disabled/elderly requiring assistance which again is fine. Landing and take off were excellent. Food and entertainment were as expected, bring your own if you have preferences otherwise you get what you get.
Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food
The premium did not live up to expectations. The seats were tight and looked like there was no more room at the rear of the plane for seating then at the front of the plane. Instructions were not provided for entertainment. It was difficult to get the app. The app is not user-friendly. It requires too many inputs by the consumer to get to the correct page.
No issues at all! Seats are small with very little leg room but it's what you expect from a low budget airline. I would definitely use them again.
The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!
Flight was old and the seats were not comfortable at all. They made me pay 55$ to take my carry-on bag onboard.
Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they are absolutely terrible, there are to many things that happened that I can't explain in this message, I would like to talk to someone about my ordeal. I am partial handicapped and that I can only walk a short distance, I calculated how far I walked and it was more than a kilometer, the pain is so bad today I have to go to my docor, they told me there was nobody available to take me to my gate, this is just one instance. This is not finished yet, I need to contact westjet and let them know about my trip from hell
Only 2 bathrooms at rear of plane for about 30 rows of passengers. Ridiculous! Long lines passengers alway waiting. On long trip a full can of beverage rather than a little cup would be appreciated and expected.
Okay but not like typical first or business class. On domestic airlines
The mid flight snack could have been more substantial than tiny bag of pretzels.
Flight was over an hour late departing and when we got to Montreal there was no gate and so we had to wait on the tarmac for over an hour!!!!!
No complaints l will always do Air Canada once they are flying where I want to go
Same problem with the entertainment controls being on top of the armrests than on the previous flight, also a Boeing 737 series.
2 weeks before the flight we have got a pilot strike notice. Luckily it didn’t happen but we had to buy a travel insurance. It was wasted.
No service in the main cabin whatsoever! I finally ask for water and was requested to get out of my seat and come back to the flight attendants if I wanted water. 3 hour flight, some bumps, but seat belt sign off for about half the flight.
Both fights were delayed. Food could be better comparing to other international flights
Flight took off little late and landed back at YVR after an hour without informing a reason to the passengers. Also, second time also got late but an hour to take off. Therefore, I had to change my plans during due to delay in landing to SFO roughly about 6 to 7 hours.
Great crew and the plane was very nice! The problem was that we didn’t have WiFi on both of my flights. I found that to be very disappointing today when all the other airlines always have WiFi so I could work or watch a movie.
Even after booking in advance and getting to airport early, multiple delays and gate changes as well as forceful check in of bags even though it is within size and weight limits.
